I've been using my Jitterbug Smart phone for about six weeks. This morning at **:**.m. I got a message "No SIM inserted. Please insert SIM card."*When I opened m y phone package, there was a small square item with a part number. but no other info. Nor do I remember seeing anything in the manual (but I may have missed that ). *My preferred solution would be that a replacement SIM card be sent to be by expedited service to the following address:****** Maroney Avenue*Las Vegas NV**with the cosbilled to my acco unt.
GetHuman-hologogr did not yet indicate what GreatCall.com should do to make this right.
