The problem I got it two weeks ago I bought a MoneyPak card to reload my GreenDot card they've never put my money. Card money on the green. They said they needed me to send them my ID which I did that two times already and I can't get ahold of no customer service and I can't even get a hold of MoneyPak to get my money back
I trust that Green Dot will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
