My Samsung Galaxy 3 phone from [redacted] got damaged, and I had enabled two-factor authentication on it in July after a theft incident involving my phone and laptop. I recently acquired a new phone and updated my phone number. However, the two-factor authentication process is not letting me in as my backup codes were stored on the old phone. I have access to my email and password using Yahoo mail, which was previously linked. Please reach out to me for verification purposes, as I am unable to log into my Gmail app.

I encountered trouble setting up a new laptop as I couldn't recall my Gmail password. Consequently, I created a new Gmail account on the laptop, resulting in being locked out of my phone. Despite several attempts to retrieve access to my phone, I continue to struggle to remember my Gmail login. This has left me unable to access crucial applications such as TextNow, Facebook, Messenger, and a hospital app. I am in urgent need of assistance to regain access to my account. Furthermore, the phone number associated with the account is outdated, hindering me from making necessary changes. Losing access to everything stored on my phone has left me feeling helpless. I earnestly seek help to recover my account and restore functionality to my phone, which contains vital aspects of my life.

I had been using an Android device for a few years, but due to glitches, I switched to an iPhone, which I used for two years. Now, when attempting to sign in to my account, I was prompted to send a code to my old Android, which I no longer have. I then tried to have the code sent to my former Android number, but I have since changed numbers. I kindly request to have my account removed from the LG Style 6 Android device. I'm having trouble accessing any of my accounts after my purse, wallet, and phone were stolen on December 19th. I can't log in to Facebook, Messenger, YouTube, Gmail, Samsung, or my Wells Fargo bank account because all my passwords were saved on my stolen phone. I've made numerous attempts to regain access to my accounts, but so far, I've been unsuccessful. The stolen items include my phone, wallet with various cards and cash, makeup, and self-defense weapons like a knife and pepper spray. I created a new email out of frustration. I urgently need assistance to reset my passwords and regain access to my accounts. Your help in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I need help recovering my Google account. I accidentally had an important email sent to that account. I can't access the phone number linked to the account. The recovery process doesn't prompt me with security questions, it just asks for the last password I remember and the inactive text now number associated with the account. I am stuck in a loop and urgently need to regain access to my account.

I am having trouble accessing my Google account because my iPhone was stolen about a month and a half ago. I am working on retrieving it, but in the meantime, I cannot reset my password as the verification code is being sent to the phone number linked to the stolen phone. I require assistance accessing my Google account, including my email and photos. The Google AI assistance is not effective as it keeps sending the password reset to an email I can't access. I have memory challenges, so I may have attempted the password reset more times than anticipated, resulting in my account being locked. I recently tried to set my new phone number as my primary contact, but realized I have three Google accounts. None of them are recognizing me on my new device with the new number. This compromised access to my email, debit cards, and bank accounts, including my main account [redacted] Without access to this account, I am facing significant challenges. I no longer have access to my previous phone number, [redacted], but I am willing to provide any necessary information, including my ID, to verify my identity. Additionally, my Facebook, text now, Chime, and Lili accounts are connected to this email. I suspect my husband, who has a history of hacking my accounts, might be involved. On Sunday, December 27th, I contacted support to regain access to my Chromebook Google account after forgetting my password. They sent me a text message with a link to a website where I followed the instructions. Despite explaining my issue multiple times, I only received an email with instructions to change my password, which I already knew how to do. I was charged an exorbitant amount for this unhelpful service. I am disappointed as I didn't receive the assistance I needed, and I still can't access my account. I'm requesting a refund to be credited back to my checking account. This experience has been unacceptable.

Despite attempting to contact a human representative, they seem to be unavailable for an extended 3-day lunch period. The linked accounts hold crucial banking and insurance information, which I urgently need as I have a court appearance tomorrow. This issue stems from a personal matter with Google, dating back 5 years when a former employee's identity fraud and cell phone hacking caused me significant troubles. I managed to connect with Google after multiple attempts and they initiated a resolution, but the problem resurfaced when they took an extended lunch break, resulting in phone damage and battery drain. I have been attempting to rectify these issues to avoid a return to homelessness and unemployment, but faced with indifference from both law enforcement and Google. I've been struggling to access my email account. A few days ago, my Fire tablet unexpectedly prompted me for my long-forgotten password, which I never logged out of on that device. The password I tried was wrong, leading me to verify my account through a code sent to my phone. Despite entering the code, it didn't suffice, and I was asked for another verification method - either my locked email or my daughter's email. I opted for my daughter's, but no code arrived, not even in the spam folder after multiple attempts. Seeking help from Just Answer for a $1 trial was fruitless; they advised waiting 24 hours, but even after 36 hours, no progress. Frustrated, I've ended the Just Answer subscription without a refund. Now I'm contemplating switching to Hotmail. The inability to access my email, vital for my activities, is exasperating.

I use [redacted] as my primary account for all my college-related matters. It is imperative for me to regain access to this account. Although I had a recovery email linked to it, the individuals who have taken over my account also compromised that email. I used to have [redacted] as my phone number for recovery purposes, but it seems they have removed that as well. Despite encountering these issues recently, I am well-versed in the account details as it has been mine for many years. Unfortunately, the assistance I have received so far has not been helpful in recovering my account. I plan to acquire a new SIM card for my phone with the number [redacted]-[redacted], but currently, the only phone I can use is my dad's, with the number [redacted] for incoming and outgoing calls.

I am facing privacy concerns that are very distressing. I feel like I am being constantly followed by a group of white individuals with backpacks. Whenever I relocate to a new city, they seem to appear there as well. To make matters worse, I struggle to maintain an email account as I have to change my password every few days due to multiple logins from [redacted] different devices. This forces me to create new email addresses every two weeks. Additionally, I am currently dealing with someone who has unauthorized access to my device, causing me distress by taunting me. It seems like they are also manipulating my finances, leaving me feeling helpless. Communication with them directly is also impossible at this point.
