I recently connected a new phone to my Google account using my phone number, and it signed in smoothly. Unfortunately, the phone was damaged, and when I tried to sign in on my new device, it kept sending a recovery code to my email. However, the reset link was being sent to the changed recovery email, which happened to be the same address I was trying to access. My email recovery was switched from iCloud to Gmail without my knowledge. I'm unable to access my account after trying various options provided by Google. This account is crucial to me as I've been using it for about a decade. I seem to be stuck in a loop with no way to regain access.

Hello, my name is Singh. I am from New Zealand. I am puzzled as to why Google deducted $42 from my account without any valid reason. I strongly object to these transactions totaling $7.06, especially as I did not authorize them. These transactions were carried out on 29-10-21 under the pretext of currency conversion charges even though I did not use the services. This seems like a dishonest act committed by Google, and such fraudulent activities should not be tolerated anywhere. While $42 may not seem like a significant amount to you, it is quite valuable and hard-earned for me. I kindly request Google to refund the deducted amount back to my account. Thank you, B Singh.

Hello everyone, I am Maisar W. Tahseen from Iraq, aged 21. Recently, I fell victim to an online ransomware attack that encrypted all my files on my laptop. The attackers demanded $[redacted] for the decryption key. Despite being told by many that recovery was impossible, I persevered and managed to retrieve some of my files back. I even obtained files and pictures from the hacker's attacks, some dating back to [redacted] and older, including those from the Windows XP era. Although not a computer expert, I am determined to catch this criminal who continues to target others. If anyone is willing to help, I can provide the information and evidence I gathered during my recovery process.

I recently received the following message from you. Soon, you will be required to use 2-Step Verification for your account: [redacted] This means after entering your password, you will need to complete a second step on your phone for added security. 2-Step Verification will be automatically enabled on November 9th, but you can choose to turn it on earlier if you prefer. This additional step is being implemented to enhance the security of your account. If your phone is not always accessible, or if you do not have a smartphone (such as in the case of a senior), or if you are in an area without cell service, you have concerns about how this will impact your ability to access your accounts. Please clarify whether there are alternative methods available in such situations so that I can ensure continued access to my accounts.

When I opened my computer, I noticed that all my saved passwords in Chrome were gone. Even though the auto sign-in and password save options are enabled, Chrome does not prompt to save passwords anymore. I now have to manually enter each password. I typically use Chrome as a guest user, not signed in. Fortunately, I still have all my bookmarks and browsing history intact. The issue seems to have occurred right after I opened my laptop, just before launching Chrome, a brief message about personal settings appeared in a pop-up window. Unfortunately, the message disappeared too quickly for me to read it entirely. This is the first time this has happened to me, and I'm unsure if it's related to the missing saved passwords.

After installing the latest update on my Pixel 4, I encountered significant issues. The phone displays a battery charge detection error, experiences rapid battery drain, and randomly shuts down. Customer service confirmed this as a known issue, offering repair options through mail or at a "youbreakifix" store. The closest store is inconveniently located an hour and a half away from my residence. Working as a physician caring for cancer patients prohibits me from visiting during the week and weekends due to on-call duties. Leaving the phone for repair for an extended period is not feasible. Therefore, I have opted to purchase a Samsung phone instead. Additionally, my wife's Pixelbook had a sticking key issue, and after customer support's attempted fix over the phone, the device was rendered inoperable. The lack of support for the consequences has led to my decision to move away from Google products, as my Pixel devices have been affected by faulty updates and unsatisfactory customer service experiences.

I placed an order for a Pixel 5A on October 13 to use with my Sennheiser Bluetooth earbuds, as my current phone didn't support the required Android version for the Sennheiser App. The Pixel 5A I received on October 16 began experiencing pairing issues with my earbuds and other Bluetooth devices. After confirming that the earbuds functioned properly with other devices, I discovered the Pixel 5A was unable to pair with any Bluetooth device. I missed the 15-day return period while troubleshooting the issue, and now I am left with a defective phone that the return policy states cannot be replaced.

I've been receiving emails from an account that appears to be a variation of my own email address. Despite Google's insistence that this isn't possible, the sender, John Alonis, has an email address with a period after the first letter similar to mine. The car club president confirmed sending emails to this address, which raised my concerns further. Despite my efforts to escalate this to Google through the help desk and forum moderator, I haven't received a satisfactory resolution. The volunteer moderators and Google seem unwilling to acknowledge the issue, leaving me frustrated. I'm considering involving the district attorney if Google doesn't address this serious security concern promptly. I have evidence to support my claim, including the original emails sent to the other account, and I'm willing to cooperate with any investigation.

