I'm experiencing an issue with a persistent pop-up in Outlook prompting me to set up my Google account which disrupts my email reception. Even after configuring it, the problem reoccurs once I close Outlook. The verification code is sent to my email, requiring me to access it through web mail or my phone as I cannot open it directly in Outlook. I am using Edge as my browser, and I have Gmail addresses, but I do not wish to integrate all accounts into "One Account, All of Gmail." I am considering switching from Outlook to Gmail as my email server to avoid the integration but don't want "One Account, All of Outlook" either.

Hello, my name is Brent Glasener residing in Waterloo, Iowa. I am seeking an explanation and refund regarding my recent purchase of two Google Play cards, each for $[redacted]. My friends attempted to use the cards, but were informed that they had already been redeemed. The cards were undamaged and unused. I purchased the first card at Walmart in Cedar Falls, Iowa with the following redemption code: 32F4 7TBH YD1V P6GH. The second card was bought at Fleet Farm in Cedar Falls with this redemption code: 3X9B LH6L JYX0 XC9A. I would appreciate a refund, either by check or preferably directly to my checking account. However, I first would like to discuss how this situation occurred and why.

I experienced water damage to my phone, and even though it powered up intermittently, it recently stopped working. I purchased a new phone, but my main Google account did not transfer over. The old phone, affected by water damage, no longer connects to wifi or Bluetooth and won't power up after almost 2 weeks. Account recovery is challenging because I don't recognize the alternate email set for verification, leaving me unable to complete the process. Despite receiving a Google verification code via text, I can't confirm my identity, hindering access to important school and household emails. I am frustrated as my schoolwork and other vital communications are stuck in that email account. If I try a new battery/sim card to power up the old phone, what should I do next? Can I access my other Gmail accounts if I remember the passwords? Missing school and important correspondence is adding to my stress and urgency to regain access to my accounts.

Hello, my name is Ian Hunt. Due to the side effects of my daily medication affecting my memory, I seem to have changed my Gmail password 31 days ago, but I have no recollection of doing so. Despite trying various methods, I've been unsuccessful in regaining access to my account. I had backup numbers linked to the account, but I had to change them because of ongoing harassment from solicitors. Strangely, my backup email [redacted] is not working. My priority is recovering my main account [redacted], which is crucial for staying in touch with my family, especially my fiancée and two daughters who reside out of state. Additionally, all my important family photos are stored on Google Photos. I would greatly appreciate any prompt assistance in resolving this matter. Thank you for your help. Sincerely, Ian K. Hunt. (Note: I have redacted the phone numbers provided as a precaution.)

I am having trouble accessing my Gmail account ([redacted]). The last time I logged in was on September 13th when I accessed my virtual machine using my Azure subscription. I believe this login might be the reason for the issue, although I only used it to access the virtual machine. When I tried to log in, a code was sent to my phone number linked to the account. This email is crucial as it is connected to my online courses on Udemy and Udacity, and it is also my Microsoft account. I work with Microsoft in Nigeria and rely on this email for work-related communication. I have a video showing the login process in case it helps. I am concerned about which policies my email might have violated and I urgently need access restored to prevent any work-related issues.

I encountered difficulties accessing my Gmail account (*****@***.com) recently. The last login was on September **th when I logged in on my virtual machine using my Azure subscription. I suspect this login caused the issue, even though I only accessed the virtual machine. I have a video showing my login attempt, during which a code was sent to my email or phone for verification. This email is linked to my online courses on Udemy and Udacity, and it serves as my Microsoft account for work I do with Microsoft in Nigeria. I am unsure what policies the account may have violated. I urgently need access restored as I rely on this email for work updates and accessing Microsoft Teams.

I attempted to log in to my Gmail account (*****@***.com) recently, with my last successful login being on the 15th of September when I accessed my virtual machine through my Azure subscription. While I suspect this activity may be the cause, I only logged into the virtual machine and did nothing else. Upon login, the system prompted for a code to be sent to my registered phone number for verification. This email is linked to my online courses on Udemy and Udacity, and serves as my Microsoft account which I use for work purposes in Nigeria. I am concerned about any potential email policies that were violated to understand the situation better. Restoring access to my account is crucial as it is essential for my job, receiving work emails daily, and accessing Microsoft Teams. I kindly request Google's assistance in restoring my account.

