This is Qiurui Guo from HK. It turns out that I have already subscribed to the business plan of Grammarly for three people.**On **********, I signed up for Grammarly Business thinking it is a free trial and only charges for $**.** monthly afterward, but I was charged $*** immediately, so the services were discontinued & the Grammarly software was promptly removed from my laptop.**I felt misled and violated by Grammarly because it was advertised that there would be monthly charges and NOT a whole year charge in advance. Whenever I made the purchase, I didn't receive a confirmation of the payment, NOR did I get a receipt through email or text messages. So, I thought I only subscribed to a free trial plan until today I went to my bank account and surprisingly saw a SALES: GRAMMARLY for $*** was deducted from my account.**Please contact me via phone or email to resolve this issue and arrange a refund. Thank you.

GetHuman-qiuruig did not yet indicate what Grammarly should do to make this right.
