Dear Google Support Team, I am a Roche Diagnostics employee based in Switzerland. Our team extensively utilizes Google shared drives for our data storage needs. We also rely on Google Drive File Stream to access these files through Windows File Explorer. Recently, we encountered an issue when attempting to share a PDF document on Google Drive for collaborative review. During the review process, multiple reviewers tried to access the PDF simultaneously using Adobe Viewer or Pro via Windows File Stream. Unfortunately, the PDF became corrupted, and some comments were not saved properly. We suspect that this may be due to a synchronization delay between Google Drive and Windows File Stream. I am reaching out to inquire if this is a known issue and to seek any guidance you may have on the best practices for sharing PDFs for collaborative review, specifically when using Adobe Viewer or Pro for adding comments. Around 7 days ago, on 10/11/20, I encountered an issue with Google Chrome not opening. Despite attempting a restart and briefly using MS Edge, I found that saved links in my notes and Outlook emails would not work, though copy/paste functioned. Later, Chrome ceased opening altogether. With Dell premium support, I sought help and a technician remotely reinstalled Chrome, temporarily resolving the opening problem. However, links would not open when clicked. After intermittent usage for a few days, I contacted Dell again, and a technician addressed a known Chrome issue affecting many users by implementing a workaround. The workaround involves accessing Chrome through a second Chrome folder to navigate tabs. Although I now must set MS Edge as my default browser for email links, I rely on Chrome for its password manager, Last Pass from Webroot, to access accounts quickly. I urgently need Chrome to function due to being an elderly high-risk individual during the pandemic.

I would like to address the issue with Google enabling a fraudulent individual to repeatedly change URLs and deceive people. Despite documenting the current appearance of the website and trying to access the URL from my history, the site seems to be down along with the provided phone number. The website claims to be in West Virginia, but my payment was sent to a Chinese recipient, and I received a shipping notification from China for an item worth $[redacted] that I never received. The scammers have altered their URL, contact details, but maintained the same location. I have discovered numerous victims of this scam website, yet they are allowed to operate unchecked, targeting U.S. customers. I possess images of the previous URL, the new one, and screenshots of the website. I seek assistance in recovering my funds through PayPal. Presently, I have lost trust in PayPal and harbor strong dissatisfaction and frustration towards Google. This deceitful entity is affiliated with Google for Nest security systems, showcasing rampant fraud.

I believe Google is complicit in enabling consumer fraud by allowing apps that misuse Google Pay to bill customers for services that are not delivered. While Google enforces copyright on YouTube, it ignores fraudulent activities within its app store. Companies like SkipTheDishes take advantage of this to scam customers with little accountability. Google profits from these transactions and shields scam companies by not providing contact information or support for affected customers. By overlooking the lack of proper consumer communication and the pattern of complaints, Google is indirectly supporting fraud. If these companies operated physically, legal action could be taken, but online platforms like Google's Play Store offer them anonymity. As a victim of SkipTheDishes' scam, I urge Google to take responsibility, investigate complaints, provide refunds for undelivered services, and implement measures to prevent such scams in the future.

I am having trouble logging into my Gmail account [redacted] The message "could not find your Google account" appears, although I am certain I entered it correctly as it is the same account I use for my PlayStation. I attempted to create a new account with the same email, but it says the username is already taken. I went through the account recovery process, but it did not help as I could not proceed beyond the next page. I bought a Pixel 3a as a Christmas gift in December [redacted]. By March [redacted], it started dropping calls for no reason. In June, it stopped ringing, the speaker does not work, and the phone shuts off when put on speaker. It has not improved since then. Recently, the phone vibrated while receiving a call, but the screen remained black, preventing me from answering. This phone cost $[redacted] last December. When I reached out for help, I was advised to visit a location in Mt. Pleasant, SC, which I did. The technician did not find any issues except that it does not ring, only vibrates. I am tired of dealing with this malfunction since March and do not want to be told the same thing again. I need the phone replaced before the warranty expires. I have already attempted troubleshooting steps to no avail.

