I own a Google Pixel 4XL, which has been a reliable phone for me. To my surprise, this morning at around 9:30 CST, I found my phone completely unresponsive despite being charged overnight and working well at 7:30 CST. I've attempted various troubleshooting steps like restarting, charging, removing the case, pressing the power and volume buttons, and even taking out and reinserting the SIM card, but there's been no response from the phone at all – no lights, icons, or even the Google logo. It seems completely dead. When trying to call the phone to check if it was just the screen malfunctioning, it did not ring. Unable to access my phone for further troubleshooting, I contacted Google for support using my work phone. Unfortunately, the support was minimal, and I was abruptly disconnected. Currently at work with restricted access to personal devices and unable to connect to work equipment for troubleshooting due to security reasons.

Hello, As a medical student, I recently encountered the issue of losing access to an important Gmail account due to a forgotten username. Unfortunately, I failed to set up any backup accounts or phone numbers. Recently, when my phone screen lock malfunctioned, I had to reset the device, resulting in the loss of crucial documents stored in the Gmail account. Hello, I am currently facing a challenging situation as I am homeless and my phones are frequently stolen. Unfortunately, a device that I did not back up properly was recently stolen. I ended up in the hospital for 58 days, and due to the circumstances, I cannot recall the passwords for my two most important accounts that hold eight years worth of precious photos. I have hit a roadblock since I no longer have access to the recovery email addresses or phone numbers associated with the accounts. I recently received and activated my credit card on March 8th, and I noticed a pending charge of $1, which is not my primary concern. I had a similar experience a few months ago where Google Wallet charged me without authorization, leading to more unauthorized charges. Despite contacting the company and my bank finding the charges fraudulent, Google didn't take responsibility. Feeling unprotected, I removed all payment methods associated with Google Wallet. Now, with my new card, I was surprised to see a $1 pending charge from Google despite never using the card. I suspect fraud as I just activated the card. I recently purchased a kurti from Meesho for Rs. [redacted] but it didn't fit me. I requested a return, and the courier collected it on 06/03/[redacted]. Meesho confirmed receiving it on 07/03/[redacted], but I haven't received my refund yet. I have been facing challenges with returns, and the customer service hasn't been responsive. I purchased another kurti recently for Rs. [redacted], also needing a return. I hope to receive my total refund of Rs. [redacted] promptly.

For the past 3 weeks, I have been encountering a recurring "temporary error" message whenever attempting to log into my email account. The error message suggests waiting and trying again later, directing to the Google Workspace Status Dashboard for updates. Despite numerous attempts like restarting the computer, uninstalling/reinstalling the browser, changing the password, and following provided links, the issue persists. This persistent problem has caused significant frustration as it has consumed 22 hours of troubleshooting with no resolution in sight. The lack of customer service availability or account management contact options has left me feeling helpless as my business operations are jeopardized. A prompt resolution is crucial to prevent any further impact on my business.

I have been a victim of hacking on various platforms such as Gmail, my phone, and bank account. The hacker has gained access to my email and even has control over my iPad Air 2. I am concerned that if I share my email, the hacker will be alerted. Despite getting assurance from checking the new email's security, I still feel insecure as the hacker seems to be monitoring all communication. I am seeking assistance to address this security breach and protect my information.

I believe I may have contacted the wrong department regarding my concern about Google's ownership of YouTube since [redacted]. I am attempting to reach out to YouTube Support or Google regarding a global online issue related to Public Trust. I do not intend to target any specific channel, but one in particular exemplifies my worldwide concern. The Finance Girl Channel is potentially misguiding the public by: 1) Claiming to teach easy ways to make money without any investment 2) Not addressing fake personas leaving reviews in the comments section of her tutorials 3) Frequently responding with repetitive computer-generated messages 4) Avoiding disclosing helpful information publicly and instead directing individuals to contact her privately via phone or messaging apps I acknowledge that Google has Terms of Service and Privacy Policies in place. It would be beneficial for Google and other entities to establish an investigative department to address these global issues of Public Trust.

Last week, my cell phone fell into water causing it to malfunction. Despite my attempts to fix it, I am stuck at the opening screen. To check my email, I borrowed my boyfriend's phone but couldn't access my Google account due to two-step verification. I am encountering issues with the recovery process for my account. When trying to use the recovery email, after inputting the code, I am redirected back to the beginning. Although I have a recovery phone number and security questions set up, I am not given the option to use them for verification. I have my passwords and other verification details ready but have not been prompted to provide them. Being locked out of my Google account is disrupting my access to various websites and apps. I have been struggling to find support as I keep getting directed to unhelpful account recovery pages or to different Google regional support centers that are unable to assist me effectively.

