I have contacted your representative over the past two days regarding a $[redacted] charge on my account without my consent. The customer service team refused to refund me despite the unauthorized charges. I had previously dealt with a similar issue last week where my card was saved on Google, resulting in unauthorized purchases. Although I received a quick refund then, the same problem occurred with my children accidentally purchasing games. I am requesting a full refund for all game purchases made since August 1st, [redacted], as I have now removed my card information from Google to prevent future incidents. It was not intentional to make these purchases, especially considering the repetitive nature of the transactions. I have made efforts to ensure this situation does not recur and kindly ask for your cooperation in resolving this matter promptly.

My 9-year-old accessed my bank card from my purse and made unauthorized charges on games like Roblox and other stuff. Microsoft has refunded $[redacted].57, but the issue with Google Chrome has been ongoing since August 1st, [redacted]. It seems to total around $[redacted] as per my calculations with the banker. I can be reached at [redacted] or [redacted]. I urgently require assistance with this matter as this was essential money for us to get through this month and cover our basic needs.

After reviewing my bank statement, I noticed an unauthorized charge of $1,[redacted].99 from GOOGLE * Google LOC MOUNTAIN VIEW. I am unsure of the nature of this charge and it has led to an overdraft on my account. Despite numerous attempts to contact customer service, I have been unable to reach anyone due to reduced availability because of the virus. Reporting this issue has been challenging, and it has impacted my autopay bills, resulting in additional costs. The Claim IDs for my complaints are 1[redacted]-[redacted] and 2[redacted]-[redacted]. The delay in resolving this matter promptly is frustrating and is causing financial distress. I did not authorize this transaction and urgently require assistance to rectify this situation. Your immediate attention to this matter is imperative.

On July 28th, I bought a $60 Google Play card. $50 was from a Sprint/CU gift that I had been waiting for eagerly, and $10 was from an Amazon gift card given by a friend. I entered my email address as [redacted] Initially, I got a confirmation and later an Ecard was sent to me. The issue arose when the Ecard, although addressed to [redacted], mentioned [redacted] This led to it showing as redeemed, but in reality, I was the one at a loss of $60. Despite numerous calls to Amazon and losing sleep over it, a representative named Marcus claimed to have identified the problem. He consulted with a specialist and assured me of a refund within 1-2 days. Unfortunately, shortly after this, I received a message advising me to contact Google, the brand partner, for resolution. As a senior who enjoys playing games, this situation has been distressing, and I hope for a prompt resolution.

I have discovered several unauthorized charges on my debit card from Robloks and other unknown charges, totaling a significant amount. I have attempted to contact Google Chrome multiple times via email but my messages keep getting deleted. This issue has been ongoing since 8/27/[redacted], and although Microsoft has refunded some of the funds, my bank is still pursuing the matter due to the high amount. I am trying to resolve this situation calmly, but I may need to involve my bank if necessary. I would appreciate a response from Google Chrome by 12 noon tomorrow; otherwise, my attorney will be involved. I have been a loyal customer of Google Chrome, but this experience has been extremely frustrating and costly. The total unauthorized charges amount to $[redacted].54. I hope Google Chrome can assist me in the same way Microsoft did.

I am currently experiencing difficulties accessing my email on my computer. Despite using my alternative email for recovery, the system is not accepting it. The phone number I updated for verification purposes is not reflecting correctly, displaying my old number instead of the new one. Additionally, my phone is logged into the email successfully, but my computer is not being recognized as a trusted device even though I have used it for over a year and a half. This situation is quite frustrating for me, and I would appreciate any assistance in resolving it.

I got my first phone around age 12 and created a Gmail account ([redacted]). I've used it on various phones over the years. Recently, I tried accessing my Gmail on my MacBook and it got suspended due to "suspicious activity". I've attempted to reset the password, but my old devices don't have internet access to recover that way. I can prove the account is mine and really need to access it for important personal information for college. I created the account when I was 12, so I don't have access to the recovery email. Please help me regain access. I can provide verification that I've used this account on multiple devices.

I was locked out of my iPhone on Sunday morning and couldn't access it until 10 pm that night. Apple Inc. performed a factory reset on the phone, causing me to lose all email accounts stored on it. I remember the emails, but I can't regain access to [redacted] I still have the password, but after logging in, the verification requires a phone number recovery option that was never set up for this account, only for my college email, which I can access. Please contact me at [redacted] or [redacted] for assistance. I also have proof of this account on my current iPhone. Thank you.

I am trying to regain access to my account, but I no longer have access to my old phone. This account is linked to my Facebook page, which is important to me as I have valuable information stored there. Despite multiple attempts to recover my password and verify my identity through another email account, I have been unsuccessful. The system seems to suspect it's not me. I am frustrated with this situation.

My Gmail account was locked due to "suspicious" activity, which in this case was just me setting up my new phone. While trying to transfer everything, I suddenly got a notification saying the account was disabled. I've been attempting to recover it, but I no longer have access to the old phone number or email linked to the account. It's crucial for me to regain access as my video game accounts and other important data are tied to that email address.

I am having trouble accessing my Gmail account ([redacted]) because I recently changed my phone and phone number unexpectedly. As a result, I am unable to update my backup information. The unfamiliar browser is now asking me for additional questions that are hard to recall. It is important for me to resolve this quickly because my account is linked to my finances, which I rely on, and they are inaccessible until I regain access.

