when i purchased grammarly it was a one time thing and i was not supposed to be billed after that one time and it was supposed to be cancelled and it has not been cancelled and i have still been being billed since May of ****! i would like my money refunded for the recent months that i have been subscribed being that i have not used the website and i was not supposed to be subscribed after using Grammarly one time. Please contact my email and give me an explanation for this and if i am able to be refunded the money that has been being taken out of my account. thank you! i would like it if Grammarly would refund me the money.
i want the $*** plus dollars refunded back to me.