A company has posted my personal details on their website, including my name, address, and phone number in response to a review that I did not submit. The ICO confirmed that this action breaches data protection laws and my rights to have the response removed. Despite editing the response multiple times to remove threatening remarks, the company claims they cannot delete or edit it further. The ICO has taken action but stated that my details cannot be removed. I am shocked and frustrated that my personal information is still visible on a public platform. - Enid Margaret E.

Google has blacked out my laptop screen with a terms and conditions message that I find hard to understand. I refuse to agree to something I don't comprehend; it seems like a form of coercion. Additionally, my Google One account was mistakenly closed, claiming my subscription expired, even though I paid for a whole year. Moreover, it was included with my phone service. When my account was closed, all my personal media and pictures were taken. This has left me feeling harassed and uneasy. There are also issues with some absent sites causing concern. I have not been approached by anyone from Google to address these issues or explain the situation. I feel unfairly targeted for raising a complaint about an app and ask not to involve my friend in this matter as it pertains to my phone, not theirs.

After my phone was stolen, I purchased a new one with the same number. However, I began noticing unusual activities such as random logouts, slow performance, overheating, and rapid battery drain. One day, my phone unexpectedly rebooted while charging, and I discovered it had been reset. I suspect someone cloned my SIM card, leading to unauthorized access to my accounts, including my Gmail and bank account. My passwords were changed, and I lost access to crucial email and website accounts. I am still dealing with the aftermath, which includes losing treasured photos, artwork, documents, and personal information stored on Google services. It feels like someone deliberately targeted me to erase my presence from the internet.

Hello, my name is Spencer Mulrain. Two days ago, my account got deleted. I have been panicking and trying to figure this out. I am hoping and praying for some help. I can verify all details, from my photo ID to my password, username, associated accounts, and even use my wifi from the same IP. Last year, my phone was stolen and now I can only access my Gmail by searching for it with my cell phone number. When I try to recover my account, it prompts me to use Google Authenticator, but the codes are not working. I used to receive notifications on my Gmail app, but that option seems to have been disabled. The last resort is to get a code sent to the email I'm trying to recover, which is [redacted] Despite reaching out to Google Authenticator, YouTube, and Workspace for help, I'm unable to receive any emails on my app. Even though emails are being sent out, I'm not getting them.

Hello, I created a Gmail account in [redacted] under the email [redacted], but have rarely used it. I am now attempting to access this account, but unfortunately, I cannot recall the password. After several unsuccessful attempts to recover the account by following Google's provided steps, I am stuck at a verification point without further options. Despite entering an alternative email for verification and receiving a code, I am unable to progress due to an "unverified device" error. I still have the original email from the Gmail Team confirming the account creation sent to my alternative email address. After clearing cookies, I was signed out of my rlbeck1990@gmail account. Despite not changing my password, it indicated it was altered 59 days ago without my knowledge. I attempted to regain access through the "forgot password" option. However, encountering difficulty in receiving the verification code on my cell phone led to account lockout due to numerous failed attempts. I am perplexed by the password change and the challenges faced in account recovery. I seek advice on resolving this issue, as I believe no one else has tampered with my account.

I listed two comfort bicycles for sale on OfferUp in early December [redacted]. I paid for a one-time promotion that cost $21.44 to advertise these bicycles, which were sold together within that month. However, OfferUp has continued to charge my Chase Bank account ending in [redacted] $21.44 monthly from January to March [redacted]. I reached out to OfferUp on March 12th and provided additional information as requested to close out my complaint ticket # [redacted]7. I also reported this issue to Google earlier this month. As a senior on a fixed income, I need my money and do not have any active listings on OfferUp. I am confused about why I am being charged monthly for a promotion that was only intended for one month. I'm Melissa Hughes, using the email [redacted] I'm having trouble with Google's two-step verification after my phone got damaged. Despite having added a recovery email, phone number, and security questions, I can't access my account on a new device due to the verification process looping me back. I've tried the account recovery process with the code sent to my recovery options, but it always leads me to start over. I've sought help online and made calls, but to no avail. I have had two Samsung phones stolen, the SM15DL and more recently the A11. Whenever I try to log in on any device, I can't update anything. I wish there was an option to report them stolen directly. I have been trying to delete the [redacted] number on file without success. My account doesn't recognize my email address "[redacted]" to allow me to make changes due to verification issues. I can't access my email from public computers due to the loop for verification. It would be helpful to have a menu to mark a number as obsolete if the phone is lost or stolen. Could you please register both stolen phones and delete the numbers associated with them? The new number for my account is [redacted] for [redacted]

Hello, I am having trouble accessing my Google account, [redacted] When I tried to log in on my iPad after a long time, I realized my linked mobile phone number was outdated. Despite changing my number last May, I did not update my Google account. During the recovery process, I mistakenly changed my password, resulting in all my devices being offline.
