Hello, I am currently studying abroad in Chile from the US and purchased a Google Pixel 2 XL in the US about two years ago. I recently received a notification to update to the official Android 10 as I was previously using the beta version without any issues, aside from occasional crashes. I attempted the update on January 18, [redacted], and after restarting my phone, it became stuck in a loop displaying the Google logo with a sliding grey bar underneath it. I have tried restarting the phone multiple times by holding the power button with or without the volume buttons, but it remains stuck in this loop for over 18 hours. It seems like many others are experiencing similar issues online. I hope for a quick solution as I heavily rely on this phone during my time here. Thank you for any assistance.

I created a Google account a couple of years back, approximately 2 years ago. Unfortunately, I logged out and after about a year, I attempted to log in again as I had a YouTube channel and Instagram associated with that email which I wanted to delete. I struggled to recall the email at first, and even after I remembered it, I couldn't recollect the password. Now that I have finally remembered both the email and password, my dilemma is that after these 2 years, I have moved from Canada to Michigan, and I no longer possess the same phone number I had when I created that email. I have misplaced my SIM card, the account lacks security questions for me to answer, and my primary Gmail account is insufficient to verify my ownership of the account I am trying to access. Consequently, I am unable to access my own account regardless of my attempts.

I am trying to log into my Facebook account, but I can't remember the new password I set while I was drunk. I've tried to reset my password, but I no longer have access to the phone number or the email I used for verification. I do remember my Gmail address, [redacted], linked to my Facebook account, but I'm not sure how to proceed. Can you help me recover my account that I have had for 6 years? I appreciate any assistance in getting back into my account.

I have been using Google Chrome for many years. Recently, I was prompted to update to the new version for security reasons. After updating, Norton Safe now appears when I try to access the internet. I previously used McAfee, then switched to Norton, and finally settled with Avast for the past six years without any issues. However, since the update, my browser is slow to open and sometimes crashes. I suspect Norton might not be compatible with Avast. I am frustrated with these issues and would like to remove Norton from my computer. I have always appreciated using Google, but this recent update has caused problems. Is there a way to use Google Chrome without Norton?

I am unable to access my account despite trying all the steps to recover my password. After attempting to create a new account with [redacted], it confirms the account exists and prompts me to log in. However, when I proceed to reset the password, I am unable to progress with logging in. I urgently need access to this Gmail account to verify an email for a bill payment. I previously contacted support last night, but the call got disconnected. I have exhausted all self-help options within Google settings to no avail. Assistance in resolving this issue and recovering my account would be greatly appreciated.

While playing Rocket League, I suddenly lost access to both my game account and my Gmail account used for setup. When attempting to recover my Gmail, the verification code from Google didn't allow me to reset the password. I suspect hackers might be involved. I urgently need help to regain access to my accounts, especially my gamer account with significant funds. I've never experienced a situation like this before and am reaching out for assistance. For now, please contact me through my mother's Gmail for any communication regarding the recovery process.

My Samsung J30 screen suddenly turned black, and I realize my passwords were saved on that phone. I had to purchase a new phone, and now I am unable to recover my Gmail account because I don't remember the password. Unfortunately, I also no longer have access to the phone number associated with the account to receive a verification code. I am unsure about the security question answer due to using various phones in the past. I can provide evidence of my identity, such as when and where I opened the account, the year, and show my identification cards. I am feeling frustrated and stressed out by the situation and would appreciate any assistance in recovering my Gmail account. Thank you for your help.

I have several Gmail accounts from the past that I am trying to add to my phone. Unfortunately, I do not remember the passwords I used for each of them. I have attempted to add the following emails: 1) [redacted], 2) [redacted], 3) [redacted], 4) [redacted] I typically used "loveRadar2" or a variation as my password. The Lena Gordon address may have had "gordonclan" in it. I cannot recall the phone number associated with each of these accounts. My previous phone number from four years ago was [redacted], and eleven years ago it was [redacted]. The password back then might have been related to "tuffytucker" or something like "2much." Currently, my email is tribbledeb1955 and the password is humphreybogart55, but I need a recovery email and have been unsuccessful with these emails. My current phone number is [redacted].

