I am having an issue with changing the display name on my email account. I originally set up this email with a playful name when I was younger and now need to switch it to my actual name for high school purposes. Despite following the steps to change the display name, it continues to reflect the old name. I've attempted the process multiple times without success. This has become a significant problem as I use this email for important school-related accounts like College Board, causing confusion when I communicate with teachers and peers. Please understand that I have followed the instructions diligently and am certain I am not making an error in the process.

I need help addressing three suspicious negative reviews that have been posted recently. These reviews deviate from the norm of positive feedback I typically receive. They each have a rating of one star and offer glowing praise for my only competitor in the area. The reviewers show little to no history of leaving reviews for other businesses. These posts lack specific details about their visit to my establishment, and they stand out during our slow season when I interact with every customer. The reviews share a common language style and overly negative tone, which does not align with genuine customer experiences. Please assist me in investigating and potentially removing these misleading reviews.

I set up my Google account on June 17, [redacted], using my current email, [redacted] At that time, I also created a note in Outlook with my login information, as I usually do. Today, I attempted to recover my account because the system was not accepting my password, which I have not changed. However, the recovery process seemed to be stuck in a loop: I would enter my email, then my last known password, then a recovery code, followed by an email for contact, only to be told that they could not identify me as the account owner. Unfortunately, the information available online was not helpful. If possible, please send me a set of clear instructions via email on how to successfully recover my account.

Hello, I am requesting assistance with reactivating my oldest Google account, [redacted] I was able to sign in yesterday with my password, "breakfast12," but today I received a message indicating that the account has been deactivated. The phone number listed ([redacted] 88 [redacted]) is outdated, and my current number is 00[redacted]42. I am unable to recover the account as the security question is tied to a library card that no longer exists. Additional passwords I have used include "magdalenata" and "cassiopeia." It's important for me to regain access to [redacted] as it is linked to my primary email on Facebook, [redacted] Resolving this issue will assist me in addressing login troubles with Facebook. Please reach out to me at [redacted]. Thank you, Mariya

Dear Sirs, I am currently facing an issue with my second Gmail account that I am unable to access. While I am in the US now, I usually reside in Germany. The account in question is not accessible on my usual notebook, unlike the one I am reaching out to you from. After following Google's verification process and entering the code sent to my current email, I received a message stating that they could not confirm my ownership. Regrettably, I did not record the answers to the security questions when I set up the account. Given that I am anticipating crucial emails, could you please assist me in regaining access to my account? The impacted account is [redacted] Thank you and best regards, Natalie R.

Hello, I am reaching out from PRotOK Company located in Zagreb, Croatia. We specialize in developing GIS software for utility infrastructure. Currently, we are in need of data to predict water consumption and monitor losses. Specifically, we require information regarding the number of potential water consumers within designated spatial polygons. In our case, these polygons are utilized for water loss monitoring. It's essential to mention that the size of these polygons ensures that individual's data does not breach GDPR guidelines. Each polygon consists of several hundred residential and commercial establishments. We will need this data on a daily basis on an ongoing basis. We would appreciate it if you could inform us if your service includes providing this type of data and if possible, share the monthly or annual rates. Best regards, Tanja B.

I am unable to access my Chromebook as I have forgotten my password. The system does not recognize my email and prompts me to answer a security question, which is not available. "Walker" seems to be the answer, not a question, but it is not accepted. My frustration is growing as my email address is not being acknowledged. This issue arose suddenly without any changes to the device. While I can receive emails on my phone, I am struggling to regain access to my Chromebook. Any communication can be directed to [redacted]

My identity has been compromised by someone I trusted. I urgently need to deactivate all my Google accounts until I can report this to the police. The individual has been creating numerous accounts using my information on Google and other websites. I suspect there are approximately 11 unauthorized accounts under my name. They have even changed the password to my original Google account and subsequently to the new one I created. I am requesting assistance over the phone due to my limited computer skills. My name is Kevin Laughman, and you can reach me at [redacted]. I am looking forward to hearing from you soon.

My Google account was compromised. I woke up one morning and realized that my Chrome sync was turned off. When I tried to log back into my account, I discovered that the password had been changed 10 hours prior, at 12:52 P.M. on January 12. Unfortunately, I can't use the recovery email option because it was connected to a Facebook email forwarding service that is no longer active. Additionally, the phone number associated with the account is from an old device. The account I provided is very similar to the one that was hacked.

