I sent a message to GC tech support this morning and I did not even receive an acknowledgement. If I won't hear from them via my email, I have no choice but to cancel the service. I always pay my monthly bill and now my phone is out of service. My phone says No Sim card, No service. Since my phone is useless, I will cancel the service within the next * days and get another provider that is dependable. GC has no chat options. Unable to make a call because my phone doesn't work. I live in the countryside and I have no neighbors that I can use their phone. Tks for your help.

They still did not tell me the reason of why they cut off the service of my phone. I know it is not about payment, because it is an auto pay option. So I figure maybe they want me to upgrade my device which they could have communicated with me in the first place, but I guess me as a customer don't matter. Weekend passed and Monday which is a holiday they finally responded via email and will send me the upgraded phone via USPS. This issue is totally a pain because sending the device via USPS is a problem. In our town there is no mail delivery to all residents. Everyone has to drive to the post office to pick up their mail. Since they did not contact me before they mailed it out, my mailing address is different from my physical address and I gave them my physical address when I ordered the upgrade hoping that it will be sent UPS or Fedex. Hope I will receive it this weekend. So my conclusion is, if you are still a GC customer I wish you good luck. Thank you GetHuman for forwarding my message to GC.
