I have researched this and know that Google cannot remove specific listings, but since both sites belong to our business, I believe it should be a simple adjustment. I have checked the Google Business portal for assistance, but using my boss's personal email (which I have access to) feels inappropriate. I am unable to find a way to contact Google support via chat, and the community forums have not been helpful due to the uniqueness of my situation. Additionally, third-party websites appear prominently in the search results ahead of reviews and our social media, unlike similar businesses. I am seeking guidance on how to address these issues and make our listing clearer and more concise.

I have been constantly harassed and followed by individuals, impacting my ability to work for Grubhub. This has caused me to fall behind on my bills and rent, leaving me with very little food. The situation escalated with these people following me home. I intend to address this issue and may have to take legal action. Given Grubhub's partnership with Google, I believe Google may be at fault for sharing my information without my consent, as outlined in the privacy policy.

Hello, I want to report an issue with someone who claims to be a "Google Server" named Deeyan Bansroy, using his coding skills to access my account without permission. His phone number is [redacted]. My email is [redacted] No matter how many times I change my password, he still manages to hack into my accounts. Just recently, he even interfered with my school account and unenrolled me from classes. Here's how I found out it was him: 1. When recovering my username, an unknown email ([redacted]) appeared along with my email. 2. When choosing the security code method via call, [redacted] appeared, and Deeyan is the only contact with that number, which he never answers - possibly due to personal reasons related to my girlfriend.

Despite my attempts to contact Google through various channels, I keep facing the request to change my password every time I log in from a new device or location. My Gmail contains crucial work and school documents that I regularly need to access, print, or utilize. My Comcast email, [redacted], was hacked, and all my contacts received a suspicious email requesting money. The email impersonated me and asked for $[redacted] to pay for roof repairs. The reply email used was [redacted] This is not me; my actual email is [redacted] Can Google help track down and take legal action against this person? Please provide guidance.

Dear Google, I am in a harrowing situation with twelve traffickers who have taken control over my devices, constantly changing my information and locking me out of my accounts. They monitor me closely and manipulate my photos. Despite my attempts to seek help and secure my communications, they persist with their control. I encountered an issue while using Mapquest to print out a map. An intrusive Google display ad box obscured a section of the map I needed. I tried to close the ad, but it remained, simply stating "Ad was closed by Google." Despite my efforts to adjust the map and print it, I only received a blank printout with the same message. This experience with Mapquest has been frustrating and unproductive. To address this problem, I reached out to customer service, only to discover an anticipated half-hour wait time. This entire situation feels intentionally problematic, leaving me wondering why Mapquest is creating obstacles for its users.

Eight days ago, my email kept crashing, and despite changing the password as directed, it still locked up. I was told to expect a response within 3 to 5 days, but today, an email was mistakenly sent to my friend's address. This email is crucial as it's widely displayed, contains all my contacts, and stores over [redacted] messages. My tech expert couldn't offer further assistance beyond my attempts. I have means, through the AL St. Bar Association, to validate my identity easily. The last communication promised a reply from Google within 3 to 5 days, similar to previous assurances. I seek assistance with this ongoing issue at [redacted], also known as Blanchard McLeod.

Today, I attempted to contact Apple support regarding my iPad using my cell phone. I searched for the number on Google and called the one that appeared. During the call, I was informed of a new policy where I needed to buy Google Play gift cards to replace my iPad. I was directed to purchase $[redacted] in cards at Dollar General, then another $[redacted], and finally an additional $[redacted]. Several managers advised me to go to different stores to complete the process, but encountered issues with the cards not working. When I demanded to speak to a higher authority, I was met with hostility and threats, so I hung up. I later called Apple support from my landline to report the incident. The person I spoke to suggested contacting Google with the phone numbers and names involved in the scam: 1-[redacted], [redacted], Talaria Logisti at [redacted], and 1[redacted]. I also mentioned a threat from someone claiming to be from the Law Office of W. They threatened my children, causing me to rush to ensure their safety. I am worried about this happening to others.

