Hello, my name is Roger Rybicki, and my wife's name is Kristy Rybicki. I have been a roofer for 25 years and I am not very skilled when it comes to the internet. I've noticed that my original email account, [redacted], is having difficulty as my password keeps getting changed and I struggle to access it. I have multiple email accounts, some that seem to be in my name but are related to businesses or other accounts that I did not create. Here are a few of them: [redacted], [redacted], [redacted], [redacted], kr@[redacted] There are many more accounts, and it seems like my wife's accounts are now linked with mine. Please investigate this matter as I am concerned about potential business-related issues like malware. I have only started using computers recently, about 4 months ago, so I am unfamiliar with these matters. Thank you for your help.

Dear Google Support, I am a loyal user of the "Google Chrome" browser. While browsing on Monday, April 27, I received a message saying, "Congratulations, Dear user of Google from Nigeria! You have been selected to win (1) Google gift!" with a PDF attachment. After answering a series of four questions correctly, I was informed that I am the lucky visitor of the day, as shown in Attachment 2. However, when I tried to proceed by selecting my network (GLO) and providing my browsing telephone number/WhatsApp, the display screen stopped working. I would appreciate it if you could verify if this message is genuinely from Google. It states that I have won an "Apple iPhone 11 Pro Max (256GB)." My device is BLACKBERRY-2B8E; BlackBerry Q10 2AF62B8E. I kindly ask for instructions on how to claim the gift. My internet browsing/WhatsApp number is +[redacted][redacted], and my regular voice call number is +[redacted][redacted]. I want to express my gratitude to Google in advance. I am eagerly awaiting your timely assistance and response. Sincerely, Himin U. Akhabue

I have submitted two YouTube links for the "1st Online Open European Taekwondo Championships" via email to the Taekwondo Europe Tournament Promoters per their instructions. Unfortunately, they are unable to access the links because of privacy settings (private link). To rectify this issue and avoid disqualification (with [redacted] countries participating), I need to adjust the permissions in my YouTube account. However, I am currently unable to log in to my Google account. Despite reaching out to various support channels such as Mac Support, google.com/accounts/recovery, google.com/support, speaking with Nelson V at [redacted], and another representative at [redacted], as well as attempting to contact google.gmail/support, I have faced difficulties and have not been able to resolve the login problem. This hindrance is preventing me from accessing my YouTube account to modify permissions and ensure the Referees can review my performance. Your assistance in overcoming this Google login obstacle would be greatly appreciated.

I installed YouTube TV on my Roku TV and was enticed by a 30-day free trial. However, after signing in through my Google account, I found that the content available wasn't to my liking. When attempting to cancel my subscription, I struggled to reach customer support through phone, email, or chat. Eventually, I managed to cancel, but later discovered I had been charged $53.49, equivalent to my current cable subscription. I was hoping to save money, not incur additional charges.

My device broke, causing me to forget the new passwords for my Google and other accounts. I wrote the Google password down but it seems incorrect. I have tried other passwords but they were changed long ago. I can't access the recovery email ([redacted]) because its password was updated along with my Gmail ([redacted]). Google sends a reset code to the Outlook email, and Outlook sends a code to update the password to Gmail, creating a loop. I tried creating a new email through Outlook to receive the code, but no success. I need access to [redacted] for password reset. My new cell number is [redacted]. My previous cell numbers were [redacted], [redacted]37, and [redacted]. Contact me via the email below until this is resolved to update my accounts like the banking app. Thank you for your assistance in this challenging situation.

I have discovered an unauthorized monthly charge of $11.99 from Google Dropbox on my bank statement. Despite not using the app or ever subscribing to it, I am unable to cancel the subscription until May 29th, [redacted]. The representative I spoke to, an Asian man, was unhelpful and tried to convince me of the benefits of Dropbox instead of assisting me in canceling it. I demand that Google takes responsibility, cancels my subscription immediately, and refunds all the charges totaling $11.99 over the past year. Google needs to improve its customer service and support its customers as a reputable multi-billion dollar company. Regards, Clint Craig.

I came across an advertisement on your Google site from Accertince.com. I made a purchase, they processed my payment, but since then, I have not received any updates. My attempts to contact them via email have been futile, and their phone mailbox is consistently full. Google has flagged them as a potential scam or fraudulent website. I am puzzled as to why they are still permitted to advertise on your platform. I bought a raised garden set for $[redacted] but did not receive a confirmation email. When I check their site, it only shows the order as "being processed." It is clear that these individuals are engaging in deceptive practices, and it is concerning that Google is allowing them to operate unchecked. I am seeking advice on what actions I can take. Can you assist me in getting a refund from them? While $[redacted] may not be significant to you, it is a substantial amount for me as I rely on Social Security. It would be greatly appreciated if you could prevent them from advertising on your site to prevent others from falling victim to their schemes.

I'm having trouble regaining access to my Gmail account even after resetting my password. A few days ago, I set a new unique password, but now it's not accepting it. I've followed the steps provided in the forgot password/recover account section, including entering the last password I remember, using a code from a text sent to my phone, and verifying the phone number linked to the account. The issue arises when I can't access the secondary email listed on the account. I had to create a new email for Google to contact me and have received a code on that email, but I keep getting a message saying "Google couldn’t verify this account belongs to you." I've repeated this process without success for days. It seems odd that I can confirm all my phone details but can't access the secondary email.

