I am seeking assistance addressing an issue with my account. In June, I engaged in a live chat with your company to cancel my subscription, receiving an email confirming the cancellation. However, I was doubly charged in both May and June. Despite informing your company that there is no one else in my household, I was told the additional charges were due to a fictitious account set up by a family member. Subsequently, unauthorized charges continued in July and August, totaling $[redacted].38. While I acknowledged and paid $[redacted].22 for services through June [redacted], the remaining $[redacted].38 is incorrect. After researching similar experiences online, it appears others have encountered this issue. I am hesitant to pay for customer support and am considering legal action, with a lawyer offering pro bono assistance. Your prompt attention to this matter is appreciated.

I had an email account with Google years ago. I contacted Google to delete and cancel my account, but they kept requesting a password that I no longer have. I don't recall any of it. I reached out to the Attorney General of my state, but no one could assist, and Google refused. I'm unable to access anything requiring my account info as I no longer have the details. Google is infringing on my rights by not allowing me access due to not remembering my password or account information. I'm puzzled why this account closure process is so challenging. I want my account entirely erased and removed as if it never existed.

I have been trying repeatedly to recover my Gmail account, as it contains the only pictures I have of my late son who passed away last year. I used to have an email account through my cable service for 20 years. I've closed that account and now use a Google account. However, when trying to log into my Gmail, it's only allowing me to sign in with my old Cox account, which I no longer have access to ([redacted]). I need to update my email address but can't log in to do so. My cell phone broke, and as I'm getting a new one today, I need to update my information. I have been making various attempts to reach out to Google, but so far, I have not been successful. My aim is to regain access to an old Gmail account from my childhood for which I no longer remember the password. The recovery phone number and email associated with the account are outdated and forgotten. Despite trying multiple troubleshooting steps and providing what I believe to be the correct answer to the security question, I have not made progress. Hello, I encountered a critical error on my computer and had to factory reset it. Unfortunately, this caused me to lose all my saved passwords. I am now unable to access my email account "[redacted]" as I cannot remember the password. When I try to reset it, the reset information is sent to my backup email "[redacted]," which I also cannot access. I am in desperate need of help and would appreciate any assistance you can provide. I have been unable to access my Google account for over 20 years. Despite trying numerous recovery methods, changing my ID, and passwords, I have not been successful in regaining access for a year and a half. The phones I purchased in the last year have all been hacked, and it seems the issue lies with using Google Chrome. My account ID is peaceful QT [redacted] at gmail.com. I require immediate assistance with this matter. Otherwise, I am considering legal action against Google due to the challenges I have faced trying to reach customer service. I am having issues with my G-Suite business account that was suspended for two months due to a payment policy change that was not communicated to me. Despite numerous attempts to resolve this through online resources, it wasn't until I accessed an older tablet that I found out about the suspension due to payment. I attempted to pay the outstanding balance with a prepaid debit card, only to realize that Google no longer accepts this form of payment. After trying various payment apps, including Google's G-Pay, I was unable to resolve the issue. This has caused significant stress and impacted my business during a busy period exacerbated by the current circumstances. I have been unsuccessful in reaching a support representative by phone but I am determined to find a resolution as soon as possible to avoid any further disruptions.

I am currently facing challenges transferring emails from my former gmail account to my existing one. Despite following the steps in Settings > Accounts & Imports > Import Mail & Contacts, an error message appears, stating "Gmail couldn't identify your POP server" and requests my POP username, POP Server, and Port #, which I am unable to locate. Furthermore, my old account is associated with my previous company's domain, [redacted] Even though I have activated POP on both accounts, I am uncertain about the technical aspects involved. The administrator of the New Sky Pictures domain, my former boss, has permitted me to access the company server temporarily before its eventual closure. Time is of the essence, and I urgently require assistance in migrating these emails.

I am experiencing ongoing issues with my Google account due to actions by Google customer service representatives in various locations, including India. Initially, my correct name, Gregory Benson, was not displayed on my account, which it was opened with. Recently, there was a password change on September 1, [redacted], recorded in Google's account activity, supposedly done in India, a country where hackers have targeted my accounts in the past. I changed my password around the same time, but I want to clarify that I have always resided in the United States and prefer that my account activities are not managed by individuals in India. I've noticed discrepancies between my email password and the password associated with my Google account. Despite contacting Google multiple times, the responses I received gave the impression of incompetence, with claims that I am not, in fact, Gregory Benson. I seek a resolution to these concerns promptly, as I'd rather not escalate this matter to federal court.

Hello, I keep encountering reCAPTCHA verification on Safari stating that there is "unusual traffic from this network" on my iPhone 6s. Despite trying various methods to prevent this message, such as resetting network settings and wiping my phone entirely, the issue persists. I have used iPhones for years without facing this problem in Safari. Following advice from Apple support to sign out of Google drives via Safari, the message continues to appear regardless of my signing status. I am perplexed by this message since it is a new experience for me on other devices. Additionally, I received a suspicious automated call warning that my internet would be cut off in 48 hours from an unknown number. I am unsure if this call is related to the Safari issue. Could someone provide clarification on this matter? Why am I seeing "unusual traffic on this network"? Thank you.

I noticed that I have been charged twice by Google for services I am unaware of. The first charge was on 08/17/[redacted] by Google Symantec Inc. for $32.65, and the second was on 09/08/[redacted] by Google VicMan LLc. for $5.43. I have never signed up for these services, and I have no idea what they are for. I have noticed that our building's telephone number is listed incorrectly as our own number in the last few weeks. We are receiving inquiries intended for the Jefferson Parish building, and we need to answer these calls. The correct phone number for the Joseph S. Yenni Building at [redacted] Elmwood Park Blvd, Jefferson, LA [redacted] should be updated.
