I received an invitation to participate in Google Chrome's beta app testing for Android with a promised $20 incentive upon using the app for two weeks within the agreed terms and conditions. I accepted the offer and installed the beta app, setting it as my default browser and granting necessary permissions, including access to my usage data. However, I have not received any update or information regarding the $20 reward I was supposed to receive.

My new computer is experiencing issues with downloading through browsers like Google. While downloading games through Steam, I achieve the expected speed of 1.5 mb/s. However, when attempting to download drivers from Nvidia, the speed drops to [redacted]-[redacted] kb/s. This is inconsistent with my internet connection as my old PC, connected via Ethernet, does not face the same problem. When using my old PC, downloads are at the full speed. I have tried troubleshooting online and even switching browsers, but nothing has resolved the issue. Please assist me in finding a solution to this download speed discrepancy. Thank you.

My company's current email is [redacted] I am looking to switch to [redacted] When I tried to add it to my other Gmail accounts, I received an error stating that [redacted] already exists. Google asked for my name, but it was rejected as unverifiable. Unfortunately, I'm unsure which employee created the [redacted] account. Could someone at Google verify if [redacted] is associated with my company? Thank you, Charlie.

I am experiencing unauthorized access to my phone where someone is using my information for purchases and other activities, likely through my email accounts. Despite changing passwords, the issue persists. Suspiciously, my wife's name appears in emails and other places. I suspect her due to our divorce. There are unauthorized charges on my card for iTunes and the App Store, even while I was in jail this summer. The unauthorized activities have been ongoing for years, with Apple identifying that she is accessing my phone through their software. I am unsure how to prevent this or gather evidence. My phone number is [redacted], and my name is Mark Goodwin. I seek assistance with resolving this matter. Thank you for your attention.

I recently bought two [redacted] euro Google Play Cards under false pretenses related to a scam. I was led to believe I had won 39,[redacted] euros in a lottery but needed to buy 1,[redacted] euros worth of Google Play Cards to claim my winnings. They asked for the registration numbers on the back of each card to verify them, which raised red flags for me. They claimed an armored truck and armed guards would deliver the winnings, and I would need the card numbers to open the briefcase. I refused and contacted the authorities, providing details of the individuals involved. The scammers even posed as police when they called back. The police took my statement, and now I'm hoping to find a way to transfer the funds on the Google Play Cards to either my PayPal or Google account.

I am facing issues logging into my Gmail account due to switching to a new phone and a new phone number. While using a familiar password, Google prompted me to create a stronger one, which I have forgotten. Consequently, I am unable to receive verification on my new phone number. My Facebook page and YouTube on my TV are linked to my old Gmail account, containing crucial contacts, emails, and sensitive information. I need assistance in recovering my old account through these platforms. I aim to update my Gmail account to my current phone number registered since October [redacted], as I overlooked changing the recovery number earlier.

I am experiencing difficulties downloading from the Google Play Store. I own a Pixel 2 phone, it is up to date, and I have tried various troubleshooting steps like clearing the cache, but I consistently encounter issues when trying to download larger files like Rome: Total War or Titan Quest. The downloads get stuck halfway through, typically around 500MB, and I have to restart them. I have reached out to the developers, my mobile operator, and even tried pausing and restarting the downloads, but the problem persists. This happens every time and it is incredibly frustrating. I expect the services I pay for to work properly. Other options seem more reliable, and I am disappointed that I cannot access the content I purchased.

Hello, I am experiencing a web connection issue with Chrome. I have the 'Brave' browser on my own machine, while my partner uses Chrome. When I visit her website on my device, I can see the latest version. However, when I try to access it from her machine using Chrome, it shows an old version of the site that I cannot locate the source of. I have tried clearing the Chrome cache (ipconfig/flushcache) and clearing her computer's cache and browsing history, but Chrome still doesn't display the latest site. Interestingly, when I installed 'Brave' on her machine, I could see the latest version without any issues. I would like to resolve this problem with Chrome as my partner prefers using it over 'Brave.' Her website is built on the Prestashop platform. Any guidance on how to get Chrome to display the latest site would be appreciated. Thank you, Steve

My personal Google account was hacked, containing a lot of vital information. I am desperate to recover it but faced obstacles when seeking help online due to requests for payment and inability to log in. The hacker altered my recovery email and all signed-in devices, making recovery impossible. The online support redirected me to a recovery page where I faced the same login issue. Furthermore, phone support required a work PIN I couldn't obtain as I couldn't log in. This situation is frustrating, especially considering the sensitive data at risk. I hope to resolve this with human assistance.

