My Google account, [redacted], is currently locked due to an issue with Google Authenticator that occurred last year. I have been attempting to recover it, but unfortunately, my old phone was stolen. The phone number associated with this account is [redacted]. This has become a critical situation as I believe someone may have access to sensitive information such as my unemployment details. The email address [redacted] is tied to [redacted] as the recovery email. I suspect someone may have used my old phone number to gain entry to this account, which contains personal information such as my identification, taxes, and more. I have reported this as fraud to the IRS, and I am reaching out for assistance in recovering my email account. The password for [redacted] is ROXASBABY4918. I still have access to my Facebook account linked to [redacted] This is an urgent matter, and I would greatly appreciate prompt assistance. Thank you.

In January, $[redacted] was taken from my unemployment card. Despite contacting you to stop it, the issue persisted. I proceeded to order a new card, but $[redacted] was deducted from it last week. Today, I discovered a $6 charge from Google on a different card where my income tax refund was deposited. I didn't authorize any transactions with Google, and my cards are not linked. I'm baffled by how these charges are occurring. If you continue to ignore my calls and block my number, I will seek legal action against Google. These unauthorized deductions are causing financial strain as a single mother supporting my child. I am fed up and will be reaching out to an attorney promptly.

I recently received an email at [redacted] stating my wifi router was faulty, and a new one was sent. Following instructions, I returned the original promptly via USPS. Despite this, I have been charged $[redacted].71 claiming the item was never received. I did not request an exchange and find this situation suspicious. If not resolved, I will dispute this charge with my credit card company. Additionally, the lack of customer service availability is frustrating. This situation with Google has been disappointing and not as anticipated.

Hello, my name is Gearl Dorsett. Recently, I found myself locked out of my Cash App account that was set up for me by a friend's mother. Unfortunately, no one can recall the necessary login information, and I received a letter about my stimulus payment being deposited into this inaccessible account. Despite having all the relevant documentation, including my ID, social security card, Cash App debit cards, and the email addresses associated with the account, I am unable to access it. I am in urgent need of the confirmation number contained in those emails. The recovery process has been a frustrating experience as I encounter verification issues. I have been unsuccessful in reaching out to support and am left feeling unheard. I implore for better assistance and hope that someone can address my situation promptly. I am providing my sister's email for communication purposes, eager for a resolution.

I'm having trouble deleting my Google Voice number due to Google Voicemail being active on my phone [redacted]. I need to remove Google Voicemail forwarding by clicking "Deactivate Google voicemail on this phone" and following the steps. After I've done that, I will try again to delete my Google Voice number accordingly. Further guidance can be found in the Help Center.

I have been struggling to access my Gmail account, [redacted] I am unable to access it because my phone is broken, and I have forgotten the password. When I try to input an old password, it doesn't allow me to access my account. I even tried using my girlfriend's phone with my sim card, but now her name is associated with the account instead of mine. This is my primary account, and I have important emails, pictures, and phone numbers related to court dates that I urgently need. Can you please assist me in regaining access to my account? I understand the need for security, but I find the verification process frustrating, especially since I have managed to access my other accounts successfully. I just want my data back, and I hope you can help me resolve this issue promptly.

I have been unable to regain access to my hacked account for nearly two months despite following the prompts on the help page. The link to reset my password and regain access was supposed to be sent within [redacted] hours, but my emails, including the recovery link, are being deleted by hackers. The Freemasons have sophisticated ways of infiltrating society at various levels, making it challenging to protect my accounts. I recently faced legal issues where the Freemasons tried to incriminate me. My main account is [redacted], crucial for my business, but I need assistance from Google to recover it. Please reach out to me at the community college email provided. Thank you.

I am having trouble accessing my account [redacted] I have tried to recover it through Google account recovery, but without access to the phone number linked to my account I can't receive a verification code. I created a temporary email account [redacted] to have the code emailed to me, but that did not work. I am in a different location without access to the original phone number or computer I previously used to log in. This has left me without my contacts and photos. I am unable to get a replacement driver's license because they need to send a code to my inaccessible email address. I feel stuck and unsure of what to do next. If anyone can provide assistance, it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, Robert Plascencia. Landline: [redacted].

I am looking to remove an old device from my Google account in order to sell it. Currently, the only option available seems to be reporting it as stolen or lost, which would blacklist the device and make it unusable. I have already deactivated and factory reset the device. It would be helpful if Google or Android could provide a "remove this device" feature for users like myself who need to remove devices easily. Regards, A.

I am currently facing difficulties accessing my Google accounts. Out of my four accounts, I have been locked out of 8, with the active ones being inaccessible since November [redacted]. Some of these accounts are associated with Google One. I discovered that they seem to be interlinked, requiring access to one to access the passwords for the others. I believe I did not set them up this way, and most accounts do not have passwords due to issues with Google's access restrictions. Despite ongoing attempts since September [redacted], I have not been able to regain access to my business emails, some of which are still receiving important messages. The email addresses in question are [redacted], [redacted], [redacted], and [redacted], organized under a family plan that I cannot access. Another crucial email is [redacted], linked to websites I am currently unable to reach, impacting my business operations negatively.

