Good Afternoon! My name is Barbara Kratsios, and I am writing in follow-up to the message I sent last week. This e-mail regarded the recovery of my personal, family e-mail account. I have received three follow-up messages from GetHuman asking if the issue has been resolved yet. Unfortunately, after trying again a little bit ago, this problem has not yet been fixed. Once again, I am using a new laptop--specifically an IdeaPad S***.

GetHuman-bkratsio did not yet indicate what Google should do to make this right.
