I reported my card lost ** days ago. They said that they would be mailing a replacement that would arrive in * to ** days. That window has p***ed. Originally they also took months and * attempts to mail me my card, ultimately having to send one overnight because I have a rural address and a p.o. box. **Now it's been so long that bills are coming due and I can't even get to work because I cannot access my money, and it's been * weeks. I would like to purchase another of the pre paid over the counter green dot cards and have the funds from the new account (that I don't have the card for yet so I do not even know the account number for) onto the pre paid one that have in my possession. Than they can try sending a new with my name and everything but in the meantime I will have access to my money.
I trust that Green Dot will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
