My mother isn't very skilled with technology. I passed on my previous phone to her, which still appears on my list of devices linked to my email account. Unfortunately, she has misplaced the phone, and I'm unable to recall the email address, phone number, or any other information used to set up that email account. However, I believe it must be somehow connected to my current email address ([redacted]). The old device associated with my email indicates that it was last synced on October 28, [redacted]. Is there a possible way for me to locate that missing phone now?

I used an email years ago for a YouTube channel I had as a kid. On that channel, I played video games and met a girl I got along well with. Now I'm trying to find her again. I recall her full name, but not her email. I want to reconnect, but I need to access my old account to search through my Hangouts messages to find her email. I remember the email, but I can't remember the password or the recovery email.

Hello, I have encountered an issue with retrieving my pictures. A few years ago, I switched devices. I distinctly remember being logged in with the same email address on my old device as I am on my current one. Despite this, I cannot access the images that were saved on my Google dashboard previously. I would greatly appreciate any assistance in recovering these missing pictures. Thank you.

I'm having trouble receiving Amazon OTP codes to reset my password. Amazon claims to have sent the OTP codes to my Gmail account multiple times, but none have arrived. We even tried using a different Gmail account, but the Amazon OTP code didn't come through there either. Surprisingly, OTP codes from Amazon can be successfully delivered to a Yahoo account. I had to create a new account with Yahoo and unfortunately lost access to hundreds of order information on my old Gmail account due to the issue. This problem remains unresolved.

I received a Google Play gift card from a friend, but I'm having trouble redeeming it on my account. Every time I attempt to make a purchase, I encounter an error message about verification that always fails. I rely on Google Play gift cards as I do not have a debit card, in accordance with the terms and services for users under 18. I am puzzled as to why my payment account has been closed without cause. While some mention suspected suspicious activity, I assure you that I only make legitimate purchases for the mobile games I enjoy. It has been a full year since my account was suspended, and I now have a gift card I cannot utilize due to this suspension. I kindly request the temporary lifting of the suspension so I can buy in-game currency for Dragon Ball Legends. Please consider this request during the holiday season. I observe numerous complaints about arbitrary suspensions and disabling of accounts for innocent transactions, and I hope for a resolution.

I forgot my password, and my phone broke, so I no longer have access to my other accounts to reset it. All my passwords were saved in my Google account. I need my Google password to activate my new phone, but to create a new password, I need a mobile number or another email, both of which are locked in my Google account. The security questions are not sufficient, and I had to use a family member's email to contact support for assistance.

I only had access on my phone, which has been reset. Therefore, i) Google can't verify my identity since it can't contact my device. ii) My phone number isn't linked, so Google can't reach out that way. iii) I didn't save my 8-digit backup codes elsewhere, making it impossible to log in. iv) My Recovery email has outdated phone numbers, rendering it useless. Despite numerous attempts, Google has placed my account on Security hold. I've submitted the recovery form without success. I'm desperate and scared of losing years of data. Please help me regain access to my account.

I attempted to log into my Google email account, but it prompted me to verify my account, which I tried with my most recent password to no avail. When attempting to reset my password, I received a message instructing me to contact my domain manager for assistance. I do not have a domain manager to reach out to. As a result, I am locked out of my church email account, which is essential for managing the church's finances. I am in need of assistance, please help.

I had a Google account under [redacted] I have the password and answers to the security questions, but I didn't set up a recovery email. My account got deleted by mistake. Now, it asks for the recovery email account name which I never set up. I am using a new device as my old one, where the account used to be, is damaged and cannot be accessed. I need help to recover my account as many apps were connected to it. Thank you.

On December 7, [redacted], I lost my phone in a creek and have been unable to recover it or access my Gmail account, [redacted] After switching carriers and losing my old phone number ([redacted]), I now have a new number, [redacted]. Despite various attempts through the account recovery page and verifying a code sent to my wife's email, the system did not accept the code. I am concerned about losing years' worth of saved information in this account. If possible, please contact me at my wife's email provided. Thank you.

I am currently unable to access my Google account, which was established back in [redacted]. I attempted the "forgot password" option, but I no longer have access to the phone number associated with the account. Even after providing my last known password, I was still unable to login, which is very frustrating considering I have important YouTube videos linked to that account. I am perplexed by the inability to regain access and am considering legal action if the issue is not resolved promptly. I accidentally subscribed to YouTube TV on my bedroom TV, but I realized I needed it on the family TV too. I was already signed into Roku when my brother told me what to do, so I unwittingly subscribed twice. Since we live together, I don't need a separate subscription. I haven't even set up my own YouTube TV account yet. Last night, I got a notification that I was charged $49.99 for the subscription. How can I cancel it and get a refund? Please help.

My brother's Gmail account was hacked by an unknown individual. The email address in question is [redacted], and the previous password was "zaharah1968." The hacker altered all the account details, including phone numbers, recovery email, and even logged out my brother's phone from the account. To identify the devices linked to the Gmail account, my brother uses Oppo Realme C1, whereas the hacker uses Xiaomi Poco F1.

I have been attempting to upload a video to my YouTube channel from iMovie and InShot on my iPhone. However, I keep encountering an error message saying, “Sign in with Google temporarily disabled for this app.” This issue is incredibly frustrating after investing so much time in creating the video.

I need to speak to a live Google representative, preferably technical support. I have an older Google and G6 phone that I've completely wiped. I had an email account with the ID [redacted] Unfortunately, my laptop was stolen, and I lost all my files, including the password to that Gmail account. Since I had recently changed the password and it was a phrase password, I couldn't recall it without the files on my laptop. I am currently using a new email account, [redacted] However, the old account from [redacted] holds important information like documentation and lyrics to songs I composed. I uploaded over [redacted] photos [old slides] to Google Photos through Yes Video at the Sam's Club photo department in Boardman, Ohio, on October 17th. Google provided a link for me to view the photos, but when I clicked on it, there were no images, only blank placeholders. I signed up for the Google Play Store app called Golden Clover. I played for multiple days to reach $50 in winnings, which is the requirement to cash out in Golden Clover. I also believe another game working with Golden Clover was called Mini Joy. However, upon reaching $51, I encountered difficulties cashing out. Getting frustrated, I went to sleep on Christmas night. The next day, I discovered that over $30 of my winnings had vanished from Golden Clover. I am deeply disappointed with the app and Google Play Store for hosting such unscrupulous behavior within their community. Google needs to uphold its responsibility in protecting customers from scamming and fraudulent activities. I am considering seeking legal advice on this matter because I have evidence to support my claims.
