I have recently discovered numerous unauthorized charges on an account that does not belong to me. These charges have been occurring over the past few months, and I was unaware of them until they depleted my entire bank account with fraudulent transactions. Transaction ID: [redacted] is one of the many transactions in question. I can provide additional IDs if necessary, but I am hoping you can review all charges associated with that transaction as they all originate from that account. Upon contacting my bank, they advised me to reach out to you before filing a claim with them. Any assistance you can provide would be greatly appreciated.

I recently opened an email in Gmail and suspect it contained a virus or malicious code. Upon trying to change my password, I noticed the presence of 'No Username' with password stars below my actual username. This seemed to affect my Google Chrome as it tried to install an add-on related to an expired Norton account, resulting in an error message. I fear the code may have compromised my Google Account and hard drive, potentially accessing and collecting my emails, contacts, Google Drive files, photos, Hangouts conversations, and voice recognition data. I am not tech-savvy but somehow stumbled upon this concerning code without knowing the exact steps. After rebooting my computer, I noticed several flashing command boxes before opening Chrome. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I recently removed an old Capital One credit card from my Google account used for games. I'm now trying to add a new card, which I've successfully used elsewhere. However, I encounter an error when entering the 3-digit security number after verifying my new card and the most recent number sent to me. I've been troubleshooting this for three days. My bank suggests Google is causing the issue. Both my bank's technicians and I have been unable to resolve it. I've followed numerous hints and had multiple chats, but it seems there is no immediate support available at Google. I'm a loyal customer feeling extremely frustrated and seeking assistance.

I'm struggling to reset my account because I forgot my password and no longer have access to my old phone due to it being damaged. Despite trying to receive recovery options via email or text, I haven't been successful. I am confused as to why this process seems so complicated. I need assistance to reset my account and specifically remove the old phone number associated with my w5001p Itel A33 device. It has become quite frustrating. I recently got a new phone and I'm encountering difficulties signing into my Google account. I am unable to complete the two-step verification process as the old phone linked to my account no longer receives the verification text messages. The security code provided on the Google page is not working in my phone settings, preventing me from accessing my account and other apps on my new phone. This issue is blocking me from using various features, including accessing the movies I purchased on the Google Play TV app that I am eager to watch.

I need some assistance. I have forgotten my password and my phone is damaged, making it impossible for me to reset my [redacted] account. I keep encountering errors without receiving any emails from your team. I have my recovery phone number and email available. I would appreciate any help in resetting my email. I have attached a photo showing the error message. I forgot my password, my phone is broken, and I have changed devices. I am unable to locate where to receive password recovery options or challenges via text. I am perplexed by this situation. Please assist me in resetting my account to eliminate the need for the WhatsApp Itel device during recovery. This process is becoming quite frustrating.

I have recently noticed some activity on my Google account that I did not authorize. It appears that someone with the username [redacted] is signed in. I would greatly appreciate it if this account could be permanently removed, along with any other unauthorized access by that user. Since I am not very tech-savvy, I kindly request urgent assistance with this matter as I am feeling uneasy about this situation. I recently received a notification about my CIT Bank account being compromised due to hacking concerns. When I contacted CIT for assistance, they advised me to access certain options in my Google account settings, but I faced difficulties following their instructions, leading to my current inability to access my email account. Assistance with this matter would be greatly appreciated. Furthermore, strangely, my Gmail account has reverted to an old email address I used years ago ([redacted]).

My elderly mother, who is [redacted] years old, continues to be charged $1.99 for a Paypal transaction labeled as "GoogleGoogle STO." I disputed this charge, but after an investigation, it was deemed valid, and the case was closed. However, my mother does not own or operate a computer, has never had a Paypal or Google account due to her lack of computer use. The charge appears to be unwarranted. The contact number provided only directs to online handling, which is impossible for my mother without a computer. What should be done now? Thank you.

I am a musician working on setting up my Google Panel. When I tried to claim it, I noticed that there are other musicians with the same name included in the panel. Despite having more streams and follows, my music is not yet showing due to its recent release. I am uncertain if claiming the panel, which includes other musicians, could lead to any issues. Additionally, if I am able to claim it, I am wondering if I would be able to remove their music from the panel.

My son Jeffrey Anderson's debit card was charged thousands of dollars for Google games, which he does not play. When attempting to use the card while shopping, it was declined due to all the funds being used on Google games. Jeffrey L Anderson Jr. is 17 years old. My Google account was hacked, and the hacker took over. I tried to cancel it, but it was compromised. My old backup email was [redacted], but I had to change it to [redacted] I also had to switch my phone number from [redacted] to [redacted]. Whenever I try to access Google, my old account pops up on any device, likely due to the hacker's actions. I suspect the hacker may be connected to Boost Mobile or is knowledgeable about router passwords and IP addresses. I would appreciate any assistance. As a teacher for Waukegan District 60 in Waukegan, IL, I am experiencing issues during my Google Meets. I have been unable to present my documents to my students despite attempts by Xfinity to assist. School technicians have also been unsuccessful in helping. It seems that there might be an issue with my Google account as I am now unable to conduct Google searches. I am wondering if Google can help me with these difficulties.

Regarding Email Address: [redacted] I am reaching out for assistance in a serious matter. For over a year, I have been dealing with a cyber stalker/hacker. This individual has managed to hack and wipe out my Gmail account, my phone, and my recovery Yahoo account. Currently, I am only able to use a prepaid Straight Talk Phone and cannot access my recovery phone number. As a self-employed seller on eBay and Facebook, it is crucial for me to regain access to my PayPal and Facebook accounts. Hello! I'm Erin Lawther. You can contact me at [redacted] I've been trying for over two years to recover my Gmail account. I'm frustrated that I can still access my Apple ID but not my main Gmail account. I just want help in getting my account back or at least a response. If this is a hacker taking advantage, it's truly upsetting. When I was asked to email about my issue, it was through the same Gmail account I'm having trouble with. I am seeking assistance regarding a situation with my mother who was scammed out of over $40,[redacted] by an individual she met on Facebook who convinced her to communicate through Hangouts. I have encountered difficulties in obtaining an IP address for this person as Google, the company that owns Hangouts, does not provide this information. Despite my efforts, I have been unable to reach a live representative to report this issue. I have been receiving a Google pop-up notifying me that my Microsoft account requires attention. Upon clicking the prompt, I am taken to a page where Google is asking for approvals related to location, sharing account information, and more. After agreeing, a message confirms that my settings are fine. Yet, the pop-up continues to show up. Additionally, my Outlook email is no longer sending or receiving messages. Please advise.
