On December 31, [redacted], I received a notification from Eastwest Bank regarding unauthorized transactions on my credit card #[redacted][redacted], registered under my name, Sarah M. D. Velasco. It was reported that multiple transactions were made on Google Chrome, depleting my credit limit. Despite contacting Eastwest Bank immediately to block the transactions, they informed me that only the Merchant, Google Chrome, could cancel the transactions. I am requesting your assistance in canceling the six unauthorized transactions totaling [redacted],[redacted].84 made on December 31. I did not make these transactions, and I am looking to resolve this issue promptly.

I received the verification code for my business by providing my full address, although all my mail is directed to a PO Box that I couldn't use. We do not receive mail at our Tel Mond address. I now notice that my address has been made public despite indicating it should remain private. Since providing the address was the only way to obtain the verification code, I don't want my address to be displayed publicly. I attempted various methods to modify this, including removing the address, which also removed the map. Deleting the house number while keeping the road name only partially worked as my full address is still visible. Substituting an irrelevant number led to needing revalidation. I don't have a shop at my house, even though I sell products online from that location; yet, I want to avoid having strangers come to my residence. How can I rectify this, and could you please assist me? - Frank G

I provided my full address to receive a verification code for my business, but I use a PO Box as my mailing address, not the physical one listed. Our Tel Mond address doesn't receive mail, and despite selecting the option not to publish it, it's visible now. I only shared the address to get the code, not to have it displayed publicly. I've tried various ways to edit it - removing the address removed the map, deleting the house number left the full address visible. I even tried entering a random number, but that requires revalidation. I don't operate a store at home; I just make online sales. I'm worried about unwanted visitors. How can I fix this? Could you assist me, please? Best regards, Frank G

Hello everyone, I am experiencing extreme frustration with the current situation. I have tried calling +[redacted]99, but unfortunately, no one is answering the phone. This lack of response is disappointing as it reflects poorly on your customer service. I am facing an issue with Gpay that occurred on January 1, [redacted]. I made a transfer between two accounts, but the transaction still shows as "Processing up to a few days" since January 1st without reflecting in the other account. This delay is causing several problems: 1) The initial transfer of funds is pending. 2) I am unable to proceed with a fixed deposit transaction. 3) The bank may charge me due to lack of available funds in the account. 4) I am required to wait for three days, impacting my interest earnings. I urgently need a resolution to this issue. The delay has already caused me to lose interest for three days. I have been attempting to contact customer service at 1[redacted] for three days, but no one has answered. Please see the attached screenshot for reference. I urgently request your support in resolving this matter. You can reach me at the number provided. Thank you, Ashish B K. +[redacted]60

I recently experienced a security breach on my account, so I changed my password, but then forgot it. After changing it multiple times, I struggled with resetting it due to an issue with my recovery email not being accessible. Fearing eventual account lockout, I created a new account but hit a roadblock as it also required a password. Now, after a week, I am prompted to sign in while being unable to access my work computer, putting my job at risk and causing a backlog in my tasks. The situation is critical, and I feel frustrated by the system's limitations impacting my work and potentially my job. I understand the constraints on legal actions, but the ordeal is severely disrupting my life. I provided a recovery email for contact purposes, considering I no longer have an account and jeopardize my job.

I purchased a Google Play gift card this morning (1/3/[redacted]) and found that the scratch code was damaged, resulting in me loading $[redacted].00 onto the card. Despite having the receipt and the card, Google Support informed me they could only redeem $50.00 due to the scratch issue. As a 65-year-old on a fixed income, I am dismayed by this treatment. I believe Google can void the card, issue a new one, or refund me. This mishap ruined a gift intended for a dear friend, and I feel as though my money is being taken unfairly. The agent cited restrictions for not refunding the card, but I was not warned about such consequences for a damaged code. I am deeply disappointed and will be taking this matter to the California Attorney General and social media to express my frustration.

I'm currently unable to access my Gmail account, [redacted], which is crucial for a time-sensitive job application process. Despite verifying my identity through a code sent to my [redacted] account, I am repeatedly locked out of [redacted] This issue has been reported once today already. After resetting the password, I encountered difficulty logging in as the system claimed the password was incorrect, leaving me with a 3-5 day wait for resolution. It's urgent that I regain access as there's a test within the email that must be completed within three days to avoid disqualification from the job opportunity. Urgent assistance is required to resolve this matter promptly.

Hello, I am seeking assistance because I fell victim to a hacker about a year ago. I received a notification on my phone stating that someone had accessed my account. I quickly changed my password but mistakenly selected "Yes" on a Google verification prompt, granting access to the hacker. The hacker then changed my recovery email and phone number, locking me out of my account. Despite numerous attempts at account recovery, I have been unsuccessful. I have the phone number used for recovery saved. I have provided relevant details to Google, yet they are unable to verify my ownership of the account. I am eager to regain access to my account after this lengthy period. I would greatly appreciate any assistance in recovering my account. Thank you.