My identity has been completely compromised, and I urgently need to close my original email account, "rcable77@gmail," and all subsequent accounts created by the individuals who have been using my information to gain unauthorized access to Google services. This has been an ongoing problem for at least two years and has impacted me both nationally and internationally. Despite being the administrator for the home ISP, I have lost control over my accounts as the perpetrator, who is a child, has made me a developer, given me domains, and effectively taken over my online presence. I no longer receive emails and have experienced security breaches that have allowed them to monitor my online activity, make unauthorized purchases, manipulate my accounts, and interfere with my communication with others. The situation has escalated to the point where I have lost access to my devices, been locked out of my own accounts, and had my personal information manipulated and used without my consent. The extent of this intrusion is alarming, and I feel helpless in combating it on my own. I have taken steps to secure my financial accounts and have sought assistance from various companies, but the issue persists, and I fear for my safety and privacy. I'm currently locked out of my Gmail account and can't remember my password. My backup email is my cousin's email address (rosesrs @hotmail.com), but she's not receiving any notices or codes from Google. Despite having the authenticator app on my phone for a while, the codes aren't matching up during the recovery process. I still have my backup codes and access to my phone, which help me get through, but Google keeps insisting on using the backup email or authenticator app, both of which are not working. A while back, my email was hacked through my work Gmail account, causing this ongoing issue. I managed to reset my password a few days ago using the backup codes, but I was half-asleep and forgot the new password they sent me. I would appreciate any assistance you can provide. I signed up for South China Morning Post on October 22, [redacted], with your help. You charged $[redacted].61 to my PayPal account ending in [redacted]. SCMP is requesting a "screen shot" of this page because they mistakenly charged another one of my credit cards for the same subscription. I've been trying to get PayPal to send them the screenshot for four days without any luck. Now I need your help to provide SCMP with the proof of payment from my PayPal account. Once they have it, they should reimburse me for the second charge. Dear Google, I have not experienced any security issues on my computer or phone, and I have not made any recent changes to my settings. Despite this, Google keeps prompting me to lock my phone, which I refuse to do. I have secure access to my devices and do not allow anyone else to use them. However, whenever I log into Google on my home computer, it falsely claims that I have not signed in for [redacted] days and requires me to verify my identity via my phone, which is an unacceptable security measure. I am encountering an issue accessing my Gmail account on my Chromebook. I typically use either my Gmail username or phone number to gain access but am currently unable to do so. I am receiving an error stating the password is incorrect, even though I am certain it is correct. Alternatively, when using my phone number (which I have had for over 20 years), it claims my account does not exist. Strangely, I can still access my Gmail account on my PC without any problems. Previously, I did not need to input any information to access Gmail on my Chromebook.

I am currently experiencing difficulty accessing my second account. I find it concerning that despite using these Gmail accounts as login credentials for various essential accounts like Facebook, education software, the U.S. Army, and others where my identity is verified, I am unable to regain access. Even when entering the correct username and password, Google's requirement for a 6-digit code from a device I no longer possess poses a significant hurdle, potentially granting unauthorized access to my accounts. This situation has led to various issues and inconveniences. It would be beneficial if Google implemented more secure measures, such as biometric authentication, to safeguard users' identities effectively.

I recently experienced a hacking incident and took steps to change my phone, phone numbers, email password, and recovery email. Unfortunately, I have lost access to all my email accounts, pictures, music, contacts, and social media accounts including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and TikTok. I am seeking assistance in recovering my Gmail account password and possibly retrieving my pictures, contacts, and music. I recently discovered that my address is mistakenly listed as in pre-foreclosure on your site. After contacting Foreclosure.com, they confirmed that my house is not in pre-foreclosure and have removed the information from their website. However, the pre-foreclosure tag still appears when I enter my address on Google. I kindly request that this incorrect information be removed as it is causing unnecessary embarrassment to me and my family.
