Activate my card ... It said it had to be activated online when using the phone service. Online said it was inactive.
Not only did Input money on the card I was also charged a fee.
It has been over a month of countless phone calls and time. On top of my initial upfront cost and fees this has been a draining time-consuming endeavour and at the very least I want my $***.** and $*.** fee immediately reimbursed. An apology for the run around would also go along way. In the future it would benefit the company to have a customer service number with a person available to work through these issues especially if they can't get through because of an inactive card.
