The last time I used a phone was an iPhone 12 Max. My Apple ID was [redacted] and my phone number was [redacted]. I now have a Blu B11 ODL Android device. I faced issues making an emergency call on my disabled iPhone and had to factory reset it. I missed the return window with Apple and AT&T postpaid would not accept the device back. I paid $[redacted] upfront and still owe $[redacted] on it, leaving me with a $1,[redacted] unusable phone. I now use a new number, [redacted]. While trying to recover my account, I encounter errors with temporary password codes. I need a password reset for [redacted], linked with [redacted] Urgently, I require access to retrieve bank information saved in drafts. Thank you for your help.

I've called you every month recently because my card keeps getting charged for Discovery Plus, even though I don't watch it on my phone but through Roku. I was charged 7.41 twelve days ago, causing issues with my Roku account since you also took money from them. I spend a lot with Google, so I'd appreciate a refund for the unauthorized charges over the past 3-5 months. I desperately need that money back as I care for a very ill brother and thirty animals. It's frustrating not being able to speak with a person when I call, and the automated responses aren't helpful. Please refund my account as soon as possible. Thanks, Paula.

I am seeking your assistance as a last resort to resolve an issue with my Google account. This account holds the only pictures I have of my late grandfather, who meant the world to me. I'm experiencing issues accessing my account. The system claims I changed my password when I didn't. Despite following the instructions to wait for 48 hours for support, I haven't heard back in 10 days. The situation worsened when I briefly regained access, only to be locked out again for over 6 days. I've contacted various support channels with no resolution. I rely on this account for important data. Even with two-step verification, I'm not receiving the verification codes. This ordeal is frustrating as I've been patient. The lack of accountability is concerning, and I suspect Samsung's involvement in this problem with Google. If this matter isn't resolved promptly, I'll have to discontinue using Google services and Samsung products.

Verification codes are sent to my hacked email rather than my phone, making the security measures ineffective. Even after changing my Google password, I got locked out, highlighting the vulnerability of Google and Gmail. I am frustrated as I cannot change the email for verification on the 6-8 connected Gmail accounts, even though two-step verification is set up. The system is flawed as someone altered the correct email for secondary verification, leaving me locked out of multiple accounts. I recently discovered that all of my Google and Gmail accounts were hacked today. I have been struggling to recover them, and although I managed to regain access, all my old emails have been deleted. This is incredibly distressing as I have 6-8 Gmail accounts that I can no longer access, all of which contain important banking and personal information. I have attempted to set up additional security measures like two-step verification, but the hacker changed the email addresses for secondary verification, making it impossible for me to regain control. I purchased a car from a woman named Ms. Judy Stephen for $1,[redacted]. She claimed the car was at a military base and that once I paid, they would deliver it without any additional shipping fees. However, it has been 2 to 3 days, and the vehicle has not arrived. I tried to contact them via text with no response. I am not familiar with online purchases as I usually had someone help me who has since passed away. I believe I have been scammed and just want my $1,[redacted] refunded. They instructed me to buy eBay gift cards, but I ended up with Google Play gift cards. I have reported this to the police with no action taken. Hello, My name is Kamal and I am from France. I recently fell victim to a scam. I purchased a pre-ordered T-shirt from an individual claiming to be from the UK. After a few weeks, he informed me that he couldn't procure the T-shirt as it hadn't been released yet. I requested a refund, but he claimed that he never received the money due to an incorrect email address provided. I reported the issue to PayPal, who confirmed that the seller had indeed received the payment and advised me to resolve the matter directly with the seller. Despite reaching out to the seller via email for a refund, I have yet to receive a response. I suspect that the seller may be using multiple email and PayPal accounts as part of their scheme. The initial email used for the transaction was '[redacted]' (mistakenly provided by the seller), while the correct one is '[redacted]'. I am wondering if it is legal to have multiple email accounts and if the owner of both emails is the same person. Knowing this information would help me in my pursuit of a refund. Hello, I need assistance accessing my account as my phone, which had my password, was stolen. I changed my password due to a hack, and now I cannot recall it. I recently had a concerning experience after engaging in a conversation about relationships with someone who lived nearby. They eventually sent me inappropriate pictures and requested the same from me. After some reluctance, I sent two pictures, and then they began asking for money. When I refused, they threatened to post the images on social media, school sites, and share them with my family and friends. Upon investigating, I discovered that the individual is not local to me. Due to recent changes in staff, we are currently unable to access the [redacted] account. I am seeking access to the Google Drive linked to this email account. I need help recovering an old gaming account. I still remember the password, but Google is requesting verification through a phone number I no longer have access to. The options to try another way all involve sending a code to the inaccessible number. Even when selecting the don't have access to the phone option, it keeps looping back to the main page requesting input without providing an alternative method to verify the account.

My wife, Linda, is currently in possession of a Kindle Fire HD8 tablet, Generation 8, with serial number: GOWOT [redacted]F5X7 and build number: [redacted][redacted]. Unfortunately, she has managed to lock the tablet and the screen is very dark despite being on the charger. I've tried swiping the screen but I only see a dark keyboard. I reached out to Google regarding a device I received that came without a power cord. I contacted them and was informed that someone from the hardware department would reach out to me, but they have not. I still require a power cord and do not wish to make any payments or fill out any applications. I am unsure why it was asked whether the audio functions. I am disappointed with the service provided and would appreciate it if a power cord could be sent without any further delay.

I regret starting an inappropriate long-distance relationship with a coworker, jeopardizing my 23-year-long relationship. Hello Google team, I need urgent help. My Gmail account ([redacted]) was accessed on my LG G7 Plus ThinQ which has been stolen. Unfortunately, the screenshot of the password has also been lost with the phone. The last password I remember is "iamfarazbitch." I have forgotten my Google password and have been trying to recover it for months without success. The main issue is that I no longer have access to the recovery email address that is linked with my account. I have also forgotten the username and mobile number associated with the account. I accidentally locked myself out of my main account [redacted] My 2-step verification sends a code to my now inaccessible phone for verification. Since I can't access that phone, it keeps sending the code to my email [redacted], which I can't access. Can a verification code be sent to [redacted] instead?
