This morning, I received a notification from the Gmail app prompting me to change my password. However, when I tried to enter my password, I was unable to do so as it had already been changed. The name associated with the account was also altered. Despite multiple attempts to recover the account following Google's steps, I have been unsuccessful. Google stated they cannot verify my identity for access. The account has historically been accessed from my home address and I expected Google to have this data on record. Additionally, the recovery email address linked to the account, my mom's Gmail at [redacted], was changed without her involvement. She still controls her own account and implemented necessary security measures. As a senior student heading to university, this email is crucial for university communications. I urgently require assistance in retrieving this account to avoid missing important information.

When I changed phones and carriers, my email account [redacted] did not transfer over. The individual who originally set up the account is no longer available to provide the necessary information. I have a personal connection to the email address as "kwazy" is related to my auto license plate and "gd" are my initials. Additionally, my password contains part of my late cat's name, which I can verify through the sticker on her box of ashes. I have been without access to my email for nearly two months and would appreciate assistance in recovering it.

I recently received an email from Google requesting me to change my password due to using the same one for too long. After updating it, I found myself logged out of my phone and computer and have since forgotten the new password. Despite multiple attempts to reset it, the recovery email remains undelivered as I do not remember the password for it either. I'd appreciate if you could contact me through my girlfriend's email for further assistance.

My iPhone has suddenly stopped receiving text messages. This problem has persisted for over a year, dating back to when I was working at a previous job. Despite purchasing a new iPhone XS, the issue continues. I recently learned from someone that unchecking the box for Google Voice fixed their text message problem. To try this solution, I need to access my settings from my previous job's Google Hangout and chat accounts. Assistance in accessing these accounts to make the necessary changes would be greatly appreciated.

While watching YouTube on my PlayStation 4, I stepped away and returned to find a different account on the screen. The email and picture were changed, but my game was still open. This unknown account was subscribed to channels and viewed videos. After signing out, I discovered the email linked to the account, [redacted], is not mine. My actual email is armonni****@gmail.com. Although my second email is connected to YouTube, the one linked to the unfamiliar account is the incorrect variation of mine: armonni****-78*[redacted] I need assistance in identifying who is accessing my email.

On two separate occasions, I regrettably found myself locked out of my Google account. Recently, someone gained access to my password and changed not only my password but also my recovery email and phone number associated with the account. Sadly, recovering it was impossible due to these changes. Prior to this incident, I lost access to another account containing valuable photos and documents because I couldn't afford to pay for it, and I forgot the password without backup codes. It appears that someone is monitoring my activities, possibly manipulating my phone's settings to enable unauthorized access by third-party applications. I hope this information sheds light on my situation. Thank you.

Good day, I recently configured my work Google account ([redacted]) to work with Outlook for a more user-friendly interface. However, a colleague accidentally unplugged my computer, causing it to restart, and now I am unable to access my email. I keep receiving a prompt to enter my password for imap.gmail.com, and despite my attempts, I can't log in either through Gmail or Outlook. I received a message on my phone (+[redacted]6) indicating that my request is being processed and that I will receive an email with further details soon. Due to the issue, please contact me via [redacted] or [redacted] for any communications as I can't access my work email. I urgently need assistance as my work mail is crucial for my tasks. As a child, my father set up an email account ([redacted]) for me to use. Unfortunately, on March 8, [redacted], my father (Muktesh Mukherjee) and mother (Xiaomobai) passed away in the MH370 plane crash. I recently tried to access this email to merge my EPIC GAMES accounts, but I don't remember the password. I can't access the recovery email (belonging to my late mother) or answer the security question. Without verification from [redacted], I can't change the email on my EPIC GAMES account. My [redacted] was created by my uncle, with whom I live. I'm seeking guidance on how to reset my old email account's password.

I have two children enrolled in Google Families and utilize the Family Link app for managing their screen time, approved apps, bedtimes, remote locking/unlocking, etc. Recently, I encountered an issue with one of my children's devices that is not responding to the settings and instructions I apply using the parent app on my phone. Despite attempting various troubleshooting steps like re-adding the device, turning supervision on/off, and even factory resetting one of the devices, the problem persists. The Family Link functions work correctly on my other child's devices, so it seems to be isolated to one child's profile and associated devices.

