My email, [redacted], has been with me for about 4 or 5 years. I am currently unable to access it to log into my Facebook account. I would like to regain access as it's unfair that after resetting my phone, I am locked out. I am upset about not being able to access this email. Even if I manage to get back in, I plan to switch to a new email for my Facebook account and then delete this one.

Several months ago, I informed you that individuals searching for my business, Atlas Building Design Services Ltd, saw a message incorrectly stating it was permanently closed on Google. Despite my objections, you insisted I pay for a Google account to address this issue. When I called this extortion and threatened to involve law enforcement, you removed my information. However, the false claim has resurfaced. Once again, my business is listed as permanently closed. This misinformation is damaging. I urge you to cease this immediately to avoid legal action. In line with previous requests made under the Freedom of Information Act, kindly clarify the reason and timing behind this error, and disclose the identities of those responsible for instructing this action.

I own two Nest cameras - one with Nest Aware and the other without. The camera with Nest Aware functions properly, but the other camera records videos on motion or sound triggers that are not playback accessible. I'm using the latest phone software version 5.42.0.6. This issue only arose with the current software version; all was fine with previous versions.

I am having trouble accessing my old Google account as I cannot remember the password. I have tried the password recovery process by providing the last known password and verifying through email, but it didn't work. I believe I can prove my identity by mentioning that this email was used to create my Facebook and Instagram accounts. Unfortunately, I am currently locked out of my Instagram account because the password was changed by someone else. My main goal is to regain access to my email so that I can reset my passwords.

I am disappointed with how the search engine has changed. Previously, I had a positive experience using it but now I am bombarded with unwanted ads when searching for information. For instance, when using advanced search terms to look for a men's "Double shawl collar jacket," I ended up with results mainly featuring women's clothing. The search results now prioritize commerce over providing relevant information, making it challenging to find what I am looking for. It seems that the search engine no longer prioritizes user preferences. This shift away from being a reliable search tool to a platform focused on selling products is disheartening. I hope this issue can be addressed to restore the search engine to its former functionality.

I signed up for a one-month trial of the Washington Post, but unable to access the site even now. I've been wrongly charged for both standard and deluxe subscriptions, which I do not want. I lodged a claim with Claim ID 5[redacted]-[redacted], but it was not helpful. I no longer want my credit card information stored. I've been trying to contact someone to resolve this matter, but the phone contacts provided seem unhelpful.

I am experiencing difficulty accessing my Google account as it is linked to my email which has been compromised and the password changed. In an attempt to resolve this issue, I have created a new Google account with a different email address. However, when trying to access or download apps, a request for account verification keeps appearing, defaulting to the hacked Yahoo email instead of the new Gmail account. Additionally, I am receiving notifications to update the Play Store, but any attempt to do so redirects me back to the verification process using the compromised account. This situation is quite frustrating, and I would greatly appreciate it if this could be rectified promptly. Thank you. - T.B.

I purchased a new phone, but Google doesn't recognize it, making it impossible for me to access my Google account. I forgot my password and I’m struggling to log in. I entered the confirmation number from the email address Marlo Truss [redacted], but it asked for more details. Unfortunately, my old phone is damaged, and all the necessary information is on it. The new phone was sent by T-Mobile. I’m facing difficulties setting up the new phone with the area code [redacted], which I cannot access.

My Google account "[redacted]" has been compromised by an unknown party. I started encountering issues in August [redacted] when I forgot my password and did not receive the verification code. After using my recovery email, I managed to regain access to the account. Subsequently, I had to recover my account again upon discovering unfamiliar devices linked to it. I found duplicates of my phone number and email address associated with the account, which has left me puzzled. Despite providing accurate details about the account creation in [redacted], including a security question I did not set up, Google has been unable to verify my identity. I have even faced a situation where my phone number was duplicated leading to Verizon rendering my original number unusable. Now, when attempting to recover my account, verification codes get sent to my old number, causing further issues. I urgently need access to my emails, pictures, and Drive as important communications are inaccessible. Purchasing a new prepaid phone number from an independent store did not assist in the recovery process, as I am only receiving verification codes for the new number. Despite my efforts to delete the account to start afresh, it continues to exist, further complicating the situation.

On December 5th, my Google account was compromised. They changed my password, recovery email, and phone number linked to my account. I want to regain access to my Gmail, other Google services, and Android functions. I can't sign in to update my phone apps. I have pictures of my children's birth on my Google Drive that I need access to. It's been two weeks since this happened, and despite my immediate attempts to regain control, I have been unsuccessful. Thank you.

On Sunday morning, just past 8:00, I encountered an issue with my Gmail accounts - I couldn't send or receive emails. I sought assistance from both my mobile carrier, T-Mobile, and the Apple store in San Luis Obispo, CA. They suggested that the problem lies with Google, not their services or my iPhone XR. Despite their attempts to help, I couldn't understand the problem. When I attempt to send an email, I receive an error saying the server doesn't recognize my email address. I am unfamiliar with technical terms like "server." I haven't received any incoming emails and saw a brief notification about a failure on my screen earlier. I am not very tech-savvy and feeling extremely frustrated and even tearful. Could my email have been hacked? I am disappointed with the lack of direct support from Google and keep getting redirected to a repair service. I believe Google should address this issue. Thank you for any help you can provide.

Hello. I'm encountering an issue with Google requesting my phone number to access my account, which I didn't initiate. I prefer Google to contact me via phone or with my password instead. Also, I've received information from yext.com stating I'm not listed on Google. My concern is whether my website has been mistakenly labeled as problematic, as my location is inaccurately shown as the United States instead of the United Kingdom. My correct address is 37 Streatham Road, Mitcham, Surrey, London, CR4 2AD, England. My website is welchiewelchras.com, and my name is Colin Welch. I would appreciate it if someone could reach out to me regarding this issue. Thank you.

Several companies are still advertising the vehicle I purchased, even though the ownership transfer is completed and I am now the official owner. The registration number is YD15TAU. When I requested these companies to remove their listings from Google search results, they claimed it is not their responsibility, as it is controlled by the search engine. I would appreciate it if you could confirm whether this is accurate. Thank you in advance. - LC

Last night, my phone unexpectedly asked to erase Google Location Service. Although I wasn't using it, I agreed. However, instead of quickly removing the function, an Android bot appeared and continued for a few minutes. This process ended up deleting all my apps, contacts, and photos, replacing them with Google and Amazon apps. Is there any way to recover this lost data? Thank you in advance for your assistance. - Greg
