On April *th I was overcharged by Uhaul a total of $**.**. Spoke to GM of Uhaul and said bank had a hold, they gave me auth nunber, called my card customer service gave them all details and they said they were able to release the hold on April**th. Up till now I have not had that mo ey added back into my account. I called GM of Uhaul again because the lady I spoke with said Uhaul hadto give me the refund and the manager there said that it was the bank holding the amount. What is going on? Am I not going to get my $**.** back? Im tired of going back and forth with this