Two days ago, I lost access to my NectorFamily account. I tried to recover it from my iMac but got an "unrecognizable device" message. Then, I attempted to recover it from my Windows 7 PC with the same result. In late March, someone hacked into my computer and bank account, as well as my RandyeAllen account. Please investigate and help me regain access to my accounts. The main account is Allennector, with the password Nector1012. You can reach me at [redacted] and [redacted] I am Randy Eugene Allen, the accounts' owner. There seems to be a scammer in control of my RandyeAllen8 account, pretending to be me and asking for money. I see a black man's face associated with my accounts, even on Facebook. Please assist in recovering my accounts and stopping this scammer. I would appreciate any investigative information to share with the FBI and local police to catch this person. They have also compromised my girlfriend's Nector Johnson's account (NectorJohnson88@gmail) and our Google Hangouts, disrupting our communication. Please help us resolve this issue.

I am facing challenges in carrying out my COVID-19 humanitarian work due to difficulty managing multiple accounts daily. After signing into my accounts, they continuously prompt me to sign out or do so automatically when left idle. Despite disconnecting Hangouts and resolving conflicts with Google Voice, the issue persists with a notification indicating system reconnection attempts. Interestingly, my spouse's computer, linked to Blue Cross, is not experiencing any network disruptions. Your prompt assistance will greatly aid in my lifesaving efforts. - Carl

Hello, in [redacted], we created a GMAIL account under the name of our group of friends for the local festivities of our town (Bustarviejo [redacted] (Madrid)). Unfortunately, it was never used as the creator was young and did it with good intentions but without any purpose. Now as adults, we are working on a project and realized the account was created but the creator, who is no longer part of the group, doesn't remember the password or any security details. There was no secondary email or mobile phone linked to the account back then. We would like to recover this account if possible. The only proof we have that it belongs to us is that it has been inactive since [redacted], and that it was created in Bustarviejo, possibly at the address on Calle San Sebastian 36 BAJO. We could demonstrate that the year our group was formed aligns with the account creation date at the local town hall. We would appreciate it if you could verify that the account is abandoned and either provide us with the password or delete it so we can create it again. Thank you for your assistance. Kind regards Roberto del Valle Fabeiro

I need assistance in recovering three important accounts. These accounts, [redacted] created in [redacted], [redacted] created in 2[redacted], and [redacted] created in 2[redacted], are crucial to me. Due to being in an abusive relationship from 2[redacted], I faced difficulties trying to access these accounts. During a traumatic incident, my ex-partner destroyed all devices linked to these accounts, including laptops and a desktop where my cherished memories were backed up. I have tried to recover these accounts before but faced obstacles due to my ex's interference. I am hoping for assistance in retrieving the photos and videos stored in these accounts, as they hold immense sentimental value to me. I can confirm my ownership of these accounts and recall using the names Hailey pliler or the nickname Heather pliler on them. My memory has been affected by various traumatic events, including a concussion. Your help in recovering these accounts would mean a lot to me, especially accessing my Google photos/Google drive. My full name is Miranda Hailey Pliler, and if prompted with a security question about my first pet, the answer is Moose.

I noticed that my Google Pay was charged $4.23 twice on Sunday by a company named Google katasovs Mountain Caus, and both were signature purchases. I did not make, sign, or authorize these transactions. When I visited the website, it seemed to be a place to ask questions and get answers, which does not make sense for a charge. I did not pay to ask Google anything as I can do it for free from my phone. These unauthorized charges have left my bank account overdrawn by $7.43. I am requesting the removal of both charges, the refund of the money taken, and would like to receive an email showing the signatures on these purchases. Sincerely, Brenda B.

I recently formatted my phone and forgot the password to my Google account. I am the rightful owner of the account, as it bears my real name, and I can provide identification to prove it. Although I can access the account on my laptop, I am prompted to re-log in to verify my identity. Could someone please assist me in regaining access to the account? It holds important information such as my YouTube channel, social media accounts, and games. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

We are trying to update the phone number listing on our website, Geraldstires.net. At our location at [redacted] Hwy 17 N., Mt. Pleasant, SC [redacted], the phone number listed as [redacted] needs to be changed to [redacted]. Despite attempts by those with permissions to update it, we have encountered a message saying "change under review" each time. An email from Google My Business indicates the profile has been updated, but the phone number remains unchanged. When using the "edit" function, we saved the correct number as the previous one, but it never reflects the change on the website.