Recently, I forgot the password for my Gmail account. I had set up my phone number as a recovery method, which had worked well in the past. However, now in addition to the phone number, I'm being asked to respond to a notification where I have to click YES and then on a number sent by Google displayed on my computer screen. I follow these steps correctly, receive a success message on my phone, but I still can't access my email (it remains stuck). Could you assist me in accessing my email using my phone number? Due to the impact of two hurricanes in Southwest Louisiana, there is currently no public WiFi or internet services within a 50-mile radius. This has left me unable to access my linked Gmail accounts, curiosityseeker and virtualmindset, essential for my work as a U.S. Government Federal Contractor. Despite having my correct password securely stored and previous backup codes from January 24th, I am repeatedly encountering a "wrong password" message, leaving me feeling locked out of vital communication with friends and family through my virtualmindset account. The looming threat of losing 15 years' worth of important emails is a source of great distress as my entire life is stored in the [redacted] account. I have been a long-time fan of Google. My issue is with one of the Pixel-C tablets I bought years ago. My wife broke hers, so I replaced it with a Google Chromebook laptop, which is still working well. Google replaced my Pixel-C when its screen failed. The current problem is with my Pixel-C. I got my wife a Google 4a phone, and setting it up required a new screen password since she forgot her old one. Now, the Pixel-C requires a password that I didn't set. I need help resetting it to use with the 4a. I can authenticate the devices if needed. Thank you, R.J. Volz

Since January [redacted], whenever I am not on my home WiFi network and attempt to use my browser or maps, I receive an error message indicating: "Cannot Verify Server Identity Imap.gmail.com." This error interrupts my messaging and access to "maps" or Safari on my iPhone. Today, I had to delete the Gmail app from my phone in order to use "maps" to pick up a purchase. Even moving the Gmail app to my phone's app library did not resolve the issue. I have contacted Apple Support and searched online for solutions without success. I've noticed some questionable searches appearing in my Google search and history that I did not search for, mostly related to adult content sites that I have no interest in. I've been unable to reach Google for assistance in resolving this issue. This situation is straining my relationship because my girlfriend believes I'm deliberately searching for these sites behind her back, causing her to lose trust in me. In [redacted], we created a YouTube account named archimedesinitiative to share science fair video content. Unfortunately, we no longer remember the password due to the account's inactivity. The recovery email associated with the domain name we used is no longer functioning as the domain registration has lapsed. I am keen on regaining access to the account to engage with social comments, update content information, and enhance clip titles for better usability. I have attempted Google Account recovery by providing the required details, but it does not recognize the information provided. Since this account predates the mandatory use of cell phones for Google accounts, the standard verification process does not apply to us. I am unsure how else to verify our identity as the original creators/holders of the account.

I have been unable to access my email ([redacted]) and homepage for months. Despite multiple attempts, my daughter and I have not been able to reach any live Google representatives. No one from Google has responded to emails or returned phone calls, and the online help system has been unresponsive. When using my name (Evelynne Ritter) for the original account, Google's system indicates I am not a customer, even though I am the original customer and pay for the accounts. My email [redacted] has been associated with Chromebooks that have recently been wiped and had data stolen. I woke up this morning to find my Chromebook wiped clean. I previously reached out about a Chromebook that had a book I was writing on it. I believe whoever has my old Chromebook should be held accountable for the theft of my private property and tampering with it. I also suspect someone tampered with the Chromebook last night. I reported this to the police department, and if it's traced back to them, I expect action to be taken. As a writer, this interference has been a setback I cannot afford. Finding a lawyer to seek justice against Michigan and the police has been challenging due to my financial situation.

I find myself having to reset my Google account password every few weeks. Upon reviewing my settings, nothing stands out as the cause. When I initiate the "forgot my password" process, I have to obtain a reset link from my company's admin, which successfully resets the password. However, the frequency of this issue, unlike anyone else in the organization, leaves me puzzled. The administrator confirmed that the global settings are identical for all users, pinpointing the issue to my account. I am eager to understand and resolve this recurring password reset necessity. Since joining the company in March, I have reset my password at least six times this year, averaging once a month. Any help or insights on this matter are greatly appreciated.