I needed more storage for my account valb2953[at]gmail.com and purchased the 100GB monthly plan using PayPal. Unfortunately, there was an error in processing the order (SOP.3[redacted]-4[redacted]6 dated 3/18/[redacted]) as you attributed the subscription to valiri2953[at]gmail.com, a loosely related account. Additionally, there seems to be a requirement to sign up for a paid service to address concerns, which I do not have. I refuse to pay for these mistakes and might have to consider discontinuing the use of Gmail since I am unable to send or receive emails, and the extra storage is unnecessary for the other account. I will be informing PayPal not to proceed with any payments linked to this subscription error. Valentin B. (soon possibly not using Gmail if the issue is not swiftly resolved)

I purchased a "Steam" game card from Walmart but was unable to redeem it as it was already used. Upon contacting "Steam," I was directed to an agent claiming to be in California. The agent suggested buying another card, sharing the number, and later sent a code from "Google" for me to share back with them. Unfortunately, even after following these steps, I still haven't received the promised $[redacted] refund for the unused card. The agent, going by the name Alex, asked for past addresses that he claimed could not be verified. He insisted their company was affiliated with Google. This situation dates back to the purchase on January 1, [redacted], and all I seek is the refund for my special needs son, who used Christmas money to buy the card. It appears the Google partnership mentioned may be fraudulent. Any guidance on this matter would be appreciated. Best, Pat Schmidt

On February 15, [redacted], I logged out of my primary Google account due to security concerns. Upon attempting to log back in, I realized I had forgotten my password. I proceeded to reset the password, following all the necessary steps, including entering another account to receive the verification code. Despite entering the code, I was unable to reset my password. To my dismay, my saved passwords did not include my main account details. Despite multiple attempts, Google could not verify my ownership of the account I have been using for nearly two years. Unfortunately, I did not set up a recovery email for this account, complicating matters further. I am hopeful that Google can send a password reset request for my main account to an alternative account I am currently using. I have already attempted to contact Google support, but they only confirmed the account's activity status and suggested attempting to log back in, which was not successful. I am hopeful that Google can assist me with sending a password reset request to a different account to regain access to my main account. I appreciate any help in resolving this issue.

I've been receiving emails regarding my Google Account possibly becoming inactive soon. The email mentions a plan I set up where if I stop using my Google Account, it will be considered inactive. It states that 2 months after my last activity, [redacted] will be notified and given access to data from the products I've chosen. I'm not aware that I have a Google Account or what I need to do with it. I do have a Gmail account that I use, but I'm unsure about the Google Account's purpose. Can someone please clarify this for me?

I am encountering issues with my game Puzzle and Dragons on my Samsung A10e phone with Verizon. Google Play Services keeps crashing, leading to disruptions while playing the game. Additionally, when I attempt to use Google search, it crashes after entering more than one character. I have tried uninstalling Google and Play Services without success, as Play Store crashes if Play Services are removed. Despite restarting my phone multiple times and ensuring it is updated, the problem persists. Whenever I try to provide feedback or force stop Google, it becomes unresponsive. This issue is isolated to my phone, as my internet connection remains stable. I am reluctant to factory reset my device and seek guidance or solutions to resolve this persistent problem.

The Android System Webview on my Samsung S7 is causing major issues. Despite being disabled, my apps keep shutting down. Even the T-Mobile store cannot fix it or save my data. Enabling or downloading Android System Webview from the Play Store is impossible. Resetting my Gmail password on my computer hasn't helped either. This whole experience with Google's services is frustrating. James A. Talbott

Subject: Email Account Recovery Assistance Needed I am facing a significant issue with my email account, [redacted], which I rely on daily for various activities. Unfortunately, I have been locked out of the account and have experienced challenges with Google's recovery service. The recovery process is flawed, as it directs verification codes to an old phone number and the same email account I am attempting to access. This leaves me unable to verify my identity properly and regain access to my account. I urgently require assistance to rectify this situation as it is causing me considerable distress. Your prompt resolution of this matter would be greatly appreciated. Warm regards, William J. Roe

I recently changed my cell phone number due to misuse and forgot to update it on Google. I have been using my MasterCard debit card successfully and made purchases on the UDate app. However, this morning, after adding $[redacted] to my bank account, my card was declined when trying to buy coins on the app. I contacted my bank, and they confirmed there are sufficient funds in my account and there should be no issue. I need assistance in resolving this problem as I want to continue buying coins on the UDate app to interact with others. Despite trying to reach out to Google for help, I have been unsuccessful. I would appreciate any help in fixing this issue and being able to use my card on the app again.

I received a call from Internet Business Listings claiming to be associated with you. Can you confirm if this is legitimate or a scam? Attached is an email receipt regarding a Google listing setup purchase. It mentions a customer support number to call for assistance and advises to anticipate a Google verification postcard in 10-30 days. It stresses the importance of calling the customer support line upon receiving the postcard to activate the listing. Can you verify the authenticity of this communication promptly? Thank you.