I am encountering an issue with recovering my Gmail account following a recent password reset. Despite setting a new password a few days ago, I am now receiving an incorrect password prompt. I am diligently following the account recovery steps but faced a roadblock due to the old secondary email linked to my account that I no longer have access to. Despite entering necessary verification codes sent to my phone and newly created email, it appears that Google is unable to verify my ownership. I have repeated this process multiple times without success. I am seeking assistance from Google to resolve this password retrieval dilemma as I am capable of verifying my associated phone details, only hindered by the inaccessible secondary email. Your prompt help in accessing my email account would be greatly appreciated.

As an 89-year-old widow on a fixed income, I recently discovered unauthorized charges from Google on my Mascoma Bank debit account in Vermont spanning 15 months. After consulting with my bank and lawyer about potential fraud, I am considering taking legal action. However, I want to believe this is a mistake and have attempted to contact your customer service for resolution, spending countless hours on hold. My name is Laurie H. from Chelsea, Vermont, reachable at [redacted]. I am seeking a refund for the erroneous charges to my account. It is essential for me to speak with a representative promptly to address this issue and demonstrate the importance of proper resolution to my bank and lawyer. Previous attempts to communicate have been unsuccessful, so I am hoping for a swift response to avoid legal action and restore my trust in your company.

Hello, My account got blocked because they said I broke their rules. I signed up and got a coupon. However, they made me create a campaign right away before entering the account dashboard. I only planned to run ads once my product was approved, so I quickly made and deleted a campaign. When asked about my plans, I mentioned I'd start advertising in a day or two. I never shared the coupon. They blocked me. I made a new account, tried to use my credit card, and they flagged the transactions. I just launched my first campaign with no spending yet. This isn't the first time. If they don't want to give out coupons, that's fine, but offering one and then blocking my account when I intended to use it shortly isn't fair.

I previously used the email [redacted] for Wake Forest University. Since leaving my position, the university informed me that the email is no longer active. I reached out to IT to request its removal from my profile since I can no longer access it. Unfortunately, I am unable to remember the password for my current personal email, [redacted] When attempting to reset the password, Google prompts me to send a code to the inactive murphyam account. I kindly request assistance in removing the [redacted] email from my account to regain access to my actual email. Alternatively, I would appreciate guidance on any other available methods to recover my password.

I recently followed Google's help instructions to reset my email account sync and unfortunately lost a significant number of passwords in the process. Despite backing up my data beforehand, I struggled to find a solution after searching through various help forums for hours. It was frustrating that I needed a computer to address this issue, as I had trusted Google with over a decade's worth of carefully curated passwords. The lack of live customer support and the complexity of the situation left me feeling let down by the experience. Fortunately, a friend loaned me their computer, allowing me to change the settings and transfer my data to a different browser. Dealing with this setback consumed my day, and it's disappointing to navigate through such challenges without direct assistance.

I am having trouble accessing my [redacted] account because I forgot my password. I have been trying to recover it by receiving an OTP on my phone and email but have not been successful in logging in even after entering the OTP. Initially, Google sent a message saying they couldn't verify the account belonged to me, but now I am receiving a message saying the account is unavailable due to too many failed attempts. I am concerned because this email holds important contacts and documents. I have reached out via email for help but have not received a response. Please advise on how to verify my account or provide any necessary steps for account recovery. I appreciate any assistance in resolving this matter as soon as possible.

I forgot my [redacted] account password and have been trying to recover it. When I request a password reset, the OTP is sent to my phone and email, but even after entering it, I can't access my account. Previously, Google stated that they couldn't verify the account was mine, but now I'm seeing a message saying the account is unavailable due to too many failed login attempts. This is worrisome as my Gmail contains important contacts and documents. I have tried emailing for support, but haven't received a response. Please assist me in recovering my Gmail account and password. Can you provide guidance on how to verify my account or what steps to take next?

I am writing to share my frustrating experience with my LENOVO laptop. For the past month, it has been malfunctioning, and despite contacting customer care numerous times, I was only directed to visit a service center. Eventually, after visiting the service center, I was informed that they could not repair my laptop as it was not covered under their policy. Moreover, they quoted a repair cost of $[redacted], which is quite high considering I initially purchased the laptop for $[redacted]. As a student from a middle-class background, this repair cost is difficult for me to afford, especially during quarantine when I rely on my laptop for improving my design and editing skills. The constant issues with the touchpad not working properly, overheating, and frequent hang-ups are hindering my work. I am reaching out to Google for assistance after receiving no help from the manufacturer.

I hope for assistance in resolving this matter promptly to resume my live broadcasts on a suitable platform. Rest assured, I am the artist and copyright holder, as well as the publishing rights owner. Thank you.

I was recently alerted by Capital One that my gmail address appeared on the dark web. After changing my password, I discovered suspicious charges being made daily on my debit card, resulting in a complete drain of my bank account over time. The charges all appear as "GOOGLE *HKNIE g.co/helppay# CA" on my statement. Despite filing a refund claim with Google, they rejected it, suggesting the charges may be from someone I know. The amounts involved are significant, and I am certain my friends and family are not responsible for these transactions. I am seeking a refund for the unauthorized charges and assistance in identifying the source of these recurring payments.
