Since my iPhone XR was stolen on November 28, [redacted], I lost access to both the phone number associated with the account and the recovery number. Despite knowing the security answers and details like the first password created for the account, the system keeps asking to send verification codes to the old phone numbers. I used [redacted] and [redacted] as recovery numbers. I am eager for assistance from Google to reset this blocking mechanism so I can regain access to my account. I have two complaints about separate game apps. Firstly, in the JMW Dino War game, I experienced a situation where I spent over $20 and did over 30 spins for the USA keys prize, landing twice on a legendary dinosaur and an epic one, but receiving a different prize. Despite contacting the support team, they denied my claim. Secondly, in the Jurassic World game, as a VIP player, I have encountered issues with not receiving card packs after completing daily missions on time, along with experiencing frequent crashes after watching commercials. I suspect the crashes are intentional to make users watch additional ads, even though my Wi-Fi connection is strong. I believe these issues need to be addressed promptly.

I recently encountered a situation where my minor son made unauthorized charges while playing the game Last Shelter Survival on my phone. After contacting my bank and receiving a refund, Last Shelter Survival permanently banned my account. They are now insisting that I need to repay the $[redacted].95 my son spent in order to reinstate my account. Despite being a loyal player for years and investing significant time and money into the game, they are unwilling to resolve the issue. I have tried reaching out to Google support for assistance, but have been unsuccessful so far due to the lack of live help over the phone and recurring errors when following the steps provided. I encountered an issue while trying to log into my Square account to process a payment for my business. The system requested a password change, but in the rush of customers at my store, I don't recall the exact details. I use an Android phone for Square. Following the password update, I stopped receiving email notifications on my iPhone and my banking transactions are not processing. I tried to reset my password again since I couldn't remember the recent change, but the laptop mentioned sending a notification to my phone, which I never received. I double-checked that my phone settings allow notifications, but still no luck. While I was in jail in October [redacted] in McMinn County, TN, I asked my wife to remove my pictures from Facebook and delete my Facebook and Google accounts due to past drama. Unfortunately, my wife changed the passwords to these accounts after discovering more of my actions behind her back. She kept the accounts as evidence for a potential divorce, which I understand. Although she didn't delete my email account, we've moved past this and are doing well. I now need to access my Facebook account to retrieve my pictures, but I don't have the password since my wife changed it, and I never knew it. I recently purchased an LG K40 device from MetroPCS. I was misled into believing that I had to change my phone number instead of keeping the one I had on my ZTE Promax device. Additionally, MetroPCS usually allows device trades when purchasing a new one, but they did not allow me to trade my ZTE device for the LG K40. The LG K40 I purchased came with pre-installed trusted root credentials and hidden features that I did not authorize. I cannot uninstall unwanted pre-installed apps or change app permissions properly due to greyed-out buttons. Despite my attempts to contact MetroPCS, I have not received a satisfactory resolution. The MAC address and IMEI on the device do not support it, which feels like a violation as I paid for the device outright. There seem to be suspicious associations linked to my device, including connections to foreign countries, which is concerning. I have visited several MetroPCS stores for assistance but have not found any resolution. I am unable to access my email due to rearrangements made by the pre-installed features. Hello, I have been using Mistplay to earn gift cards for playing games for a while now without issues. Recently, I received a $5 Google Play card that was supposed to be redeemable in the USA. However, when I tried to redeem it, I received an error message stating that it was only usable in the country it originated from, which is the USA. After reaching out to Google Play support, they were able to add the $5 to my account. Unfortunately, whenever I try to use the credit, I still encounter the same issue about the wrong country. I would appreciate any assistance in resolving this matter and replacing the $5 credit with one that is usable in the USA.

I recently purchased a phone from MetroPCS and signed up for Google One. However, I am now locked out of my Google account. I have tried all the recovery options, but it never prompts me for my old password. Even though I have set up email and phone number for recovery, it only works when I forget the account's name, not the password. This seems like a glitch to me. The system should work for both instances. It's frustrating because I just want access to my account. Hello. I am facing an issue with my Galaxy A51 as the screen is broken and now showing black. Unfortunately, all my belongings have been stolen, including both my phones with my email accounts on them. I can't log into my Gmail because the devices I'm using aren't recognized, and the thief has my recovery phone and email too. Any verification code I request goes to the stolen phones or my number, which she also has. I urgently need to regain access to secure my account, change the password, and update the recovery email. The person who stole my things is using my email to access my social media accounts and has been harassing me for months. I am experiencing an issue where typing on my keyboard is causing unwanted menus to appear on my phone constantly. I have already factory reset my phone twice within the last two days, but the problem persists. The only downloads I have made are from your company, and I have not even opened any emails yet. This is hindering my ability to play games or text anyone comfortably as these menus keep interfering. I value my privacy and would prefer not to have these interruptions while using my phone. I suspect the problem is related to Chrome because I have been unable to update it successfully. Ad Remover showcases an appealing website promising to eliminate ads and associates with Norton. Today, I renewed my subscription using PayPal in hopes of benefiting from their service on multiple devices. Upon calling for support in setting up the service on my Android phone after the payment, I was informed about a pre-existing issue for weeks and offered a refund for the $42.49 fee. It appears they lacked appreciation for their developers, causing service disruptions. They continue to advertise and accept payments for a service they can't fulfill, requiring Google's intervention to halt their ads until the service is operational again. Despite the initial difficulties, I eventually managed to begin using the service.

Hello, my name is Samuel M. My Motorola 6, which I had for two years, went missing about two weeks ago. I had around 10 apps on the phone related to personal matters like child support and IRS information, all linked to my Google account. I used to regularly check my device location in settings to ensure I was using the correct device, which always showed my location accurately until the last time on 1/16/21 at a local bar. After having a few drinks, I blacked out, and the next day I couldn't find my phone. I retraced my steps and found my debit card but not my phone.