I was experiencing duplicate email replies in my Gmail account and sought assistance from US Cellular, to no avail. Following US Cellular's unsuccessful attempt to help, I turned to online resources for Gmail support. I found a service that claimed to be Gmail tech support and was instructed to install two programs. Suspecting a scam when they requested $39.95 for a fix, I refused, only to then lose access to my entire Google account. As a result, I had to perform a factory reset, but I am unable to recover my old account. Despite changing my password three days ago, my device is no longer recognized, and recovery codes are ineffective. I have tried everything to regain access, including setting up a new account, but encountered issues with missing contacts and disrupted programs. Unfortunately, neither Google, LG, nor internet resources have been able to assist me. I urgently need access to my original account. My former account username is [redacted]

I have been hacked, including my Google account and email. The authorities are investigating. Please inform anyone who emails me at [redacted] and [redacted] that I have been hacked. It's uncertain if my recovery email has been compromised as well. I've contacted your agents before and they were going to coordinate with authorities. The hackers originated from Chandler, AZ using a Google Pixel phone. Law enforcement is involved. I will reach out soon through a secure method. Be cautious as the hackers have control of my email and Google account. Only I can answer security questions. I trust you can verify my identity. Such actions during a pandemic are appalling. Thank you. Respectfully, Marla Cde Baca Rodriguez.

I recently inherited an Android tablet, a ZTE K92, with a Gmail account that is asking for a password that I do not possess. I have already performed a factory reset on the tablet, but it is still prompting for the previous owner's password. Unfortunately, AT&T has been unable to assist so far, and I am convinced that having the password is the key to resolving this issue. I am seeking advice on potential workarounds, and I am even open to rooting the device if necessary. It would be greatly appreciated if Google could offer a temporary password to grant access to the account. I believe that others might have encountered a similar situation, and any guidance on how to proceed would be very helpful. Thank you for your assistance. Kind regards, JIM

I am currently facing an issue with my Google account login. I visited google.com/accounts/recovery to start the recovery process. I completed all the necessary steps, including entering my last remembered password and successfully completing the phone verification. However, I encountered a roadblock when Google requested to send another verification to my old recovery email, which I have already closed. Choosing "Try another way," I was asked about the creation date of the locked account, which I couldn't recall. Subsequently, Google requested another email for contact purposes, and despite providing my forum email address and verifying the code, I received a message stating "Google couldn't verify this account belongs to you." This is where the process is currently stuck, and my account remains inaccessible. This situation has been very frustrating for me, especially considering the sensitive nature of phone numbers. I believe that phone verification should suffice in recovering my account. I urgently seek assistance from Google to regain access to my account, which contains crucial aspects of my life including financial information, photos, WhatsApp backups, and saved passwords.

Hello everyone, I am writing to express my concerns regarding the recent core update by Google that has caused significant issues for various websites. The new changes have led to unfair competition between websites with different topics, affecting user experience. For instance, medical websites should not be compared to magazine sites as the latter may have more input data, making it challenging for users to find relevant medical information. This comparison issue becomes critical in situations like searching for medical emergencies such as symptoms of a brain stroke. Users in Iran may struggle to access accurate medical information, impacting their ability to respond promptly to a health crisis. Moreover, the lack of updates following the core changes has prevented users from accessing current information. This can be detrimental, especially for topics like medical treatments where outdated or incomplete data poses risks to users' well-being. It is crucial for Google to prioritize user satisfaction and content quality in these updates. Confusing factors such as changes in H1, H2, and titles have caused unnecessary complications for webmasters, diverting focus from maintaining high-quality site content. Additionally, the sudden drop in website traffic and rankings due to the core updates has raised concerns among website owners about their job security and income. Providing advance notice to site owners before implementing significant changes would help mitigate these challenges.

Due to a factory reset, I lost access to my account associated with [redacted] When I reached out to support, I was informed that the account had been deleted in error. I provided my old phone number [redacted] for verification, but since I no longer have that number, Google assigned me a new email, [redacted], which was not my preference. It has been 2-3 weeks, and after being told that more time is needed for security purposes, I am still awaiting further assistance. My new contact details are phone number [redacted] and email [redacted] Any help in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I am experiencing repeated pop-ups when trying to access my email account, which request my password and redirect me to suspicious sites asking for permissions to manage my emails. Despite granting access, I am unable to log in most of the time, receiving an error message prompting me to try again later. On occasion, I manage to access my email after restarting my device. This issue has been ongoing, occasionally stopping for short periods before recurring. Moreover, a "Metered network warning" appears at times, marking my Outlook icon with a red "X," although I can sometimes override this warning and access my email.