Google's customer service is non-existent as their telephone numbers direct you to the google.com/recovery site, which is ineffective. Despite numerous attempts, the process is unsuccessful. After receiving a text verification message, Google fails to send a verification message to the secondary email address provided. Even after trying alternative verification methods like answering security questions, the promised contact within three to five days never materializes. The primary issue remains unresolved – the inability to reset the password due to Google's unresponsive support system.

I received an email from Google stating that they intend to terminate my Google account. I promptly emailed Google to clarify that I did not request this and asked them to cancel it. Surprisingly, the following day, I received an email informing me that my emails were blocked. This is quite confusing since I was instructed to email them to communicate my desire to cancel. I am feeling lost about the situation, but I really want to retain all my data in Google without it being erased or restricted. I was informed that it would take three days to delete my account, with tomorrow being the final day.

I had a phone with the email [redacted], but the phone got damaged with a charger port issue. I switched to a different phone, which was a "free Obama phone" from my daughter's boyfriend with a new number. The phone alerted about an account issue and eventually I couldn't make calls or texts. I swapped my SIM card into it and it worked. Sadly, I left that phone and SIM card at a bus stop. I purchased an LG phone with a new number but couldn't access my email as I forgot the password and Google couldn't send the verification code to my old phones. I attempted to get a code sent to my daughter's email but it never arrived. Meanwhile, my newly created email got suspended or shut down, hindering access to various apps. I received a request to send a photo for verification, but I'm stuck. I really need to regain access to my [redacted] account for my important information. Any advice is appreciated. Thank you.

I graduated high school a few years ago, and I've been struggling with this issue ever since. I find it frustrating. During high school, we had emails with a specific format that are now closed after graduation. When I try to sign in to my personal Gmail account, it defaults to the old school address without giving me the option to change it. It redirects me to admin.google.com, stating it's only for G Suite accounts. This forces me to use Google Chrome to access my email on my computer. Any suggestions on how to resolve this?

On December 18th, an online friend asked for my Gmail account login to process a payment. I mistakenly provided the access codes he requested. Shortly after, he changed my password and locked me out of my account. He now has access to all my online games linked to that email. Despite my attempts, I couldn't recover my account due to insufficient information caused by the changes he made. I seek assistance in regaining control of my Gmail account [redacted], created on January 24, [redacted], with the password Salud3132. I have a learning disability, making it challenging to resolve this on my own.

I have been attempting to remove malicious and defamatory content for weeks. Despite following the instructions on your search engine to send feedback and express my concerns, the defamatory content still appears when searching for "Rogue trader Peter Singh Aiton." My personal details and business are being slandered, originally posted on Free Ads. Although they removed it, it seems someone else has reposted it. I am unable to reach Vazlon for assistance. Additionally, my personal phone number ([redacted]0) is exposed, leading to threatening calls. I have already reported this to the police, who advised me to contact you directly. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

My Gmail accounts "[redacted]" and "[redacted]" were hacked via developer tools. I share the IP address with others in my house, so I can't access my accounts. I can't receive the Google code as I no longer have the phone number [redacted] associated with it. I suspect identity theft as personal information is in those accounts. The IP address used is "[redacted].[redacted].1.[redacted]." My Google Voice account was also compromised. It's been 2-3 months since I lost access, and I can't recover due to two-factor verification. I haven't involved law enforcement yet but may do so if I can't regain access.

Between September 12, [redacted], and December 30, [redacted], my bank account has been charged $10.99 multiple times per month by a recipient identified as "Google Seller." I have not authorized any subscription with Google Seller, and my online search provided no information about it. Despite filing an unauthorized purchase claim, it was dismissed without a refund, suggesting the transactions could be attributed to friends or family. However, I am certain this is fraudulent as I have not shared my card details. The pattern and Google's association make me suspicious. The total amount taken is $[redacted].07, and fearing more deductions, I request clarity on Google Seller, immediate cessation of withdrawals, and a refund for these unauthorized charges.

Hello, I am Claudia Atanasoae, and I will now be managing the Google account for Bol Pianos Africa. The domain name ownership of www.boplianos.co.ke (listed on Bol Pianos Africa's Google account in EAC Directory) belongs to Mr. Ronald Gerdinus Bol. The individual who previously managed the Google account is no longer involved, and we are unable to retrieve the account credentials from them. Please advise on the necessary steps to regain access to Bol Pianos Africa's account and update the information, as the listed shops are no longer operational. Additionally, the current account holder is not the owner of the bolpianos.co.ke domain. I appreciate your prompt response.

I've noticed unauthorized charges on my account from the Merge Dragon app. They were for $19.99, $5, $3.99, and an extra $3.99, totaling almost $[redacted]. I want a refund to my debit card for these overcharges. My original email address was [redacted], but now it's BrendaOswell55@gmail. My phone number is [redacted]. Last month, I realized I was being charged three times for one purchase in the app. This month, the same issue occurred. My son believes it might be a system glitch. These charges weren't authorized, and I expect a refund. I no longer wish to use Google billing services. My name is Brenda V Oswell. I'm willing to promote your services positively if this issue is resolved promptly.
