Additionally, I'm concerned that my personal apps, like banking and credit cards, are visible on my Amazon tablet. This breach of privacy is disturbing, and I need assistance to resolve these issues. I received a call regarding my social security number being linked to criminal activities. They claimed I needed to transfer my money from all my accounts before they froze them. I was instructed to purchase Google Play cards, which raised red flags. I contacted the authorities and did not provide the scammers with any information. Despite Google's non-refund policy, I refuse to spend my money on their platform due to this experience. I plan to seek legal advice and possibly involve the media to hold Google accountable for these security breaches. Trust is essential, and Google needs to prioritize their users' security. I am frustrated. I recently had to switch to a new phone and had all my email accounts and passwords saved on my main Gmail account, [redacted] I also had these email addresses saved on my tablet, thinking it would make transferring them easier. However, when I tried to access them on the tablet, none of the passwords worked. I have spent hours trying to solve this since Monday, managing to get into some accounts but struggling with others. People suggest creating new accounts, but it's not that simple as I had over 50 passwords saved. This has caused me a lot of stress and I just want access back to my important accounts but can't figure it out.

I had a conversation with Pearl regarding an issue with my Google account before being directed to a payment page for answers I never received during the initial chat. I explained that my iPhone 11 account was disabled due to a conflict with my cell number and Gmail services. Despite resetting my [redacted] password, the last remembered password did not work. I mentioned attempting to access pal•••••••••••@hotmail.com. I shared that "Christmas2021$" was the last password associated with my cell number. Pearl asked if I was logged into Gmail on other devices and if there was any additional information for the Email Expert. I set up an account roughly 6 months ago. I've been unable to log in as I can't remember the password and the recovery email doesn't accept my other gmail. Since I retired, my work email used for the account is invalid. This account is vital for my new website. How can I recover it? I signed up for GoPro Plus over a year ago and paid for a full 1-year subscription. However, I later realized it wasn't what I wanted and contacted them for a refund, which was pro-rated. Despite this, I have been experiencing unauthorized monthly deductions from my bank account. Initially, it was $4.99 and then increased to $5.29, withdrawn on the 3rd of each month. My bank issued a refund for the first 3 months in good faith, but I am still owed for 8 months at $5.29 per month. I have changed my account details twice to stop this, but the deductions persist with the description "PP*GOOGLE GOPRO [redacted] CA." I have tried to resolve this with GoPro, but they claim I have no account with them. This unauthorized withdrawal needs to cease immediately. Your prompt attention to this matter is appreciated, as if the situation were reversed, swift action would be taken against me for any outstanding payments.

I have been experiencing persistent Google pop-up windows interrupting my work for the past couple of weeks. The pop-up claims to consolidate my Google services into one account. However, upon entering my Google ID, I am faced with several requirements that I find unacceptable. The first requirement mandates giving Google access to and control over all of my email accounts, which is a major concern for me. If this issue is not resolved, I will have no choice but to close my Google account and remove all Google-related content from my devices. I have contacted the support team via email to recover my account, but the response I received did not help resolve my issue. I have been trying every day since then to recover my account without success. I am frustrated that the only recovery option provided is to enter my last password. I have shared detailed explanations and attachments in my emails. Despite following the login instructions and using the recovery links provided, I have not received any further assistance. It has been a week, and I am desperate to retrieve important information stored in my account, such as Google Photos, Google Drive, and connected social media accounts. Please be aware of the following message: Sent: Thursday, November 26, [redacted] at 11:45 PM From: "Google Corporation" <[redacted]> To: No recipient address Subject: COVID-19 The global impact of the COVID-19 pandemic is severe, and we at Google are purportedly offering relief funds through an artificial intelligence program. The email claims that I have been selected to receive a substantial amount from the Google Foundation COVID-19 Relief Fund. It instructs me to contact a certain individual in the UK named Graham Bednash to claim the funds. For the past two weeks, I have been receiving messages from Google about security concerns. The recent emails mention new equipment, which I do not have. The lack of evidence provided in your emails makes it challenging for me to address these issues. If the problem lies with Edge or Chrome, I am frustrated by feeling pressured into using them. Windows has a history of pushing new software despite known issues they acknowledge and do not fix. I am reluctant to switch voluntarily to Edge or Chrome unless necessary. Many users I know would welcome the return of Windows 7. Putting my complaints aside, I want to emphasize that I do not have any new equipment. I have attached my latest email for reference.

I am trying to access my Gmail from my previous phone. I frequently change passwords but cannot recall the last one I used. I had the Gmail account on my S10+ and now I want to use it on my iPhone. I've received another phishing phone call that appeared to be from Google Inc. on my caller ID, from number [redacted], with a callback number of [redacted]. The call mentioned something about an order that can be canceled by calling back. These scam calls are becoming a nuisance, and I'm frustrated by the frequency. Most of them hang up when my answering machine picks up, but some leave messages like this one on my landline, which is for my personal use. I hope that by reporting this, the scam can be stopped.
