I am reaching out regarding my email address [redacted] Earlier this year, I lost my phone, which was stolen. Before it was taken, I changed phone numbers and forgot to update my recovery phone number in Google settings. As a result, when my devices were stolen, I could not sign back in to accounts that were previously logged in. I am deeply concerned about losing access to this account as it holds precious photos of my children and deceased family members. If I cannot retrieve these memories, it would be devastating for me. I kindly request your assistance in helping me regain access to my account. The previous recovery phone number that I have lost is [redacted].

I've been trying to access my email for the past three days, but I keep getting an error message saying my password is incorrect. Despite several attempts to recover my account, I am unable to get past the Captcha verification. When I switch to the audio option, the sound is unintelligible. It's frustrating because I have been using this Gmail account for over three years, and all my important information, including banking details, is stored there. The system is now claiming that my password was changed three days ago, but I did not make any changes or authorize any modifications to my account.

About 4 months ago, my iPhone was damaged, and I lost access to my saved passwords. I have been struggling to regain access to my Google account ever since. Every time I request a password reset, I am asked to wait for [redacted] hours. After waiting, I try to reset my password again, only to be stuck in this cycle. I need help with accessing my account. My account is [redacted], and my recovery account was michael77mounts@gmail, but I cannot access it either. Both passwords were saved on my iPhone, so I am unsure what they are. I have individuals accessing my information, hacking my Gmail, posting almost naked people on my page, dead bodies, and also things related to witchcraft or Santeria. They use all these offensive ads that show up on other people's Gmail accounts. These individuals know my Gmail and have exposed posts like my social security number on social media. I need to retrieve all that information to hand over to the police. My privacy is compromised.

I have followed all the instructions on the website to cancel my Google Workspace account, but I am still getting charged every month. I have been trying for months to cancel it, but I no longer have access to the account as it was deleted. I have tried all the available options on the website to cancel the subscription, but I have not received any assistance. I do not want to close my bank account just to stop these recurring charges.

My home was destroyed in a fire with my phone inside, making it impossible to access my Google account. Although I have the correct email and password, I am repeatedly prompted to use my old phone, which is now melted. Despite numerous attempts to contact customer service, I have been unable to reach anyone for assistance. On November 21st, I realized that my Gmail account password was changed, and the recovery password was also adjusted to match the email password. Unfortunately, I no longer have access to the phone number associated with the account and other recovery options are not available. As a result, I'm completely locked out of my account. I urgently need assistance in unlocking the account. I can provide other verification details, such as previous passwords, IDs, or location history if needed. My Google account, [redacted], has been suspended, and I am anxious as it contains all our irreplaceable family videos and photos with no backup. I believe the suspension may be due to the algorithm detecting images of my children unclothed during a past vacation with my spouse. I had granted permission for a human review of the content, but I keep receiving the same automated response resulting in the continued suspension. I'm having trouble accessing my Google account as the two-step verification code is being sent to my old phone number, which I can no longer retrieve. I attempted to send the code to a friend's email, but Google required me to wait 3-5 days for verification. It has now been 6 days without resolution. I urgently need access to my account. I have been a victim of hacking this year, resulting in the need to create multiple Gmail accounts and change my phone number several times. Dear Google, I am writing to bring to your attention an issue with the recent changes in your email program. When I sent my father the memoir I edited, a large "pdf" box appeared on the screen, unlike how document types have previously been displayed in emails. This change could be interpreted as implying that I am not performing well for my daughter whose name starts with "P." The use of "DF" has caused me extreme psychological distress in the past, leading to severe physical and mental health issues. I recently purchased a new MacBook Air and transferred my information from my external hard drive backup. However, I am having trouble accessing my Gmail account now. Although I've had the account for years, I keep receiving an error message stating that my username and login are not recognized. When the automated system sends a code to my phone number ending in [redacted], I do not receive it. I also tried entering this phone number when prompted, but it was not recognized by the system. Interestingly, I can see my Gmail information when I log in to my office computer remotely. How can I regain access to my existing account if I can't even log in?

My partner's Google account and mine have been hacked multiple times in the past 24 hours. Despite changing the passwords, we keep getting logged out with different passwords each time. It's distressing to have someone access our personal content. How can we remotely log out the hackers and prevent them from accessing our accounts further? Hello, I recently got a new email address but I really need to access my old one because it has all my contacts stored. Being disabled and on a fixed income, the unexpected charge has impacted my monthly budget leaving me with limited funds to cover my living expenses. I have paid Google a total of £[redacted].17, at £6.49 per month for several months now, but I am unsure what this charge is for. It is deducted from my bank around the 24th of each month. I need this to stop immediately. Can you confirm that it has ceased? I submitted a claim with ID number 8[redacted]-[redacted], but it was not verified, which seems to be a standard response. I attempted to contact support but could not get through due to covid restrictions. The emails I sent to Google all indicate 'no reply'. How can I reach a department or person to address my concerns? One of my Gmail accounts is [redacted], which I've had for several years. Due to an issue with Google, I am unable to enter the code to access my email. Unfortunately, my phone number in the USA is no longer active as I canceled the monthly billing upon leaving the country, and now I cannot retrieve that number. I believe I had that number associated with my Google account, making it impossible for them to send me a message.