I received an email about a subscription for Bunny Adventures that I never signed up for. The email is in German, but based on my bank account, I understood that my free trial expired and it will now charge me £[redacted].99 per week. I have no kids, never played this game, and it's not in my Google Play library. I've been trying to get a refund from Google Play, but I'm struggling to do so. The email contains order details with a order number GPA.3[redacted]-2[redacted]7..0 and mentions automatic weekly charges. It seems like a mistake or a scam. I'm unsure how to proceed or get my money back.

I am experiencing a frustrating situation where Google has locked me out of my phones entirely, suspecting them to be stolen. The trouble started after updating my REALME phone MX [redacted] without issues, but later, an AT&T update caused problems. Despite my phones working well for 16 months, my daughter's attempt to help activate an older LG phone led to the same access issue. AT&T insists it's a phone problem, while I believe it's an issue with Google's security or user interface. I've tried contacting Google without success due to reduced services during COVID. It's been a challenging weekend without phone service, especially with my daughter's upcoming wedding and pending construction bids. I am desperately seeking a contact number for technical support to remove the blocks on my phones promptly. Please reach out at [redacted] if possible. Thank you for understanding my frustration.

I have noticed duplicate charges on my bank statement for You Tube TV in June and July. The charges appear to have been processed through both my debit card and my PayPal-connected checking account. Despite contacting PayPal, they could only confirm one payment. I have already spoken to my bank and they advised reaching out to Google for help with this issue. I am seeking a refund for the two sets of $53.49 charges. I can provide proof of the payments if needed. I prefer not to cancel You Tube TV unless necessary. Please address this promptly. Contact me at "[redacted]". Thank you for swift assistance.

I hope to receive assistance with recovering my old account. I somehow ended up with a Gmail account I do not recognize or desire. I have tried multiple times to retrieve my original account ([redacted]), but Google claims there is no record of it. I am not happy with this new account [redacted] I would deeply appreciate it if someone could contact me at [redacted] and guide me on how to resolve this issue. I am eagerly waiting for your call. Hello, my name is Sally Hernandez. I recently traveled from California to Idaho to visit my daughter. While there, my young daughter asked to purchase a game, to which I agreed. Upon returning to California two weeks later, I discovered unauthorized charges from Google, based in Mountain View, debiting my account since August 16, [redacted]. These charges include $39.00 twice, $19.99 twice, and $1.99 once. Prior to these, other unauthorized deductions were made from an account ending in [redacted]. I have a new card, but my bank is unhappy with the situation. Consequently, I intend to file a claim with the Police Department in Woodland, CA [redacted]. As a widow with limited income for bill payments, I fear using my checkings account. Unauthorized deductions totaling over $[redacted] have occurred, and I urgently require a refund. Your prompt action is appreciated. Thank you, Sally Hernandez - August 16, [redacted].

Subject: Assistance Needed - Suspicious Google Reviews Affecting Company's Rating Hello, I have managed a Google My Business account for years, maintaining a 5.0 rating until recently when I received six 4-star reviews within a short time frame from individuals who are not customers. Upon trying to flag these reviews, Google required account verification, sending a code on a postcard that did not work. Despite requesting a new postcard, none arrived, and now I am told there are no more verification options available. This unexpected shift brought our rating down to 4.8 stars, impacting our business reputation as my competitors maintain a 4.9-star rating. It is disheartening and unjust after years of hard work. I seek Google's assistance in resolving this issue promptly. Thank you for your help, Frank Karas Marvel Window Washing

I joined Google Fi last year, but found the service lacking and cancelled in September [redacted]. Despite confirming the cancellation, I recently noticed unauthorized charges to my account. Google insisted on payment before allowing me to cancel and receive a partial refund. Their inability to explain further or facilitate a refund for the unused months has been frustrating. I've reached out to no avail, as the team handling refunds won't communicate with me. I'm at a loss on how to proceed. I seek a refund for the months of inactivity, from September [redacted] to July [redacted]. I appreciate any assistance you can offer.

Yesterday, I bought two Google Play cards worth $[redacted] each from Dollar General. Unfortunately, when I tried to activate them by scanning, they did not work. I attempted to contact the number on the cards, but it seems they are not in service anymore. I am reaching out to request refunds for these inactive cards. The card numbers are as follows: G877 ERJK H691 KAM5 and 0JWH ZT6D CKW6 NSP9. I would appreciate your help in resolving this issue. Thank you.

Hello, I am reaching out with an issue I have been experiencing with the Google Play store. On August 14, [redacted], I purchased a Google Play card along with several others from various stores. Upon trying to redeem a $[redacted] card, I received an error message stating I had met my daily limit. This was incorrect, and after contacting support, I was asked to fill out forms. However, I was able to redeem other cards right after, including some from the same store. Despite my efforts to seek help from the Play Store, I have encountered unhelpful representatives who have provided conflicting information. One representative asked for personal and device information, but when I asked for specifics, the conversation was abruptly ended. Excuses were given, including claims of exceeding a monthly limit, a policy that other representatives were unaware of. Subsequently, my $[redacted] card was denied after 7 days, with a vague message citing inconsistencies that the support team refused to explain for security reasons. I have sought assistance from Google and my phone provider, but the lack of concrete information has been frustrating and stressful. I am eager to resolve this matter as the funds are significant. Thank you for any help. Sincerely, RH
