We would like to become a Grammarly family. We have two students, Michael aged 16 and Sarah aged 13, who predominantly use their iPad, iPhone, and Chromebooks. While they prefer playing over homework, they do some writing. My wife mainly writes emails and reads documents sporadically. I also spend a lot of time on the computer but I am not a professional writer. We recently purchased a yearly subscription to Grammarly under my card ending in [redacted]. Can all of us use Grammarly? Will it automatically check our writing in text messages, as well as social media platforms like Messenger, Telegram, and standard text messengers? Additionally, does Grammarly Pro offer features that are not available with the regular Grammarly version? Looking forward to chatting with you soon. David Nowak

I haven't used Grammarly for the last eight months, and I recently noticed that $30 has been deducted from my account every month. I initially only used the trial version and wasn't aware of this ongoing charge. I kindly request a refund for the deducted amounts since I didn't actively use the service. Being a student with limited finances, any assistance in returning at least a portion of the funds would be greatly appreciated. Your help and understanding in this matter would mean a lot to me.

Two years ago, my account was closed, but I have been unexpectedly charged the $[redacted].00 annual fee once more. This has caused an overdrawn balance in my checking account, which is concerning as I am scheduled for cancer surgery on December 20th. I do not utilize these services as I am retired and live on a fixed income. I am unsure who is responsible for these recurring charges, but I believe their actions should cease. Kindly refund the charged amount promptly and rectify this issue to prevent any future occurrences.

I need help with my Grammarly Premium account. I purchased the subscription while at Appalachian Bible College in February [redacted]. I moved in June and transferred to Maranatha Baptist University in Wisconsin by September. I meant to purchase a one-month Grammarly subscription for $30 on December 9th (1 day and 12 hours ago). I signed up for a one-month subscription on Grammarly, but they charged me for a whole year by mistake. After requesting a refund, they did return the money. However, I noticed a new charge of £[redacted].34 from Grammarly on my account. I have tried reaching out to them for assistance regarding this additional charge, but I have not received any response. I am worried about being double-charged and unsure of what steps to take next. Unfortunately, Grammarly does not provide a phone number for me to call them directly.

I am inquiring about my premium invoice subscription priced at $[redacted].95, paid through PayPal. However, upon checking my AMEX card, I noticed a charge of $[redacted].39. I am seeking clarification regarding this discrepancy. I would prefer if the renewal process was not automatic, particularly at such a high rate. If I had been contacted prior to the renewal, I would have opted out. Hello, I signed up for a Grammarly subscription last year, but I'm having trouble logging in. I used the email [redacted] when I signed up. I want to keep using my account as a premium member. Can you please look into this account and let me know if there will be recurring charges? If there are, I need to cancel the account because I can't log in due to a Gmail account issue that seems to have been resolved by Gmail.

I noticed that withdrawals were made from my Capital One account on the following dates: - Dec. 13, [redacted]: $[redacted].04 CAD - Dec. 21, [redacted]: $[redacted].37 CAD - Jan. 3, [redacted]: $[redacted].45 CAD I would like to know how many times I need to pay for my renewal. I recently subscribed to Grammarly and am disappointed with the lack of available support. I would like a refund or better guidance to effectively use this product. It is causing issues in my Word documents, freezing them and restricting my access. The lack of troubleshooting assistance has made it a frustrating experience. I tried to inquire about a free trial and intended to sign up for the $12.00 monthly fee but was wrongly billed for the entire year. It would be beneficial to allow customers a trial period to explore the product before committing to a full subscription.

I've noticed that Grammarly is promoted as a free tool, but after using the "free" version, I keep getting prompted to upgrade to Grammarly Premium for additional features. As a student seeking assistance with my school assignments, it would be beneficial if Grammarly provided more functionalities within the free version. It seems like Grammarly prioritizes selling Premium subscriptions over supporting users like me who are looking for writing help.

I found out that Grammarly didn't assist me, an elderly man from Tunisia, in need. I am 61 years old, a father of two, and facing extreme poverty. Despite my efforts to reach out to others for help, I have not received any responses. It is disheartening to feel rejected and abandoned in this situation. I want to express my frustration and disappointment with the lack of support I have encountered.

I have a Professional account with Grammarly, but when I use it with MS Word, it functions like a regular account, leading to poor performance. Despite years of successful use, the recent upgrade to Professional has not improved the program's functionality. The Google microphone has shown better accuracy in spelling names than Grammarly. The program fails to correct mistakes or accurately spell names. I am disappointed with the current state of the software. I have tried redownloading it and troubleshooting the issues to no avail. Additionally, the Dragon Bar no longer adjusts in size properly and does not display all suggestions and corrections as before. I seek a resolution promptly or a refund to invest in a more reliable program. Thank you for addressing this matter promptly.

Dear Gethuman team, I am writing to express my deep disappointment with Grammarly's recent actions. Despite being a loyal customer and an advocate for their service, Grammarly abruptly terminated my subscription without notification simply because I am Russian and used a Russian debit card for payment. This decision, supposedly due to geopolitical circumstances, is particularly unfair as I am actually a Spanish resident residing in Europe for the past four years. After receiving a single email indicating a refund was not possible, I reached out to Grammarly to either change my payment method or reinstate my access to the service. Unfortunately, all my requests were denied, with Grammarly insisting on repurchasing the service at full price. This is unreasonable given they already owe me a refund. Despite my efforts to resolve the situation by requesting a refund to my Spanish card or access to the service, Grammarly remains uncooperative. I previously attempted to cancel my Grammarly subscription before the last billing cycle but was charged again. I would appreciate it if we could cancel the subscription, stop the pending 30 dollars charge, and receive a refund of the last 30 dollars from the previous term. The app is currently not in use. I have been trying to cancel my Grammarly subscription for close to a year now. Initially, I assumed it was a year-long commitment, set to end in October [redacted]. However, I discovered that I have still been charged $29.95 monthly on my credit card. Despite numerous attempts to cancel, I keep receiving messages stating that I either do not have an account or asking me to reset my password, with no success in resetting it. I have not received any email responses regarding password reset. I would like to cancel my account and request a refund for charges from October [redacted] to the current date. I subscribed to Grammarly during the pandemic, when I started working from home, but due to personal circumstances, including having to retire to care for my father, I can no longer afford this expense. This is my third email to you regarding the disappearance of my Grammarly icon from my Word program. I have tried all the suggested fixes to no avail. Unfortunately, I have been unable to get in touch with anyone for assistance. The floating icon seems to be ineffective, and I am missing the original icon that provided continuous feedback. Despite being a paying customer at $29.95 per month, my account now shows as a free version. As a writer and editor, I rely heavily on Grammarly and expect prompt resolution to this issue. Please address this matter urgently and restore the premium program functionality to my Word account. Thank you.

I am currently enjoying the premium features of Grammarly; however, I am limited to using the free version for my additional email addresses. I am looking to integrate these accounts into my premium service to fully utilize Grammarly across my work, personal, junk email, text messages, and social media platforms. I would like to resolve this to continue benefiting from the service. Despite being a paid premium user, I keep receiving prompts to upgrade to premium, which is causing confusion.
