Hello, I am interested in upgrading to Grammarly Premium for the annual plan. I received an email with a 50% discount that expires in 24 hours (3 hours have already passed). However, I am having trouble completing the payment with my credit cards. Although my bank approved the transaction, I keep receiving a payment declined message. I tried different cards - visa, mastercard, and visa debit - but encountered the same issue. My bank confirmed there are no restrictions on my cards for online or international purchases. As I live in Turkey, they advised reaching out to you in case the problem is on your end. I don't want to miss out on this discount offer, so I would appreciate any assistance you can provide.

I am having trouble installing Grammarly for Word Online on my Mac and other Office [redacted] online programs. When attempting to log in, I keep receiving a message stating my password is invalid. I've tried logging in with my Gmail account, which I used during setup, and manually inputting my login credentials, but both methods result in the same "invalid password" notification. I thought there might be a chance I used a different password for Grammarly than my Gmail password, so I tried to reset my password. However, after requesting a password reset, I have not received an email with instructions on how to proceed. I have checked both my Gmail and Outlook inboxes without success in finding the reset email. It's frustrating because I have confirmed that my Gmail password is correct by logging in and out successfully, yet Grammarly does not accept the same password when attempting to log in with Gmail. I know my Gmail address is associated with the Grammarly account as I have received numerous emails from Grammarly in that account. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated as I would like to focus on writing my paper.

Hello, I recently purchased Grammarly Premium, but shortly after starting to use it, I realized my error. I mistakenly thought I could subscribe for just one month at $11.66, intending to cancel and receive a refund for the remaining eleven months. However, to my surprise, around $[redacted] was deducted from my bank account. After panicking and canceling the subscription, I was dismayed not to receive a refund. I acknowledge my oversight in assuming I could cancel on the same day and still get a refund. I am a 10th-grade student who regrets my impulsive decision with my new debit card. I was unaware of how the billing worked and now feel worried about the consequences. I only needed Grammarly Premium for a single essay and did not anticipate this situation. Any assistance in resolving this matter would be highly appreciated.

My son signed up for a subscription two years ago, but only used the service a few times for proofreading. Recently, we noticed unauthorized charges of $[redacted] and $[redacted] for proofreading services he didn't request. Despite disputing the charges, we were informed they wouldn't be refunded. Further examination revealed that his account was hacked, likely related to a reported security issue with Grammarly. The documents processed were not his work but seemed to be written by someone of Indian descent, not my 19-year-old Caucasian son. We have canceled the subscription and removed Grammarly from our PayPal account. We are determined to have the charges reversed, with legal support if necessary. It's frustrating that Grammarly lacks a direct customer service line for help. We look forward to a prompt resolution.

Hello, My name is Ognjen Varicak. I previously emailed you yesterday but did not receive a response. I was charged $[redacted].95 two days ago for a Grammarly Premium subscription, which I did not purchase. Although I had a one-month subscription in the past, I have not used Grammarly for over a year, and I am unsure why this charge occurred. I suspect my information may have been used without my consent. I kindly request a refund as I do not use Grammarly and did not authorize this purchase. Thank you, Ognjen

I bought the premium plan of Grammarly but canceled it shortly after realizing it didn't meet my expectations. The grammar correction service was inaccurate and didn't help improve my writing as promised. It's disappointing that the service didn't deliver as expected. I believe Grammarly should provide the features they advertise, which they failed to do. I am requesting a refund of USD 29.95 due to these issues. Thank you.

I am looking for a personal single license or subscription that offers more features than the basic free software. I do not want to pay $11 or $12 per month. I am experiencing difficulties with obtaining live assistance and the email support is not helpful. Prompt assistance is essential for me, and waiting several days for a response is not acceptable. The support site only helps if the needed support is available, leaving customers stuck with unresolved issues. Grammarly claims to offer 24/7 support, but I have not been able to find the live support as advertised.

I subscribed to Grammarly expecting monthly charges of $11.99, but was surprised to see a charge of $[redacted].90. Consequently, the services were canceled, and the software was removed from my laptop. I felt deceived as the advertisement only mentioned monthly charges, not an entire year upfront. I did not receive a payment confirmation or a receipt at the time of purchase. Later, I discovered the hefty $[redacted].90 deduction from my Chase account, which was unauthorized. I promptly informed Chase that I only authorized the $11.99 monthly charge. Despite my attempts to reach out to Grammarly customer support for a refund, I have not received a response.

I am having trouble signing in to cancel my subscription. I have never paid for anything, but Grammarly keeps popping up and causing issues on my computer. I am very frustrated and want it removed immediately. The website is confusing, and the questions it asks are not helpful. I need clear instructions to uninstall Grammarly. Please respond directly to my request. I do not want to use JustAnswer for this issue. Please provide straightforward guidance on how to remove Grammarly from my computer. Thank you.

