Help with my Green Dot issue
Someone described as being located in New York somehow stole all of the money out of my account and I called and reported this and was told it would be **-** days for the issue to be resolved. I have tried to call back and my account has been blocked entirely and the automated system keeps telling me I have two cards but I only had one and it’s tellinng me the one I’m asking about doesn’t exist and that neither does my birthday and I can’t reach a human to explain what’s going on with my account and all of my paycjeckes go into my account and I’ need to know if I need to cancel my account. Or what’s going on with it thank you
I trust that Green Dot will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
