I accidentally locked myself out of my LG Phoenix 4, an Android phone, while trying to unlock it using a pattern. Despite entering the correct pattern, I got locked out of the phone. I ended up having to hard reset it, losing all the content because I couldn't sign into my Google account due to what seems like a password issue. I've been limited to only receiving calls for over a week, even after three visits to the AT&T store. I really need help accessing my Google account.

Hello, I'm currently experiencing the same issue I had last Thursday night, being "locked out" of my email account. Although I thought my password problem was resolved last night, it was only a temporary fix. Briefly, I managed to recover my previous email account and password last night, which made me happy as I logged on and checked my email twice. However, when I tried to check my email once more before bedtime, I was surprised to receive the "Invalid password" message instead of logging in. I'm puzzled as to why the same password worked twice before this occurrence. Just a few minutes ago, I attempted to log in at gmail.com and encountered the "Invalid/wrong password" message again. I am attempting to reactivate my Galaxy S8 cell phone that was inactive for a year. The Gmail account linked to the phone is functional, but I am unable to recall the answer to a security question I created. Despite providing all other correct details, I am unable to access the account due to the forgotten security question.

I've noticed a change in Google Images that I've been struggling to adapt to. Previously, when opening an image, it would display large and centered on the page. Now, it appears crammed into a specific area on the right side of the screen. I preferred having the image centered with options on the right, as it felt more user-friendly. I understand updates aim to enhance user experience, but this change has made the platform less intuitive for me. Perhaps this alteration caters more to mobile devices, but as a desktop user, it's frustrating. I hope my feedback adds to a chorus of concerns regarding this issue and prompts a reevaluation.

When I search and click on a result in the list, it automatically opens in the same window, causing me to lose my search results. I would like it to open in a new tab or window. I've searched through my computer settings but couldn't find a way to make this happen.

I was informed on December 15, [redacted], that I won a Galaxy S10 from Google. I filled out the form and now I am eagerly waiting to receive the award. However, I do not have an international account to pay 1.5 pounds from Pakistan. Can someone please assist me with this matter? My phone was stolen, and when I tried to log in to Gmail on another device, I saw a different name, Francious Meteor, associated with the email. My password was also changed, and now I cannot access my Gmail account to send emails. I have set up a new email, but I am unable to contact anyone as I lost my phone. Additionally, my Netflix account was charged. Can anyone assist me with this issue?

When using Chrome Browser on Craigslist, I encounter an issue with the reCaptcha when trying to reveal the seller's phone number. The email function works well, but the error message appears when attempting to display the phone number. Despite having my computer checked, the problem persists with Chrome. It seems to be a compatibility issue between Google's reCaptcha and Craigslist. The suggestion to resolve it on my end is frustrating as it's beyond my control. Disappointed by the lack of concern for users by Google and Craigslist in addressing this issue.

I misplaced my phone on November 27 and faced trouble getting back into my Google account to use the Find My Phone feature. By the time I regained access five days later, my phone's battery was dead, but it was reportedly last seen on November 30. It's frustrating that the location wasn't provided. On that day, I stayed close to home raking leaves in my backyard. It was a busy time with unfamiliar guests at our house. The phone, kept in a wallet case with important cards, went missing. Not knowing if it was lost in the yard or taken is unsettling. Having the last known location would greatly assist in my search efforts. I appreciate any help in locating my phone. I am having trouble with Google search in both Chrome and Firefox. Whenever I click on a search result, it replaces my current tab, and I can't open the suggestion in a new tab or window. I have been searching for the "Search Setting" option in Google, but I haven't been able to find it. The blogs I found online are not providing useful solutions for this issue.

I am facing issues trying to configure one of my Google email accounts in MS Outlook [redacted]. When I try to set it up using the same settings as my other account, I encounter an error. It prompts a Google account recovery screen asking for a verification code, which I provide. However, the Gmail account I wish to add to Outlook does not appear. I have enabled 2-step verification and can access the account on Google's platform, but I am unable to integrate it into Outlook, unlike other Google email accounts.

I was charged $99.99 by Google Play for what was supposed to be a free trial of the TuneIn app to listen to a Buccaneers football game. After using the app and then deleting it to free up space on my phone, I saw the charge on my PayPal account. Despite canceling the app right away, Google has refused to issue a refund. It's disappointing that they are not honoring the terms of the free trial and are charging such a high amount without authorization.

This is surprising to me as I have never encountered that specific word being used before. Curiously, when I attempted to log in using "[redacted]," it indicated that the email could not be found. My YouTube Premium account expired, so on December 13, [redacted], I tried to renew it using my phone credit. However, the transaction didn't go through, which I attributed to having just topped up my phone with twenty euros. Later on that day, I received two messages from my carrier, confirming a charge of €9.99 each for "GOOGLE-Music" had been successfully applied. Realizing I was charged €9.99 twice, totaling €19.98, I found my YouTube Premium membership wasn't renewed then and still remains inactive today. After contacting YouTube support in California, they redirected me to Three, my carrier, who in turn advised me to reach out to Google. As of now, I've been debited the €19.98 without my membership being restored. I'm seeking a refund of €9.99 and the reinstatement of my membership. Thank you for your attention to this matter, and I hope for a prompt resolution.

I no longer have access to the phone number linked to my email account from years ago. When trying to recover my account, I am unable to receive the verification code sent via call or text by Google. Despite having the account name, password, security questions, and other relevant details, I am stuck due to the outdated phone number associated with the account.

I was unfairly arrested while my domestically abusive spouse confiscated my phone and items linked to all my accounts and personal information. It is crucial to regain access to these accounts for my impending legal case against him, as they contain evidence crucial to my defense. I recently bought five $[redacted].00 Gift Cards, but the numbers got smudged when trying to redeem them. I reached out to GiftCard and spoke with Ms. Amanda M., who provided me with the numbers. Despite this, I have not been successful in redeeming them yet. The error message states that more information is needed. Ms. Amanda M. advised me to contact Google Customer Support.