On April 22, [redacted], $[redacted].95 was charged to my account instead of the $11.66 I intended to pay monthly. After my grandson noticed the overcharge, I attempted to contact Grammarly's Customer Service to cancel my subscription. Despite following the cancellation process, Grammarly claims they never received my request. There is no confirmation provided through text or email to verify the cancellation. Although I searched for a confirmation email, none was received. It has been challenging to communicate with someone to confirm my cancellation and request a refund of $[redacted].95. When attempting to cancel again today, I encountered an error message, prompting me to take a screenshot. Grammarly canceled my subscription and declined to refund the $[redacted].95, insisting they have canceled my account. Proving that I followed the necessary steps has been difficult due to the lack of confirmation provided. I hope the information I have will suffice as evidence to resolve this issue.

Around 2 or 3 months ago, I purchased the Grammarly suite from what I believe was the Microsoft Store. Once it arrived, I selected "send to my control panel" and things went silent after that. I'm unable to locate all the apps and programs like Windows 7. Recently, I noticed the icons appearing at the top of my screen that I struggled to keep on the taskbar. Surprisingly, I clicked on the "G" icon, and to my amazement, Grammarly popped up, ready for use. The prompt "Write something here" appeared, and I nervously began typing using the title of my autobiography, "Homeless Heart, Restless Mind." Corrections started appearing instantly. During my writing session, I received feedback indicating I performed better than a significant percentage of users and was given a Premium writing skill assessment. I have not revisited the platform today. In my writing trial, I attempted to find out if Grammarly Premium incurs a cost or if it's entirely free. I am yet to receive any information about charges for Grammarly. Before any unexpected monthly fees, I'd like to confirm if Grammarly is free. If there are charges, kindly provide details on pricing.

I attempted to upgrade to a business account for $15 per month. My account was charged £[redacted].92 instead, which is a huge overcharge. I expect an immediate refund. This unauthorized high charge is extremely disappointing. I am frustrated by the lack of efficient ways to contact your company to resolve such critical issues promptly. This unexpected expense has put me in a tough spot. I urge you to rectify this at once. Your website promises 24/7 support, so it is perplexing that there is no assistance available when I need it. This misleading situation feels like false advertising.

Response Rewrite: Subject: Concern Regarding Account Upgrade and Additional Account Setup I want to clarify that I did not intend to upgrade my current [redacted] Grammarly account. My intention was to create a new account for our branch in Ireland, associated with [redacted] The payment details for the accidental upgrade are as follows: Card ending in [redacted], Mastercard, $62.98 USD charged on August 28th. I received a response from Claire at Grammarly Support stating that my account was upgraded to an annual plan but no further charges were made. I want the incorrect payment to be refunded as I do not want any upgrades. No further action is required besides the refund. I appreciate your attention to this matter. Thank you, Duncan E.

I recently signed up for a $11 monthly payment, but I was shocked when $[redacted] was withdrawn instead. This unauthorized transaction caused my account to be overdrawn, leading to a $29.50 penalty fee. I kindly request the return of $[redacted] along with the penalty fee. This incident has left my children and me without food and transportation money, which was evident when my card was declined at the grocery store, and my children went hungry. I trust your company will promptly refund the money. As a disabled individual, I find this website not very accessible. It's alarming that this site might not be associated with Grammarly. I hope I haven't fallen victim to a scam.

Hello Grammarly, I recently signed up for the annual plan but realized I prefer the monthly option. I adjusted my subscription in my account settings, but it indicates that the monthly plan will only start on October 2, [redacted], when the current plan expires. I do not want to keep the annual plan and then pay for the monthly plan. I would like to cancel the annual plan now and continue with the monthly plan instead. I am concerned about when the refund for the annual plan will be credited back to my account. Could you please guide me on how to fully cancel the annual plan?

Hello, this is Judy. I purchased the initial service on June 4, [redacted], as a single payment service, which I believed was a one-time purchase with no further charges. However, I noticed that you have billed me four additional times since then. My account currently shows that I am on a free plan, and I am unsure how to stop these continuous charges. Can you please investigate what is happening with my account? You can reach me at [redacted] If you provide me with an email address, I will send over all billing evidence and my account status. I kindly request that you resolve this issue promptly and refund the extra charges. Thank you. Judy C.

Hello, my name is Qiurui Guo from Hong Kong. I recently subscribed to the Grammarly Business plan for three people on 25/10/[redacted]. Initially, I believed it was a free trial followed by a $19.98 monthly fee. However, I was charged $[redacted] upfront, leading to the disruption of services and the removal of Grammarly from my laptop. I am disappointed and feel misinformed by Grammarly's advertising, which did not clearly indicate the yearly charge in advance. Despite making the purchase, I did not receive any payment confirmation or receipt via email or text message. This caused confusion as I assumed I had only signed up for a trial. Upon checking my bank account, I discovered a $[redacted] deduction under the description "SALES: GRAMMARLY." I kindly request assistance via phone or email to address this matter and facilitate a refund. Thank you.
