I found the nuts and seeds in my free box my next box and half of my third box the seeds and nuts seem to taste off. By that I mean, the raw in toasted or boiled or processed to desk in the nuts taste like the sat to long or weren’t shelf stable. I thought this was great way for heart health snacks. I received s email that said my next box would be $*.**Nope it had left. And was in transit. And my last box was **.** as well. When I questioned this. They said I needed the code from the email. Wasn’t one. And my most recent email from Debbie that I tried to respond to disappeared. I want my **.** that has been taken for my next box. I think it not quit fair that the quality was not good and I’ve been given a runaround. Debbie went on about how eachis tested. I find that very hard to believe when the same snack varied so much in * week boxes. I found last weeks apples to be tender. This weeks are not tender. The barring in contents is weird last weeks English Garden was a tad sweet multiple fruits. This weeks apples, currents three strawberries. I stopped my service do to my disappointment and expect a refund for the undhipped box! I don’t need to read excuses I’m not asking fora total refund. And I found this order had moisture. This box doesn’t seem off. I just want my money back for what hasn’t shipped.
