I recently received a call from someone claiming to be from a company called PayU Payments Pvt. Ltd. They instructed me to search "qs" to help with my Paytm account's KYC. During the call, they remotely connected to my mobile using TeamViewer. They then asked me to transfer 1 rupee from my Federal Bank debit card to my Paytm account. After that, without my consent, they made unauthorized transactions of [redacted] and [redacted] to PayU Payments Pvt. Ltd. and ICICI respectively. They repeated the same unauthorized actions using my SBI credit card, deducting [redacted]. They have also activated subscriptions, posing a risk of further financial loss. My son set a password on his phone, but he forgot it. His dad did a factory reset on the device. However, when I try to sign in with his Google email address and password, I receive an error message requesting the owner's account to unlock the device. I attempted using all associated accounts, including mine, but the same message persists. I have exhaustively attempted every possible solution. The phone in question is a Samsung A10e. I am seeking assistance to bypass this message to regain access to the phone without resorting to an insurance claim for a replacement.

My corporate credit card was billed $12.00 on 11/07/[redacted] for a Google Pay transaction labeled Ref # A[redacted] - Digital Goods. Despite raising disputes, I keep receiving generic responses suggesting that the charge could have been authorized by a relative or friend. I have requested details like the originating IP address or a description of the purchase without success. Looking into my Google Payment record, there is no $12.00 charge on the specified date or any other. I require assistance in resolving this issue promptly, or I am willing to discuss it over the phone. I am confident that upon verification, it will be evident that this charge does not correspond to my payment history. Please assist me with this matter.

I have been receiving over [redacted] pornographic emails daily for the past two years, despite my efforts to unsubscribe and mark them as junk. The more I try to opt-out, the more emails I seem to receive from different senders. I have now resorted to just sending them to junk directly without unsubscribing. This situation has escalated, to the point where I cannot search my emails for contacts without being directed to explicit sites. I kindly request immediate assistance in resolving this matter. I searched for something on Google, and a page claiming to be from Google appeared, prompting me to answer two questions to win a Walmart gift card. This frequently occurs. Today, I am attempting to find the obituary of a recently deceased friend, and this page keeps interrupting me, preventing me from viewing the obituaries. I close the entire page and retry, but the issue persists. I am uncertain if it is legitimate or a virus. If it is associated with Google, I ask for it to cease. On October 28, [redacted], my world fell apart when I witnessed my mother's passing after an 11-month fight with colon cancer. Amidst the chaos of losing my home and possessions, I changed my Google account password but now can't recall it. Living on the streets after my mother's passing, I have no means to retrieve my account. My Google Chrome voice search has been disabled even though it used to function correctly. I noticed a small red x at the far top right of my address bar. When I click on it, I receive a message saying my microphone is blocked. I am given the option to "Always allow WWW.google.com to access your microphone," but when I permit this, it reverts back to "Continue blocking microphone access." There is a third item in the drop-down box labeled "Microphone," but it doesn't seem to work, as it simply shows "None available" in faint grey font. Despite trying to adjust the settings by going through (=) > settings > Show Advanced settings > Privacy > Content settings > Microphone, and even restoring the settings to default, the issue persists. This situation is quite frustrating for me as I have grown accustomed to using this feature for years due to typing with only one finger.

When I entered the wrong password, I was expecting to receive a code via phone ending in [redacted], but I did not get it. I then requested the code to be sent to my backup number ending in [redacted], which I did receive and provided to you. Please ensure that the correct number on file is ending in [redacted] (full number: [redacted]) as I did not receive any code on that. I have been facing issues with my emails getting deleted for years, and I am at my wit's end. I was expecting an email regarding 87.5 million dollars from the I.R.S., but now I can't find it because my contact has disappeared. When I try to call, my calls are being redirected. I am considering taking legal action if I don't receive this important email. I hold Google accountable for the 87.5 million dollars and an additional [redacted] million that was also lost in a similar manner. I was going to pursue a different approach for the [redacted] million, but I believe dealing with both sums simultaneously is more efficient. If I don't receive a positive update soon, I will personally visit the Mountain View office.

I have an account with you using the email [redacted] I previously requested a recovery token sent to my other account [redacted] but couldn't access it in time. I think I have been a victim of a scam. I listed my phone number on a classified ad, and someone contacted me claiming to be interested in buying. They asked for a 6-digit verification code to confirm the ad's authenticity. I shared the code, unknowingly enabling the hijacking of my number for Google Voice, which I had no knowledge of previously. How can I regain control of my phone number from Google Voice? I have attempted to follow the instructions on Google support, but I am stuck at the step where I need to input a number I can access. Any guidance would be appreciated.

Hello, I am experiencing an issue with my tablet. My Lenovo Tab Eight has been unresponsive for the last two to three hours when I try to enter my password upon turning it on. The keyboard, specifically the Gboard that came with the tablet nearly a year ago, is not appearing on the screen at all, making it impossible for me to use the tablet. The keyboard has been intermittently malfunctioning for the past few weeks, but now it has completely stopped showing up.

I signed up for a flyer subscription in October and selected manual payment instead of automatic. However, Google deducted Rs. [redacted] from my account without my permission on a Saturday.
