I closed my Google account, but it seems that it's still active and someone is using it with all my personal information. This has led to various problems as my other accounts have been phished and hacked. I no longer have access to the cellphone number linked to the account. The email [redacted], which was supposed to be closed years ago, is still active and being used by others to access my personal accounts and send spam. I urgently need this account shut down to prevent further issues.

Consequently, my email account is now inaccessible, and an unfamiliar email address is displayed. In late May of this year, I encountered issues logging into my Outlook account despite knowing the password. Following Google's suggestion to reset the password, I did so. However, Outlook didn't recognize the new one, prompting multiple resets. While each reset initially worked, I soon found myself needing to repeat the process frequently using the authenticator app. Unfortunately, it only works with registered emails. Accessing Google's password recovery became a secure but frustrating process requiring personal details. After numerous attempts, I received a message stating my email was permanently locked due to a lack of information. This Outlook account, [redacted], holds personal and important data now inaccessible. Following the December 1 security breach, it's crucial for the company to compensate and reassure clients. I had no involvement with the December 12, [redacted] problem and simply seek the return of my email with its contents intact, a commitment to prevent future issues, and stability in the service.

My Gmail seems to have been breached, and I need assistance. Two concerning incidents occurred: I requested Gmail verification via call but only received suspicious texts, and I did not receive an email to reset my password as expected. Hello, I used to have a Gmail account a while ago, but my phone was reset, and I got logged out of the account. I can't remember the associated password, and when I tried to reset it through the recovery link, I am facing issues. I recently factory reset my phone and changed my Wi-Fi provider, causing me to be unable to log into my Google account, [redacted] I faced issues with resetting my password as the phone numbers and recovery email listed were outdated. Google is requesting a code from my Hotmail account, which in turn requires a code from my Google account, leaving me stuck. Although I've regained access to my password through my keeper account, I still can't log in. I have encountered an issue with logging back into my account. I tried to recover it, but it only allows me to enter my old username and leaves a blank field for the password, which I can't recall. Even though I input the old password I remembered when prompted, it didn't work. Strangely, this old password matches the one listed in my password document as the current one. Consequently, I am unable to access my account. I managed to access it using an open Gmail account last night on another device, but the session was lost when the device's battery drained. I am now unable to retrieve important emails regarding Christmas gifts. Unfortunately, I face difficulty using a cellphone as I do not frequently use it. Hello, my name is Stevey Raiff. I'm trying to regain access to my Gmail account. I lost my phone some time ago, and someone changed the passwords to several of my accounts. I did not intend to sign up for a Google account. I am 73 years old, reside in a retirement home, and have health issues. Occasionally, I mistakenly engage in things I shouldn't. My new Google password is YellerJoe@K9Dag. Despite my attempts, I have been unsuccessful in figuring out how to cancel my membership. I continue to receive a notice from Google Play Services * 6h regarding "Account action required ([redacted]) & Google Play Services * 11d." My Google account has been updated and the password changed, which I did in an attempt to close the account, which unfortunately did not happen. Please assist me in canceling my membership as I have no intention of using it.

I have filed several complaints with Google Pay regarding unauthorized charges made by Timothy (TJ) Barbour which caused my account to go into the negative. I am requesting a complete reversal of all these charges that were mistakenly reversed. Timothy was aware of and approved the charges for the Toy Blast game, and I even reimbursed him in cash for each one. I urgently need my account to be reimbursed. It's crucial that someone reaches out to me immediately.

I am seeking assistance with my old Gmail account password. I have been attempting to reset it without success as I am unable to verify my account. I do not have access to my backup account that I created at 8 years old and do not remember the password. Providing my old phone number is not possible as I no longer have that phone. I cannot remember the passwords for the old email or backup emails. I can, however, identify the phones linked to the account I am trying to access. Accessing my account is crucial as it contains important information. Unfortunately, the automated system does not offer any alternative methods beyond the old phone or the now 14-year-old backup email, which I did not use. I would appreciate assistance in gaining access to my account.

On December 24, [redacted], I received a Google My Business letter in my postal mail. The cover has a return address in Bell, CA and mentions it's from Google. The addressee is my niece and nephew, with a message about important documentation enclosed. It instructs to verify the business by visiting google.com/verifymybusiness and entering the provided unique verification code. After researching the return address on Yelp, it appears to be associated with a scam. After checking the Google My Business site on my computer, it seems like the letter could potentially be used by scammers.

I disabled the two-step verification to access my account more easily. I subscribed to Google One for enhanced services like 24/7 customer support. However, now I am unable to access my account, and despite multiple attempts, I cannot resolve the issue or utilize the service I paid for. This situation is frustrating and upsetting.

I have noticed that Google search engine often shows fraudulent and scam sites at the top of the search results. These sites have numerous complaints and are involved in illegal activities like fraud and scamming. For instance, airtkt.com has received many complaints on BBB and is suspected of being involved in fraudulent activities with credit card companies. It is essential for Google to either flag these questionable sites or remove them from the search results altogether. Promoting illegal businesses goes against ethical practices, and it is crucial for search engines to prioritize legitimate and trustworthy websites.

I can recall my last two or three passwords, but I seem to have forgotten my current one. Unfortunately, the only recovery option available involves receiving a code on my old phone, which I no longer have access to as I disposed of it without understanding the intricacies of these security measures. When attempting an alternative method, Google redirects me to a page indicating they are unable to confirm my ownership of the account. This situation has resulted in the loss of numerous accounts, a predicament faced by many individuals, caused by Google's security protocols, which paradoxically hinder owners from regaining access to their own accounts.
