My phone's screen cracked and got wet, which caused it to black out. I attempted to sign in from another device for 2-step verification, but I couldn't complete the process due to the broken phone. Despite numerous efforts to access my account, such as changing the password and providing a new phone, I am now locked out of my Google account. This situation resulted in the loss of seven years' worth of important files, including precious photos and videos of my child, as well as school and work documents. Additionally, I am unable to sign into my Google Chromebook because it requires 2-step verification from the damaged phone.

I encountered an issue while trying to change my phone number. Initially, I needed to input my password. After resetting it, the page continuously refreshed upon clicking "okay," prompting me to create another new password. It repeatedly indicated that I had used the password before. Subsequently, when attempting to log in with the new password, it repeatedly failed. I am feeling extremely frustrated as this experience is unacceptable. Despite trying to contact customer support by phone, I have been unable to speak with anyone. I am now locked out of several devices and email accounts with no means of recovery due to the phone number change requirement. I am baffled as to why this is the sole method for account recovery. It is exasperating, and I am struggling to remain composed as various applications on my phone are now demanding sign-ins. I urgently require assistance via phone contact, as I am uncertain if I will receive any emails until next week. I find it nonsensical that a company of this magnitude does not offer an easily accessible 24/7 support line for such critical issues.

I am facing issues with setting up 2FA on my email. I can log in but cannot complete the 2FA process as I don't have the security codes, and my old phone number is no longer active. I have a new phone number now, [redacted], and a new Gmail address, [redacted] My old emails, [redacted] and [redacted], are restored. I tried logging in from another device, but the data was erased. My phone screen shattered and now it will not turn on. I have two-step authentication set up, and I cannot access any of my email accounts, including the recovery accounts. I own a Google Pixel 6 with a phone protector case from Google, and my screen cracked unexpectedly. Despite handling my phone carefully and it being new, the screen cracked. It was untouched in my pocket, but when I checked a notification, I saw a crack on the lower right side, where the edge starts to round off. Coincidentally, I came across an article about other Google 6 users facing the same problem. Many have reported it, but it seems Google isn't addressing this recurring issue satisfactorily. Considering the significant amount I paid for this phone, I am disappointed and concerned about having to pay more for a repair that I didn't cause. I hope Google is aware of this problem and is treating it seriously. I would appreciate any assistance in fixing my screen. Thank you.

Hello, I encountered an issue with resetting my password. When using the "forgot password" option and selecting a different method, the system sent the code not only to the number I chose but also to my work phone, my wife's phone, and my son's phone. It seems that adding numbers to "find my phone" leads to the system sending texts to all those listed numbers when recovering a password. This seems more like a program glitch. I am frustrated with the idea of having to pay for customer service to address this matter. Thank you.

1) Lately, my Gmail has been automatically moving emails to the Important folder once I reply to them, but now they are ending up in a folder or view I can't locate. I attempted to address this issue by accessing Gmail through Thunderbird today, but it appears that the emails I replied to are now lost in this confusion. 2) I encountered some suggestions on the forum to address this issue by setting up filters, but the Down arrow mentioned is no longer visible on my screen. 3) Is Gmail planning to introduce a thorough training program to help users navigate through these constant changes and updates?

I'm having an issue with call blocking apps not being able to disconnect blocked calls directly without them going to voicemail. The whole purpose of using these apps is to avoid dealing with unwanted voicemails. It seems like the problem lies with the call blocking apps not being able to hang up on blocked calls, making them less effective in stopping spam calls. This seems like a customer service issue that needs attention. It's frustrating when big businesses only offer no-contact phone numbers, preventing customers from speaking with someone to resolve problems efficiently. - M.Z.

Hello, my name is Clyde Jude S. from the Philippines. I recently did a factory reset on my phone as my mom had forgotten the password. During the setup, Google asked me to verify the account previously linked to the phone, which was my deceased dad's. Unfortunately, I don't know the password for his account. I am facing a persistent issue with unwanted ads popping up in Chrome on my Samsung A10e. Despite trying various online solutions, the ads continue to appear, hampering my work on the phone. I am seeking assistance in recovering important photos linked to my email address asowell38[at]email.com. These photos contain vital evidence related to a past traumatic event and my deceased 29-year-old daughter. The phone previously connected to these photos is a Trac phone with the number [redacted]. I suspect my email may be linked to this phone, as well as my son's phone, which is [redacted]. I'm unable to access my account because I forgot my password. I believe I used a suggested password and typically rely on autofill. My old phone stopped working due to water damage, and I now use a new phone with the old SIM card. This issue has caused me to fall behind by about a week. Despite accessing my Facebook and Pinterest accounts through Google login, I can't access my email to reset the password. I urgently need access to critical health-related emails and thousands of irreplaceable photos and albums. Google should offer alternative verification methods like questioning, using autofill for suggested passwords, or asking for a photo description. I am willing to provide additional personal information like my ID, credit card numbers, or address. I am open to any verification process that can help me recover access to my account as starting over is overwhelming and causing me significant stress. I have two Gmail accounts, one for my personal use and another for my business. I also utilize Google Sheets for a small business. I am looking to delete my business Gmail account, which is linked as the primary email for my Google account. However, I'm hesitant to do so in case it affects my Google Sheets. A few years back, I created an email for my YouTube account. I am in the process of switching to a new phone and noticed that I am still logged into this email on my old phone. To ensure a smooth transition, I checked my YouTube account email. However, I am encountering an issue where Google is unable to verify my account ownership. I am experiencing a significant issue with my accounts and passwords being removed by your employees. It is crucial that they understand the severity of tampering with someone's email access. This has caused me to be locked out of my accounts, which is unacceptable. I am considering resetting my emails, but this is a difficult task for me at 65 years old. My Google Gmail account has been hijacked, and the person may have obtained my IMEI info from my phone. This individual is now receiving all my emails on their device, and I suspect who it might be. Over the past six months, I've been cyberstalked by multiple people, not just one. The evidence I require, including screenshots, is spread across three Gmail accounts. The first one, foxyowl78271[at]gmail.com, was accessed by my boyfriend's mother in October, where I stored pictures of my life. The second one, victoriamvolpe[at]gmail.com, is crucial to me as it holds all pictures of my life and my son's life. The third account, ashtonfox1019[at]gmail.com, created last month, was also breached last night as I tried to retrieve evidence from my Google pictures. My Facebook Messenger was hacked in August, likely leading to these breaches. All my Gmail content is being forwarded to this person's device, showing my phone as an Android instead of a blue phone. I urgently need help recovering these three Gmail accounts due to severe cyberstalking incidents.

I believe my account is disabled because I cannot remember the password. I think I used a suggested password, which is why I can't recall it. My old phone got wet and no longer works, so I transferred the SIM card to a new phone. I'm unable to access my account or retrieve my photos and data.