I created my Gmail account long ago but didn't note the date. After relocating from Bridger, MT (where Centurylink.net was my internet provider) to Billing, MT (where I now have Spectrum as my provider since May 1, [redacted]), I've been unable to access my account. Despite attempting the recovery process, I've had no luck. Support informed me a year back that my account was locked and banned due to unusual access from various locations worldwide. I pleaded my case, explaining I hadn't visited these places, but they couldn't assist. I urgently need to switch my old Gmail ([redacted]) to a new one ([redacted]) for a game I've been playing and invested $4,[redacted] in since [redacted]. Is there a way to recover the 6-digit number being sent to my old Gmail while I'm in the game to switch to the new address? I'm disabled and really need assistance. Appreciate any help provided. Thanks.

I recently changed my password and set up two-factor authentication on my Gmail account. Unfortunately, my phone, which was used as my security key, got reset to factory settings, deleting all stored data. As a result, I can't access my account anymore. Despite having backup codes saved in my Gmail drive, I can't retrieve them without accessing my account first. When I try the forgot password option, I'm unable to bypass the security key screen due to my phone being wiped. I have tried verifying my identity with my phone number and the code provided, but it's not working. My Gmail account is [redacted], and I'm stuck in this verification loop.

I had an extremely negative experience with Oregon City Computer in Oregon City, Oregon. When I brought my computer in, the owner's behavior was appalling. Despite initially providing me with a laptop to use, he charged me extra for fast service which ultimately did not fix the issue. When I returned to pick up my computer, he demanded an unreasonable amount of money for the broken laptop. Throughout the interaction, he repeatedly used vulgar language and was extremely disrespectful. Upon receiving my computer back, I found that my files were not properly transferred, and my password had been altered, causing further issues. I had to seek help from another company to regain access to my computer due to the changes made by Oregon City Computer. Despite leaving a negative review, it appears that it has been removed from public view.

Hello, I recently purchased a secondhand Moto E3 and reset it to factory settings. However, I am unable to proceed past the verification screen asking for the previous owner's Google account information. I have tried entering my own details without success. I have purchased multiple Moto E3 phones, and only one worked properly. I have the IMEI numbers and receipts for all the devices. Any suggestions on how to resolve this issue would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Hello, yesterday I successfully used my Google Assistant when my system language matched my home language. I could communicate with Google Assistant in English. However, today when I tried to use it, I experienced some issues. Although I could activate it by saying "hey google," it prompted me to change the system language to English when I asked a question. Even after setting the assistant language to English (US, UK, Canada), it still required the system language to be changed. How can I resolve this without switching my system language to English? Thank you for your assistance.

Hello, I am seeking assistance regarding my YouTube account. Lately, I've observed a decline in my subscriber count, despite these subscribers being legitimate. I have verified that my channel appears in their subscription list. The count went from 50 to 58, then to 64, and eventually reverted to 50 within a few hours. This pattern has been repeating daily. I am puzzled by this trend and eager to rectify the situation to regain those lost subscribers. I would appreciate it if a representative could reach out to me to provide further guidance. Thank you.

I have two separate Google accounts that I am unable to access. The first account, [redacted], has been inaccessible for a while because I no longer have the correct recovery email or phone number associated with it. Despite knowing the password, I've been unable to log in. The second account, [redacted], was created when I couldn't access the first account. Both accounts are inaccessible due to outdated phone numbers connected to them. I lost access to these accounts due to personal circumstances, and I'm willing to provide any necessary information to regain access. The first account holds important photos and contact information of my children and family. Your assistance in resolving this matter is greatly appreciated.

I am having trouble accessing my account due to the 2-step verification process. I remember my password, but I no longer have access to the phone number associated with the account. I am unable to retrieve the verification codes from my email or add a new phone number to receive the codes. I can provide my credit card information that was used for Google Pay, as well as my ID with my name and birth year matching the account details. Despite knowing my password, I am unable to complete the 2-step verification process due to a security issue that stemmed from a swipe security option that I was not aware of before.

My brother Tim searched for Amazon customer service contact and called [redacted] thinking it was Amazon, only to realize it was a scam. The scammer obtained $[redacted] from Tim's bank account on September 23, [redacted] by pretending to assist with a fake Amazon Prime subscription issue. Tim has already reported this to his bank and Amazon. I am concerned about how scammers can manipulate search results on Google and use fake phone numbers like [redacted] claiming to be Amazon. This incident has greatly affected Tim's well-being as he is on a fixed income and in poor health. I hope to raise awareness to prevent others from falling victim to similar scams.

I'm having trouble accessing my Gmail account. I'm unable to proceed past the two-factor authentication. I can't receive codes on my phone because I'm unable to add the account, and Google locked my SD card, so I can't access the eight-digit codes. Despite knowing my email, password, and my father's middle name as the security question, it still won't verify my identity. I also remember the credit card linked to my Google account and can list some apps and games, including a few where I've spent over $[redacted].
