I am unable to cancel my YouTube TV trial which was processed through Google without my consent. Despite countless attempts over the course of several days, there is no available option in my account to terminate the subscription. Google proceeded to charge my credit card without providing me the opportunity to cancel the YouTube TV trial before it ended. Regrettably, there is no customer support available via phone or any other means for assistance. I followed Google's online instructions on canceling the subscription to no avail. This experience has left me feeling deceived by Google. The $49.99 charge for the service must be refunded promptly.

I mistakenly inputted the wrong password to my Galaxy S8 Active, locking myself out. I have attempted to reset the password for my Gmail account and the backup account [redacted], but cannot recall the necessary passwords. Consequently, I am unable to access emails essential for password reset. The passwords I last remember using are "Legends2" or "dalegends2" for [redacted], and "ROCKON2213" for [redacted] The emails in question hold important information, such as PayPal notifications and Fantasy Football updates. Despite numerous attempts, I have been unsuccessful in resetting the passwords due to authentication issues, resulting in an unusable $[redacted] Galaxy S8 Active. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

I am reaching out because there is a $[redacted].99 charge on my bank account for an app that I don't use. My seven-year-old daughter unknowingly accepted a free trial, causing these financial issues. This unexpected charge has led to bounced payments and the threat of eviction. I am having trouble accessing my mom's Google account using [redacted] Despite trying the recovery instructions, I still can't log in. It's puzzling because the email I used to send the verification code is the same one I am trying to log into. I am trying to recover all my emails that were accidentally deleted. I have only received emails from part of [redacted]. I need all my emails dating back to [redacted]. These emails are important to me, especially the ones related to my deceased parents. Hello, I am currently experiencing difficulties recovering my Google account, [redacted] Since I have relocated to a different country and changed my phone number, I am unable to receive the verification code from my previous number. I am frustrated with the computer glitches Google is showing. I filled out this form twice, but when I tried to send it, it was erased with a "something went wrong" message. This email is for ark of grace LLC. My assistant, Sarah G., uses this email for business. We were convinced by Google to buy GMass to send mass emails to our subscribers. After we subscribed, we faced this issue, which seems unjust. If Google claims GMass is the only way to send mass emails and later locks our account, it's unfair. We are a ministry, and this treatment appears biased. I, Amanda W., created this email a year and a half ago. Please restore my email immediately and investigate the GMass problems. Thank you.

I recently logged out of my Google account which I used for my Nintendo Switch account. I successfully reset my Nintendo Switch account password, but made an error in entering my age during account creation, risking termination if I don't rectify it in my old Gmail. However, I am unable to access this Gmail account as it shows "can't use this account" when I try to log in. I have always used my personal email address, [redacted], to access Google's suite of products. Despite not having a Gmail account nor ever receiving emails there, I purchased a Google Drive subscription in [redacted] with [redacted] I regularly used various Google services with this email. However, on January 31st, Google unexpectedly converted my account to a newly created Gmail address, [redacted], without prior notice. Consequently, all my activity and data are now associated with this Gmail account, raising significant security concerns for me.

I'm experiencing issues with my Google Play Store. When attempting to download the Google Home App, I encounter a message saying "Try Again" with a Retry button that only repeats the error. This occurs on my Lenovo Chromebook. In addition, Google Duo is not allowing me to input my phone number, preventing calls on my computer. Despite functioning previously, it now fails to send or receive calls. Reinstalling led to the Play Store problem resurfacing.