I was charged for an app that I don't use. The app keeps appearing on my phone screen, making it hard to opt out. I ended up in the negative in my account due to this unauthorized charge. I need to figure out how to get a refund for this. I suspect it might have been accidentally triggered by the app screen while removing my phone from my pocket. Dealing with technology is not my strong suit, especially when it comes to themes and wallpapers for phones. I quickly canceled any subscriptions I saw on the Play Store that might have caused this. I am not interested in such things and want a refund for the charge. Your assistance in helping me with this issue is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I am currently unable to access my Gmail account. The recovery email associated with my account is an individual I am no longer in contact with. Despite following Google's suggested recovery methods, including answering security questions and using known devices, I have been unsuccessful. I have attempted to reach out to Google for assistance, but it seems challenging to connect with a human representative, as their focus appears to be more on automation than personalized help. This email account is vital to me due to my medical circumstances. While I regret using my former friend's email for recovery, I never anticipated our fallout. Creating a new account is not an ideal solution for me. I would greatly appreciate any guidance or support in resolving this issue.

I am encountering difficulty accessing my Facebook account. Each time I try to reset my password, I am directed to a login code screen where the code provided after resetting is deemed incorrect. This hindrance is preventing me from utilizing my social media platform to promote a significant humanitarian project worth millions. I am hesitant to involve Google as in the past, this action resulted in the displacement of thousands of my friends and necessitated the creation of two separate pages due to a purge of over [redacted] friends. I suspect the hacker's intention is to disrupt my network and potentially lead to the loss of my current [redacted] friends. I am in urgent need of assistance to prevent this situation from escalating and potentially resulting in the loss of tens of thousands of dollars in donations. I am seeking guidance on how to address this issue effectively and would greatly appreciate if a representative could reach out to me for further assistance either via call or email. If necessary, I am considering involving the FBI to trace the source of this interference.

I recently purchased a new phone and created two new Google accounts during the setup process. However, I forgot the screen lock pattern I set up and performed a factory reset on the device. Now, I am unable to proceed as the phone requires me to sign in to one of the accounts on the device, and I do not recall the passwords for either account. It has been a few weeks, and I am eager to start using my new phone. Could you please assist me in verifying the ownership of the accounts so I can regain access to my device? I have created multiple accounts over the years but have never encountered such an issue. I appreciate your help in allowing me to sign in to my new Google account on my device. Thank you.

I intended to buy a Galaxy S10 but got a Samsung %0 instead. My Google emails are on the Galaxy S10, which I don't have. I'm struggling to change my lopgaf7@gmail password as it's trying to send the information to the Galaxy S10. My current phone is a Samsung 50 from Verizon that I purchased on January 11th, after deciding not to get the Galaxy S10 from T-Mobile due to issues transferring contacts. The Galaxy S10 still has my email addresses logged in. I just need help changing the password for my lopgaf7@gmail account.

Hello. I am facing an issue. I had a Samsung S8+ phone that I lost. Despite using the Find My Phone app to locate it and remotely deleting all the information, I recently received a message from Afghanistan stating that they have possession of my phone and have accessed my personal photos and even attempted to log into my Facebook account. I am very concerned about the security of my personal information. While I have changed my account passwords and tried to secure my accounts, individuals in Afghanistan continue to access and use my phone. I feel quite unsafe. I have the IMEI code, but my phone provider in Lithuania cannot assist with remotely wiping the data as I am currently in the UK and cannot visit the branch in person. I am seeking assistance to erase all my personal information, accounts, and Google apps from the Samsung S8+ device to safeguard my data. Thank you.

I recently purchased a G Suite account for my company to use company emails. Unfortunately, I am unable to log in as I seem to have forgotten my password. I usually use about four variations of the same password. When I try the "forgot password" option, it directs me to contact the admin. However, I believe I am the admin. The support for G Suite requires a login, which is the issue I need help with, creating a frustrating cycle. There's a possibility I may have assigned my partner as the admin for the business email, even though she is not as tech-savvy as I am, which confuses me. I can access my personal email without any problems, but I need to be able to use [redacted] for business purposes. Thank you for your assistance. Apologies if I seemed rude, I am just feeling a bit frustrated. Regards, Cyrus

Hello Google, I have a question about several matters. I currently use the Samsung Galaxy A10 with number +[redacted]49 and the Sony Xperia L3 with number +[redacted]06. My Lenovo and Acer5733 devices both need hardware repairs and are offline. I have interacted with several users over time, including theluckycountry224, aeon9785, flickcenter77, mechawarrior777, fade266oth, fade281477, quaid1977 @gmail. I have had experiences with the Lg5 in the past, used by both me and a mystery guest. Lately, I have not seen the Lg5 logging in. It is important to ensure only my Xperia L3 and Galaxy A10 are recognized on the above accounts as they belong to me. I am hesitant to log in via TOR, unlike the mystery guest who might be doing so. I have had ransomware issues since January last year, which has been troubling. I hope someone from Google can address these concerns. Thank you for your attention. Regards, Björn.

I am concerned as it states I have 27 days left before it is permanently deleted. I kindly request your assistance in resolving this matter promptly, as the potential loss of this account is distressing. Thank you for your attention to this issue. Sincerely, Emily R. Hammond
