Hello, my name is Lisa Jackson, and you can reach me at [redacted] I am having trouble setting up 2-step verification on my Google account due to a suspected breach on my cellphone. It appears that there are unauthorized devices with the same make and model linked to my phone, preventing me from enabling the backup sign-in option. This issue has resulted in multiple email account thefts and the loss of personal data on my phone. I suspect that the foreign device on my account is causing the problem. I have already sought assistance from Lifelock but need help in recovering my account and establishing my phone as the original owner.

Upon clicking on Google, I encountered an ad in the upper left corner for Walli wallpaper. Unfortunately, I clicked on it by mistake and now I'm unable to remove this wallpaper. I've attempted various methods without success. Despite uninstalling Google Chrome, upon reinstalling the app, the wallpaper reappears. I am seeking suggestions on permanently deleting this wallpaper from my app. Your assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you, K. H.

I have had an account with your company for many years, along with 80 of my staff members. I am having trouble accessing my secondary account after multiple failed technical support attempts. This inconvenience is resulting in lost accounts and opportunities for both of us. I need help to regain access to my email. I no longer have the phone number associated with the account signup. My mother forgot her password for her email account "[redacted]" She usually writes passwords down but lost that notebook. Due to her condition, Alzheimer's, she forgets things quickly, which is why she writes everything down. I attempted to reset the password using the last one she recalls, but it was unsuccessful. Please assist us in resetting the password for my mom.

I recently purchased a new computer and mistakenly set up my domain as [redacted] without the 12. I attempted to recover the email, but as it was a dummy account, I couldn't receive the information. When I tried to create an email with [redacted], it said the email was already taken. Also, I couldn't reset my password as it claimed the email didn't exist. I really need to create an email with [redacted] to proceed with resetting my computer.

I am currently unable to access my Google account because of two-step verification and my phone is broken. Regrettably, my recovery email is under my ex-partner's control. I would like to request a cancellation of the Gmail account that was created tonight around 6:15 PM by mistake. I'm having trouble accessing my old Gmail account as I cannot remember the necessary information. Unfortunately, I had my Facebook account linked to this email, and it seems to have been hacked. I've created a new Facebook account but encountered issues accessing it. I urgently need assistance in permanently shutting down my old email account, as I am not the one using it anymore. There is someone impersonating me as Cynthia Taylor and hacking into my accounts. I used to use [redacted], which I stopped using years ago due to forgetting the password. I now use [redacted] as a backup. Whenever I try to login using my updated passwords, they seem to have been changed, or errors occur, prompting me to reset the password again. My other email, [redacted], has also been hacked into, and these accounts contain all my important information and medical history. I am an African American individual with multiple Gmail accounts, but I urgently need assistance as these accounts are essential for my business and studies. I have been searching everywhere for a way to express that I am addicted to Rise of Kingdoms, one of the well-known war games. Initially, I thought it was just a casual farming game like Hay Day, but it turned out to be more engaging. Living in Iran has been tough, and I wish I had been born elsewhere. I am sincerely requesting for any opportunity to grant me unlimited power in the game because I am not finding much joy in my current circumstances. Life has been challenging, and this game has been my only source of entertainment, even though it requires payment. I recently purchased an ASUS ZenPad and during the setup process, I accidentally entered recovery mode. Now, in order to access my device, it requires the Google account I originally set it up with. Despite my attempts to input what I believe is the correct account, it fails to verify. I have also tried the account recovery option by providing the necessary email address, but it requests a recovery email which is not recognized when I enter it. The same issue occurs with the phone numbers I try to input. I don't recall being asked for these details during the initial setup years ago, and I'm unsure if the account has been deleted or compromised. I am seeking assistance in resolving this matter so I can regain access to my ZenPad.

I recently noticed an unfamiliar icon at the top right of my browser about a month ago in December [redacted]. It displayed "Paused" without a photo. When I clicked on it to unpause, I was prompted to enter my Gmail information, and now all my data is missing - passwords, other Gmail accounts, and bookmarks. Moreover, it seems like I am not using Google Chrome; my taskbar shows a paper/page icon with a folded corner and my profile picture. There is also a new desktop icon with the same appearance. Even when I try to open Google Chrome, it still displays the folded page profile icon. This issue is critical as my work computer contains many saved passwords and important bookmarks that have now disappeared without a trace.

Hello, I am experiencing difficulty accessing specific training videos. An error message stating "This video is restricted. Try signing in with a G Suite account" appears when I try to view them from IP address 97.98.63.69. Despite the network admin removing all restrictions and trying various accounts and computers, the problem persists. These videos are viewable in other locations, leading me to wonder if there might be a block on this IP address.

I'm experiencing issues with signing in to Google on multiple devices. Each time I reset the password using a verification code, it only works briefly before prompting me to sign in again. Despite changing the password, the system doesn't recognize it, leading me to repeat the process in a loop. I've been seeing charges on my account for iHeartRadio, Pandora, and YouTube subscriptions for a few months now. I haven't been using these services, and I'm not sure why I'm being charged for them. I lost my son in April [redacted], and he owned two phones that I bought for him. Despite providing his death certificate and proof of purchase from Amazon, I have been unable to unlock the phones linked to his Google account. I have been attempting to resolve this issue since his passing without success. It is distressing to still have this unresolved situation with Google having a lock on his devices. Hello, this is Rashi. I want to share a feedback through "get human" regarding the job application process at Google in India. It's essential that job candidates are informed accurately through consultancies about the job profiles and qualifications required. It may not seem significant, but it's heartbreaking for applicants to wait for hours with high hopes, only to realize they were misled by third parties. Despite not being a software engineer or an IITian, I was prepared to give my best for an opportunity at Google. Many individuals, like myself, aspire to be part of a reputable company even for a moment.