I've recently encountered an issue when adding new tasks to Google Tasks. The Google Calendar integration and the Google Tasks App on my Android (Galaxy S9+) display errors when I attempt to add a new task. On Google Calendar, the error message states "Reverting to the latest state because there was a problem." On the Google Tasks App, it shows "Unknown Server Error. Please try again later." Further investigation using the Google-Tasks-API revealed that while I can delete and modify tasks, inserting a new task into a list triggers a [redacted] error with the message "Quota Exceeded." Although I reviewed my Google-Tasks API quotas and found no issues, I continue to receive this error. I've been a long-time user of Google Tasks, including utilizing the API for bulk updates, but I haven't made any recent changes to my setup. Could this be related to a global limit on the number of tasks allowed or a limit on tasks per list, as I manage a substantial number of long-running tasks, specifically for tracking development ideas? Any assistance would be appreciated, as Google Tasks plays a crucial role in organizing my work life. The disruption to my productivity due to this issue affecting both Google Calendar Tasks and the Google Tasks App is quite frustrating.

I am having trouble accessing my email account. My wife and I both use the same computer, each with our own Google email accounts. Lately, the system stopped working properly after my wife logged out of her account. Now, when I try to log into my email, it is asking for a password which I have forgotten. Even when I click on "I forgot my password" and try to input a recent password, I can't remember it. I believe I set up security questions with Google when I created the account, but I am unable to access them to verify my identity. I am receiving a verification code on my smartphone, but after entering it, I keep getting redirected to the same problematic email account. My phone number linked to the account is [redacted]. My wife's email is [redacted] and her contact number is [redacted]. I am seeking guidance on the next steps to resolve this issue, whether through my cell phone, my wife's email, or her phone. Thank you.

Dear Forum Members, I am reaching out on behalf of Silverpeople to address an issue with a job posting for the role of CTO in Bangalore, India on Instahyre. The client, Mahindra First Choice, had requested not to disclose their name during the posting, but due to a miscommunication, it was included which has caused concerns within the client's team as they were not prepared for the hiring. This situation has affected our relationship with the client and the company culture. I kindly ask for your assistance in promptly removing the job posting from the platform to mitigate any further impact. I have shared the link to the job post for reference. Your immediate attention to this matter is greatly appreciated. Thank you, Sai V.

My daughter's email account has been deactivated due to her being underage. I have spent [redacted] hours attempting to figure out how to reopen it. The guidance from Google has been unhelpful, as it instructs me to follow steps sent to the deactivated account, which I cannot access. I provided a photo of my passport and signature to authorize the account opening, but my daughter is being asked to upload proof of being an adult, which she is not. I have not received any response from Google. I am feeling frustrated and desperate for assistance. I am seeking a live chat option or a guide that allows me to reactivate my daughter's account using my own email address.

After I turn on my system, opening Chrome takes an unusually long time. When I try to visit a website or open a new tab, it freezes for a few minutes. Even if I attempt to minimize or close Chrome, it is unresponsive. These issues occur when I open Chrome after turning on my system or waking it from sleep mode. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling Chrome hoping it would solve the problem, but unfortunately, it persists. Strangely, after about 30 to 40 minutes of use, Chrome starts working smoothly. My daily tasks rely heavily on Chrome, so I am seeking assistance to resolve this recurring issue that only began a few months ago.

I’ve had a Google Play Music subscription for a long time at $7.99 per month. I was automatically enrolled in YouTube Red and YouTube Music when they launched, keeping my original pricing. Recently, I noticed ads on YouTube. It turned out my payment card had expired. Believing all subscriptions were linked, I re-subscribed to YouTube Music at a higher price ($9.99) without YouTube included. I then updated my payment method for Google Play Music to maintain my previous access. Both charges appeared on my bank statement (YouTube Music $9.99, Google Play Music $7.99). Today, I received a notification that my Google Play Music was canceled. This action also removed my access to YouTube Red that I originally had. I’m requesting the reactivation of my Google Play Music with its original benefits, which included YouTube, and to transfer my YouTube Music subscription to that account. I prefer to keep my original benefits and believe canceling my Google Play Music despite updating my payment method seems like an attempt to remove my grandfathered perks.
