I am currently locked out of my Google email account. The linked email has been removed, and the associated phone number was changed for security reasons due to potential hacking. I possess identification such as a driver's license, birth certificate, and marriage certificate, which I can use to verify my ownership of the account. I am willing to provide a photo of myself holding these documents along with a handwritten note containing specific information. I am seeking access to my purchased apps, Google Drive, and email, all tied to this account. The locked email is [redacted] The previous phone number linked to the account was [redacted] with an Arizona area code, while my current number is [redacted], as I have recently moved to Colorado.

My phone suddenly died, and when I powered it back on, everything was gone - apps, pictures, and it even said it wasn't registered with the network. I tried to log back into my email, but it says wrong password and that the number is unable to receive the code. This has happened before with another Gmail account, and though I went through all the verification steps, I never recovered it. Google did manage to recover the backup email account, which is now my only access to everything I need. I need immediate assistance with my [redacted] account. Additionally, I would like my original primary account [redacted] recovered, as it holds precious pictures of 7 deceased family members. This needs to be resolved urgently.

I accidentally dropped my phone a month ago, and today the screen turned white. I'm currently locked out of my email, and I urgently need to access an email from my son's neurologist by the end of the business day. I've been trying to use my husband's old phone, but I can't remember my changed password. I can only see part of the notification prompt on my trusted device asking if it's me trying to sign in. I've been struggling to access my husband's phone for passwords, but time is running out. I'm feeling overwhelmed and contact via phone would be greatly appreciated since I'm not tech-savvy. To confirm my identity, I'm providing my daughter's email address, me*****@gmail.com. Please consider calling for further assistance.

We reported issues with our phones' security being violated, my daughter's account closed without reason, and being unable to access her Google account due to address changes. After paying for Norton Security, we expected a call back as promised, but instead, we were blocked and left unresolved. To ensure this doesn't occur again, we request a 24-character alphanumeric passcode for her phone reset. Her current numbers are [redacted] and [redacted]. Her phone remains unusable due to unauthorized use of her Google account and the browser being disabled to copy her voice for fraudulent actions. Kindly contact us promptly, as we cannot contact you by phone as previously agreed.

I am having trouble logging into my account and recovering it. It is very frustrating as someone keeps changing my passwords. Even with 2-step verification, I cannot access my account. I tried sending a code to my recovery number, which I received and entered, but then it asked for a second verification that only provided options to send a code to my recovery email or generate a code with the Google code generator. When I tried entering the code, it said the wrong number of digits, and now I am locked out due to too many failed attempts. I just want access to my account where I have stored all my photos from the last 5 years on my Google Drive. It would be helpful if there was a way to verify my identity by sending my ID. If not, I am unsure what steps to take when someone keeps changing my passwords constantly despite my efforts.

After performing a factory reset on a Samsung Galaxy 8 phone to transfer ownership, I encountered an issue when trying to sign in with the Google Account previously synced on the device. Despite entering the correct email and latest password associated with the account, I kept receiving an error message prompting me to try again with the previously synced account. Although I attempted using older passwords linked to the account, the problem persisted. The Google account password had been changed multiple times since the phone was first set up, and the exact password synced before the reset remains unknown. This issue hinders the carrier unlock process necessary for the phone transfer. If anyone has a solution or method to resolve this matter, please advise.

Hello, my old phone's screen recently broke, and I replaced it with a new phone. Unfortunately, I was still logged into my Google account on the old phone, but I can't sign out as the screen is broken. I received an email indicating that my account was recovered, but when I tried to log in on the new phone, my password had been changed. I am unable to access my account as I am not being prompted to answer my security questions for verification. The recovery phone and email methods are also not working, and I am being told there is not enough proof to verify my identity. It is crucial for me to regain access to this account as it contains important information such as credit card details and precious photos of my grandkids spanning nine years. I have not set up any backup codes. I would greatly appreciate any assistance you could offer. Thank you.

Hello, I am Lionel H. George. I am reaching out regarding an issue with my Verizon account. Due to the government shutdown caused by Donald Trump, I encountered financial difficulties and fell behind on payments. This has resulted in challenges with payments and taxes. I am seeking assistance to rectify this matter promptly before considering legal actions. My Google account associated with [redacted] is also affected. Your cooperation in resolving this is appreciated to avoid further escalation. Thank you. Lionel H. George.

I'm having an issue with Google's security features causing problems for logging into accounts. It would be helpful if Google allowed access when the password is correct without additional security steps. Having multiple Google accounts tied to one account can become challenging with frequent lockouts. The frustration mounts when simple access is hindered due to the need for 2-step verification, phone number verification, or recovery email steps. It's inconvenient, especially when a phone is lost, creating a roadblock to access even with the correct password. Simplifying the access process when the password is correct on the first try would greatly improve the user experience.

I am having trouble with my LG Aristo cell phone’s Google search bar. Each day, a window keeps popping up at the bottom of the screen when I try to use the Google microphone in the search bar. I need help figuring out how to disable this constant interruption. I end up having to uninstall and reinstall Google each time just to get my search bar to work properly for the day. I have looked everywhere on my phone for a solution, but I can't seem to find a way to turn it off. There is no contact number available for me to get direct assistance on this matter. If this problem persists, I might have to switch to a different browser.

I am frustrated with the constant issue I am facing on my phone with the Google search bar. Every day, when trying to use the microphone to search, a small window pops up at the bottom, making me go through extra steps. I have to frequently uninstall and reinstall Google to fix it, dealing with widget loading errors. Despite having Google Assistant enabled, I can't seem to disable this feature causing the inconvenience. I am looking for a solution to stop this daily problem, or I might switch to another search browser. It's frustrating that there is no phone support to assist with this persistent issue.

I have followed all the recovery steps for over a week, and I'm desperate to regain access to my Google account. The current recovery process is not helpful if someone has hacked into my account. The email for the recovery code is not the one I have listed, which is confusing since my recovery email is a Yahoo account, not one starting with "md." Despite changing my password multiple times successfully on my phone, I cannot log in on my laptop. The system keeps directing me to an unfamiliar email account for verification. My primary Gmail account is [redacted] I urgently need assistance to access my account on my laptop for essential online activities.

After performing a factory reset on my Android phone, I discovered that I couldn't remember my password for my Gmail account. When trying to reset it, I faced issues accessing my Yahoo account to receive an account key without being logged in somewhere else. My phone number isn't attached, and my recovery email for Yahoo is linked to my Gmail. Despite reaching out to Yahoo's paid service for assistance, I faced verification challenges. They requested details about an email I sent, which I couldn't recall doing as I primarily used the account for receiving emails. I am unable to reach Google for help, and I feel stuck. I can provide information to prove ownership of my Gmail account, including the previous password, associated name, birthdate, and recovery email. My Gmail holds vital information, and I urgently need access.

I am struggling to gain access to a new account I created on Domain.com to utilize with GSuit through Google. After waiting for the email confirmation, which never arrived, I contacted Domain.com to address the issue. Despite their assurance that everything is working, I continue to face difficulties logging in as Google has suspended my account without any prior use. Attempting to access my new email ([redacted]) through my existing Gmail account (827agails) has also been unsuccessful. I have already contacted Domain.com and received a temporary password. I am urgently requesting a call back to resolve this matter as I am eager to progress with my new project. Please reach out to me at [redacted]. I appreciate any assistance in getting my account sorted out so I can proceed with my plans.
