activate it ... Received my smartphone yesterday. the quick start book didn't tell me to charge the phone during start up. the phone wouldnt finish starting up. kept saying checking network and didn't finish activating. Please help.Send me instructions to my e-mail.address. *****@***.com
They didn't indicate in the quick start book that the phone should be charging while I was trying to activate it. I went on-line and the first thing they instructed was The phone should be charging during the activation process
Tell me what I'm doing wrong and give me instructions on what I should now do
Have had a jitterbug fliptop for about ** years. Been very satisified . Good service. Frustrated at the problem I am now having.
Starting by charging it and waiting for results. Nothing happened.
