I am considering purchasing a Huawei Mate X but I am unsure if it runs Google services. Can anyone clarify if it operates on an Android system and explain what implications this has for day-to-day use compared to a phone that runs Google? There is conflicting information regarding the relationship between the US and Huawei, and I find it frustrating. I want to buy the Mate X but not if it limits me to just making calls and watching movies from specific non-Netflix sources. It's confusing as different sources offer conflicting information. Can someone provide some clarity on this matter?

I requested my personal information to be removed from Google search results. I reached out to FastPeopleSearch, and they removed the information. However, my phone number search still displays my old and new addresses. As a government witness, having my address public puts me at risk. Despite FastPeopleSearch taking it down, it persists on Google search results. Please help me remove this information.

I used Google Chrome Record Finder to look up information about a friend, but did not sign up. Since then, the Google Chrome Record pops up on my computer, blocking access to various sites. My husband contacted you, and you removed it briefly, but it returned. My husband is unwell, and I receive his reports through the hospital portal at night, which is crucial. This ad is obstructing my access, which is concerning for his health. Please remove this ad promptly, as it is impacting our ability to manage this health situation effectively. Hello, I own a Moto E4 phone. I recently downloaded an app called Fig Leaf from the Play Store, which has been working well for me until yesterday when I received a message on Dec 17 indicating that Gboard keeps stopping. I tried restarting the phone to resolve the issue, but it persists. Fig Leaf is now asking for my password, but the keyboard is not popping up for me to input it. I am unable to troubleshoot this on my own and have also reported this issue to Fig Leaf today. I'm unsure whether Fig Leaf, Google, or my phone is the root of the problem. I would appreciate any assistance you can provide. Thank you.

Hello everyone, I'm having trouble with my Android device not receiving text messages I send to my Google number. I've checked Hangouts under messages, but they never appear. I'm currently outside the US and using my Google Voice number as my international contact phone, so receiving text messages is critical. Can anyone assist me with this issue? Thank you.

I purchased a phone for my son for Christmas. Unfortunately, he has forgotten the 4-digit pin to unlock it. I need to bypass the pin and access the phone, but now it's asking for his Gmail email and password, which he also does not remember. He only knows the email address but not the password. I really want him to be able to use his Christmas gift, so I need help in getting into the phone to activate it and add time to it.

I've been struggling to access my Google account since January 12, [redacted]. Unfortunately, I no longer have access to any of my old devices, and I am currently residing in a different city. I possess a photo ID issued by the DMV which I can provide to Google in the hopes of unlocking my disabled Gmail account, due to numerous password attempts. This account holds seven years' worth of valuable data including my resume, photos of my children, and other essential documents. I recently created a new account to reach out to Google, but any assistance in recovering my original account would be greatly appreciated.

As a small business owner, I am facing difficulties with around 30 phones that are locked and I cannot reset them because I do not have access to the Google passwords or associated Gmail accounts. Despite setting up the phones under my email, I find that users sometimes change the settings, making it hard for me to regain control. This issue has led me to resort to seeking assistance from hackers to resolve the problem. Currently, I am struggling to unlock one of the phones using my Yahoo email address, but Google's security measures are causing delays in verification due to suspicions of unauthorized access. Our company is currently using Google Analytics, which was set up by a previous employee with a different phone number. We are now looking to switch to Firebase for analytics and are trying to log in from Android Studio. However, the sign-in process is asking for an SMS code that is always being sent to the old, inactive phone number. Can you please help us reset the old phone number and update it with our current one for the sign-in process?

Hi, I'm Nabil. About 4 months ago, my Gmail was compromised. It was more of a scam than a complete hack. I didn't reach out to Google at the time as I had reported it to the police and tried to contact the scammer myself, but I couldn't gather enough evidence to confirm his identity. Today, I am reaching out to Google in hopes that they can assist in recovering my Gmail account, as I believe they have the capability to do so but might need proof of ownership. After upgrading my phone from the S6 to the S10, all data transferred smoothly except for my email setup. I was prompted to download Outlook and sign in with my Google account. However, I keep receiving a persistent message at the top of my screen asking me to sign in to my [redacted] (Google) account. Despite following the instructions to authenticate with Google, it loops back to the home screen with the same sign-in request. I appreciate any assistance with this issue. Thank you, Nicola.

Hello, I'm having trouble accessing my Gmail account because I forgot the password. I still have access to the account on my old iPhone 4, which I have not used for a long time and would like to dispose of. If I dispose of the phone, I will lose access to the account altogether. Unfortunately, I can't reset the password using the phone number associated with the account because I no longer have that number. I am dealing with a legal issue and have been corresponding via emails from [redacted] and [redacted] I have noticed that many of these crucial emails seem to have disappeared. I have not deleted any emails, both sent and received, and I am worried about the missing information. Dear YouTube Support Team, I encountered severe issues when my Google account was hacked, leading to the compromise of my two YouTube channels. On December 15, [redacted], at 7:23 PM, I received distressing messages indicating that I was no longer the owner of the channels. The hacker accessed my account various times, with the latest being on December 15, [redacted], from Kazan, Russia (IP Address: [redacted].52.96.3), causing unauthorized changes to the channel ownership. Subsequent to these alerts, an authentication error occurred while playing music on the account. I have now strengthened the security measures by changing the password and enabling two-step verification. As the rightful creator and owner of these channels, I am seeking assistance in investigating the recent activities tied to each channel. One of my channels, "Live Free TM," faced challenges in obtaining Adsense approval from YouTube partners despite meeting the criteria, while the other channel, "ស្រុក រំដួល," was unfortunately disapproved due to unspecified reasons. I purchased a refurbished Google Pixel XL from Amazon, refurbished by Google, around two months ago. Unfortunately, I've been experiencing consistent issues with it. The sound, notifications, and microphone only work about 80% of the time. During phone calls, the sound cuts out randomly, causing me to miss alarms. The phone overheats 6-9 times a day and restarts frequently without any apparent reason. Recently, during a phone conversation, it cut out over 12 times, requiring numerous hard restarts. This phone was advertised as working perfectly with minor scratches, but it has had continuous problems since I acquired it, making it more challenging to use than not having a phone at all. The device can stop working suddenly, making it hard to restart, and the battery life is poor, lasting only about 3-4 hours even with battery-saving measures in place. Given that I rely on my phone for work, school, and staying in touch with family, these persistent issues have been a frustrating hindrance rather than an aid.

Someone has changed my father's password without his knowledge, and now his phone is inaccessible until his account is recovered. Unfortunately, we are unable to recover his account as we are locked out of his email, phone number, and texts, which are required for verification. I used to have a Google account linked to Chrome with a significant history and many saved passwords. Unfortunately, the account got deactivated some time ago, so I can't access it anymore, and Google claims it doesn't exist. I accidentally deleted it from the browser, not realizing it would erase all the data linked to it. Is there any way to retrieve this information even though the account is no longer active? Our office in Missouri is constantly receiving calls from representatives trying to reach the account manager. Despite our attempts to provide information and answer questions, the calls persist. We have experienced instances where we hang up, yet the representatives continue to call. For months, we have endeavored to offer details and follow-up phone numbers, but the representatives frequently end the calls abruptly. I purchased a Google Pixel 3 on June 26, [redacted]. About three weeks ago, the phone started malfunctioning. The ringer doesn't work, apps open by themselves, and now the phone doesn't function at all. I'm paying for service but can't be without a phone. Please send a replacement phone as soon as possible, so I can send the faulty one to your technicians. I've only used this phone for five months, and it's still under contract, causing me extra charges. Please expedite this request.
