Hello, I am trying to contact G Suite to address the automatic charge of $[redacted].66 on my credit card after cancelling the subscription on October 27th. I run a kindergarten with only 25 students, and I cancelled because of a free trial advertised during webinars. However, I received a bill of $[redacted], which I thought was only $81 initially. Given the current financial challenges, it is distressing to be charged such a large amount for a cancelled subscription. I seek resolution for this issue as I face difficulty in reaching G Suite directly without a support pin, which cannot be generated anymore as the subscription is inactive. I am having trouble logging into my Gmail account as I have lost my password. I have followed the account recovery procedures several times without success, possibly resulting in it being blocked by Google. Please assist me in recovering my account password, as it contains vital documents and contacts. I have been using Gmail for one year and I am extremely stressed about this situation. On December 1st, I contacted my bank regarding suspicious transactions and spoke with a representative this morning. They mentioned a transaction from Google in California without a contact number. When reaching out to Google for assistance, I was directed to an expert who charged me for help, which I do not agree with. I want the disputed amount put back into my account, including the $18.95 charged on my MasterCard on December 4th or 5th. They referenced a number "[redacted]" which is not mine. I am unable to make or receive calls on my tablet, my home number is [redacted]. I am on a fixed income and need all unauthorized amounts taken by Google to be refunded promptly.

I registered for a two-week free trial of Utube TV on December 4. I kept track of when the trial would end to make a decision about continuing. However, yesterday, $78.61 was taken from my bank account by Utube TV without my consent. I did not agree to this charge. I enjoy the format of Utube TV and may consider subscribing, but I need the unauthorized charge refunded promptly. Please provide information on how the refund will be processed. Thank you.

I received an email at work supposedly from the Mayor of Brook Park, Ohio, asking me to buy Google gift cards for doctors and nurses assisting with COVID. It turned out to be a scam as the email was not from the Mayor. I purchased six $50 Google gift cards from Giant Eagle and later discovered the deception at the Mayor's office. I have no need for the cards now. I have reported the incident to the police. Could Google please refund the $[redacted] spent on the gift cards back to my debit card?

I am concerned about a customer using your text and voicemail service for fraudulent activities. The person is using the phone number [redacted] and goes by the name Taylor. They are luring individuals on dating sites like Plenty of Fish with photos for inappropriate purposes and attempting to extract money using fraudulent electronic checks. This criminal activity must be addressed immediately. Chase Bank has been informed of the situation and the associated phone number. Please take action to prevent further incidents of fake checks and money fraud associated with this number. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Hello, I am Melissa Boley. I have been facing issues receiving important emails related to financial aid due to a problem with my email address. The email address I normally use, [redacted], was not functioning properly for about 3 months, causing me to miss out on crucial communications. I recently noticed some unauthorized charges on my Credit One credit card statement. I did not authorize any Google charges on my account. There are multiple charges that I did not approve and I am concerned about my credit score. My credit cards are only used for emergencies, so these unauthorized charges are alarming. I am having trouble accessing my Gmail account. I tried to reset my password but received the message "Unfortunately, we are unable to verify this account belongs to you." I have answered the recovery questions and entered the validation codes, but still no luck. I can't remember my password, and I just want to change it to something else so I can write it down this time. This is becoming quite frustrating as my job contacts me through this email. I really need to regain access to my account, as it is my primary means of communication. I have provided my old Yahoo email for any responses. Thank you.

I've forgotten my Google password and can't recall any of my other Google passwords. The phone I'm using is a Samsung Galaxy A10e with the number [redacted]. I'm the registered user of this phone, which is in my son's name, Jeremy L Doyle or Jeremy Doyle. Initially, the phone had a different number, but I had it changed to [redacted]. However, I may have used a different phone when I created my Google email account. I need help accessing my Google account.

About six weeks ago, Google disappeared from my laptop, along with all my saved passwords. Despite multiple attempts to restore it, the codes sent to my email have not worked. I have been informed several times that it will take time to fix the issue, but it has been six weeks. I have also changed my mobile number but have not been given the chance to update it. If I provided a laptop password previously, I don't recall it as it was many years ago. I did share a password for my old phone, but I no longer have access to it. I am starting to consider switching back to AOL as my homepage.

I am having trouble verifying my account. The linked card does not seem to be recognized, leaving me frustrated and unable to access important information. This repeated issue with account verification is causing me a lot of stress. Despite my attempts to use my Yahoo email linked to my Google recovery account, the system still cannot identify me. I lost my phone which was logged into both of my main Google accounts. Before losing it, I changed the password, and now I can't remember it. The phone number I provided for the account is the one on the lost phone, and my backup email was also logged in on that phone using the same number for recovery. Both email passwords were changed before losing the phone, so I don't have access to them anymore. As a result, I've lost access to all my family photos and even my Facebook account that was created using the same Gmail I can't access, along with the phone number that couldn't be verified because the phone is lost.

For the past year and a half, I've been locked out of my Google account, which contains all my important information. I have my email and password, but the two-step verification is causing issues as I can't receive codes from the authenticator app, and my backup codes are inaccessible. I purchased Google Play credits, but Microsoft's store doesn't show the Google Play option during checkout. I need live customer service representatives to assist customers with their issues instead of recordings. Having no live person to talk to or a working phone number is frustrating. I want my two $10 refunds back on my credit card. It's been a week, and I hope for a resolution soon. This situation is simply ridiculous.

I am looking to delete two old accounts. I have the password for one and access to the recovery emails for both. When I try to log in, after entering the password and recovery email, I am prompted for a phone number to verify my identity. Unfortunately, I keep getting an error message saying the phone number has been used too many times for verification. I have tried different phone numbers but have had no luck logging in. I believe Google should comply with GDPR regulations and either delete my accounts as requested or provide me with access to do so myself.

On June 12, [redacted], my [redacted] Google account was hacked. The hacker changed all the details, including the name to "DICK SUCKY" and the password, blocking my access. I have created a new email account, but the hacker is making unauthorized purchases on Amazon, forcing me to cancel my bank cards. I urgently need to delete my old [redacted] account, but Google's process seems to be leading me in circles.

I am trying to recover my legacy Youtube account using my Yahoo email. Google states the account is already in use when I tried to re-create it. Verification codes have been sent to confirm my ownership, but I keep receiving the same "we cannot verify this account belongs to you" error. The system does not prompt me for security questions, and the phone number linked to the account is outdated. My videos of my daughter as a baby keep getting removed, and I need to save the files. I am unable to appeal their decisions due to an error message stating the service is unavailable. I attempted to claim the Youtube legacy account, of which I have the username but not the password (not logged in since [redacted]/[redacted]). I simply want to save the videos of my daughter on my computer. They do not need to be on Youtube anymore; I just want to ensure I do not lose them permanently. I am experiencing a problem accessing my Google account, which I have had since [redacted].