I am currently having trouble logging into my YouTube account, which is linked to my paid premium account and connected to my Gmail. Unfortunately, I have forgotten my Gmail password. The trusted device I normally use is damaged, so I can't access it. This also prevents me from accessing my recovery email. I am unable to get into my recovery email for iCloud, and vice versa. Even though I know my iCloud password, I can't access it as it requires access to my Gmail account. The same goes for my recovery phone number, which I can't use as the phone won't turn on. I have tried entering my credit card information, but it didn't work. I am unsure if this was for my Gmail or iCloud, but I simply want to change my Gmail password and regain access to it.

I am having trouble accessing my Gmail account as I forgot my password. I attempted to recover the account but got stuck in a loop of needing to verify. When I tried to verify, Google asked me to sign in to the Gmail account, which I couldn't do as I didn't have access to the verification code from the Google Authenticator App. Google offers to send the code to my email, but I can't login due to forgetting my password. This cycle of issues seems never-ending, with no way to access the required verification code. I am seeking other solutions, such as recovering via an alternate email, but it doesn't appear to be an option with Google's current setup.

About a year and a half ago, my ex-boyfriend, who was my boyfriend at the time, and I split up. When we separated, he took my social security card, birth certificate, and driver's license, along with my phone that contained important account information, including some for my sons. I used to handle their unemployment and other matters through those accounts. He has been harassing me ever since, locking me out of various accounts, hacking into all my Facebook profiles. He was in jail for almost eight months, but upon his recent release, the harassment has resumed, causing severe depression. I'm at a loss for what to do as he contacts people I know and spreads false information about me. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Hello! I recently received a replacement Samsung S8 phone from my provider, T-Mobile. Unfortunately, starting on November 5, one of my two Gmail accounts stopped syncing properly on the new device. After contacting T-Mobile, I was referred to Samsung for assistance. However, Samsung indicated that the issue lies with Google and provided me with a phone number that turned out to be invalid. I have tried various troubleshooting steps like checking sync settings and restarting the phone to no avail. I even attempted to reset the Gmail account based on instructions from YouTube but still encountered issues. I am unsure of what steps to take next as neither T-Mobile nor Samsung were able to resolve the problem. Any advice on who I should contact for further assistance would be greatly appreciated. I was suddenly logged out of my Gmail account. I have tried all my recent passwords but none are working. When I try to reset the password, it says the eligible devices for prompts are no longer available. The recovery email and mobile number listed are incorrect, linking to my old account. Thus, I can't receive any verification codes for recovery. Despite attempting the recovery process, it keeps looping back without asking security questions or allowing me to input the one-time codes. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated as I am frustrated and unable to access my account.

I would like to report a fraudulent online store misusing our address, causing disturbances and safety concerns for my family. The website in question is Rise-dispensary.olistshops.com, which sells cannabis online and falsely lists our address for customer pick-ups. Strangers are coming to our private residence at all hours seeking cannabis, unaware that the address is inaccurate. As parents, we are deeply troubled by this situation and request the immediate removal of our address from the website. I believe my email was compromised after I received a message on my channel's email regarding a live stream. Unfortunately, this led to my email being hacked, and I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused. Subsequently, my channel was terminated, possibly due to the email hack affecting my YouTube access. I want to clarify that I have always adhered to your policies and never violated any guidelines intentionally. I have made several reports regarding the hacking of my email and YouTube accounts, leading to the termination of my channel. I kindly request assistance in restoring my YouTube channel. I assure you that I will be more cautious and vigilant in the future to prevent any unauthorized access to my accounts.

I misplaced my phone which receives verifications for my [redacted] account. Unfortunately, my recovery email at [redacted] is no longer in use, and the recovery number is a Google Voice number which I can't access without my phone. As a result, I'm unable to log in to my Gmail or Google accounts. Can anyone assist me in resetting the password for [redacted]? Subsequently, I'm also having trouble accessing my [redacted] account. If possible, could someone help me reset the password for that account too?

I have been attempting to have a fraudulent charge of $54.49 refunded to my checking account for nearly two weeks now. On November 4th, [redacted] at 10:55 a.m., Google withdrew this amount without my consent for a purchase I did not make. I urge Google to promptly refund my checking account to avoid accruing overdraft fees.

Hello, my name is Evelyn QuiƱones Peralta. I went to the bank 5 days ago to file a claim for some transactions I had never seen before. These transactions show as "Google Patricia REED" and consist of various small amounts that added up to around $40. The bank advised me to contact you to start an investigation into what happened. The bank started its investigation today.

During an abusive relationship, my ex gained access to my account without my consent and changed all my saved passwords on my phone. This email holds sentimental value as it contains all my children's baby pictures and images of my deceased mother. Unfortunately, I cannot retrieve a recovery code as my phone broke and I switched carriers. Additionally, since he altered my passwords, I am unable to access my recovery email. The account shows activity on his phone, but he denies having any knowledge of it. Desperate to recover the precious photos of my children, especially my youngest in foster care, I am willing to pay any amount for help in accessing my account.
