I just realized that grammerly automatically billed me for an annual payment, when it was suppose to be a one off. I was a student and have graduated, I no longer use grammerly. Was I not supposed to be notified before the billing? *Please I am recuperating from a surgery I had yesterday, I do not need external stress hindering my full recovery. I am not working due to Covid -** and i'm currently managing the little funds I have. *Please I need a refund, I can not pay for what I am not using, and for clarification always notify your users before automatic deduction.*Thank you.

GetHuman-nudokang did not yet indicate what Grammarly should do to make this right.
