I am having trouble signing into my Gmail account on my new phone. I recently acquired this preowned phone from a friend for $30. However, I am unable to get past the log-in screen for my Google account. Every time I try, it says that the password has been changed and advises me to wait 24 hours before trying again. This issue has persisted for about a week now, and I am eager to resolve it so that I can start using my new phone without any further delay.

We just set up the RING home security system. When my son installed it, he had to provide our email address to RING. Immediately after, we started receiving lots of junk mail, up to [redacted] emails a day. I discussed this with my son, and he created a new email address, which has solved the issue. Now, I would like to remove the old email address from RING entirely. How can I proceed with deleting the previous email address from our RING account?

I recently updated my email with T-Mobile, and unfortunately, I lost access to my [redacted] account. Temporarily, I've been using [redacted] to receive Google information in an attempt to regain access to my NetZero account. It's crucial to me because all of my friends and business associates use the NetZero account, which is also printed on my business cards. My cell phone number is [redacted]. I am currently assisting my mother-in-law in recovering her Gmail account after switching internet providers. She is unable to log in as the new provider does not recognize her computer. We have a Samsung S7 company phone that belonged to a former employee. After resetting it, we found it's locked to a Google account, and the employee can't remember the password or recognize the recovery email. How can we either unlock the phone or disconnect it from the account? We don't want access to the account, just to remove it from the device. T-Mobile advised contacting Samsung, who suggested reaching out here for further assistance.

I contacted Google as I'm unable to access my phone or account due to a hacking incident. The hacker has my credit card information and is interfering with my accounts. She made unauthorized purchases and even obtained another credit card. She has been repeatedly trying to contact me and has taken control of my phone. I keep getting prompted for a code and PUK number which I don't know. I tried securing my account multiple times but haven't received any assistance. I'm concerned for my safety. Since November 4, [redacted], I have been unable to receive any emails at my email address [redacted] This is causing issues with receiving notifications related to my banking, car insurance, townhouse HOA, and employment. As a result, I incurred a late fee from Chase Bank Credit Card since I rely on paperless statements and email alerts for due dates. While my email address still exists, I am only able to receive emails on my personal Hotmail account currently.

My Google account seems to be either frozen or deleted. I'm urgently trying to recover it. Case ID: [redacted] I opened this case today for my credit card linked to the user [redacted] I need the charges credited back to my credit card. The charges for user [redacted] were accurate, but the purchases should have been cancelled. I am frustrated as I spent over 1.5 hours on the phone today trying to resolve this but it has not been done correctly. I recently got a new phone, and my husband helped me set it up. Regrettably, when I was unwell and half-awake, I decided to change my passwords for Google and Facebook. Now, I can't access Facebook on my phone because I can't recall the password, and I'm locked out of my Gmail account for the same reason. The recovery code is being sent to an old email that I no longer use, which was my mistake. We attempted to have the code sent to my husband's email, but we encountered the same issue. I am experiencing difficulties with my account, [redacted] My phone was stolen, so I temporarily used a friend's old phone for Wi-Fi access only. After changing my password and removing my phone number to secure the account from the thief, the borrowed phone malfunctioned. I have since acquired a new phone with the same number, but I am stuck without access to my old phone which holds the backup codes. Despite having a recovery email at [redacted], the verification codes are not granting me access. It is crucial for me to regain access as important information for a police report related to a robbery is stored in my account. If the secondary security could be disabled, I could log in, update my information, and reactivate the security feature. I have attempted the account recovery process numerous times to no avail. I sincerely appreciate any help to resolve this matter efficiently.

I accidentally broke my Samsung Galaxy S8, and all my login details were saved on that phone. I have been using that phone and SIM card for a long time, and I have changed mobile numbers, losing access to my recovery Hotmail account and all other accounts. I have lost important emails, contacts, payslips from work for the last four years, and access to my original Gmail account. Additionally, I cannot access my Facebook account, which has irreplaceable photos and videos, including memories of deceased family and loved ones from the past five years. I allowed an acquaintance to use my computer to check their email, but they forgot to sign out. When I tried to log them out to sign into my account ([redacted]), I encountered a glitch where the header displayed [redacted] This didn't affect my ability to access my emails, of which I have received over [redacted], some of which are very important to me. The no-reply help center keeps mentioning they recovered [redacted]; however, I only receive emails at [redacted] I changed my phone number a few months ago from [redacted] to [redacted], but the recovery keeps asking for the old number. I have forgotten the password for my Gmail account [redacted] I've been trying to recover it but keep receiving numerous verification codes and emails from Google. My Google email accounts have been hacked. The hacker changed the recovery email, phone number, security questions, and even the language setting on one of my accounts. Google is asking for more information or does not believe it's me, probably because the hacker altered everything. Before getting locked out, I received warnings from Google about suspicious activities. The hacker managed to archive and download my entire Google account, including personal documents like legal papers, immigration documents, and copies of my driver's license and health insurance card. They also have access to personal information, photos of my family and friends, and more. The hacker compromised my mobile apps, bank accounts, credit cards, toll tag, car loan, and other personal details like financial information, vehicles I own, and even my daily tollway usage. I am deeply concerned about identity theft. I urgently need Google's assistance to regain access to my accounts, providing evidence for legal purposes, and deleting all compromised content, especially since Creditwise has warned me about my information being on the dark web. Furthermore, I have financial investments in Google Pay/Play for playing Coin Master with multiple accounts, including a VIP account. This situation is distressing and urgent. Please assist me in resolving these critical issues.

My iPhone was stolen on Christmas Eve. While searching for Google tech support online, I clicked a link that redirected me to a company called Cure and Secure. The person I spoke with claimed they were contracted by Google to provide technical support. After the call, I was informed that I needed to pay $[redacted].00 for one year of support or $[redacted].00 for three years. Unfortunately, I cannot afford this upfront payment, so I need to confirm if Google truly partners with external companies. Thank you. I have encountered an issue with my government phone where the username keeps changing and I cannot remember the password. Despite trying various passwords, I finally managed to set one, but my Samsung phone now has a pattern lock that I can't remember setting. We bought a Google Pixel 3 XL from Best Buy. Two months later, the phone had issues where my husband couldn't hear calls unless on speaker. Despite having Geek Squad coverage, Best Buy couldn't help and didn't provide a loaner phone. We were directed to Google, who also couldn't offer a quick solution. They wanted us to send the phone in and be without a phone for 10 days to get a replacement, blaming the purchase location. Google's ongoing speaker issues overlooked, leaving us dissatisfied with the warranty support. To resolve, my husband paid off the phone through Verizon to get a new one. We feel let down by both Best Buy and Google for a problematic phone that cost us $[redacted] and lacked adequate backing.
