My phone, a Moto G7 Power, was stolen at an HEB grocery store on Saturday morning around 5:30 a.m. I have filed a police report and contacted my carrier, Metro PCS, to report the incident. I went to a Metro PCS store and got an LG K40 as an upgrade. I instructed Metro PCS to turn off the stolen Moto G7 Power. Now, I need a step-by-step guide on how to retrieve my contacts and photos on my new LG phone. Thank you.

I am having trouble accessing my long-standing Gmail account, "mrdondal@gmail". I have been using the same password for the past two years, and now I cannot log in. I do not own an iPhone or iPad, just a landline at a different location. I am not very tech-savvy and rely solely on this computer. My landline number is [redacted]. I am encountering difficulties accessing my Gmail account as my Google Voice number is not linked to my current number. Unfortunately, I have forgotten my password and the SMS verification is being sent to an old cellphone I no longer possess. The system prompts me to use an old Android device which I also no longer have. Upon answering the security question, a verification code is then sent to my alternative email address. However, upon entering the code, it states that my account could not be verified. Ultimately, I am seeking a resolution to regain access to my Gmail account and to ensure that my Google Voice number is correctly associated with my current phone number. Hello, I have been experiencing issues with my Gmail password since last week. Hello, I understand that it's impossible to check every violation report and acknowledge that. I usually overlook negative and misleading comments from unhappy individuals or fake accounts. Regrettably, my non-German girlfriend came across a fake "nazi" comment on a cocktail bar in Hamburg that I selected for us. This incident led to a heated debate about whether we should trust your reviews or my personal research and intuition. This is the first time your platform has had such a significant impact on my personal life due to a false review, and I respectfully request an apology for the experience. A while ago, I made the mistake of sharing my Google account details with someone unknown in exchange for trading my Clash of Clans ID. Unfortunately, this person ended up stealing my account by changing the password, recovery email, and phone number. I am seeking assistance to reclaim access to my account. My Gmail account was recently hacked, and by the time I realized, I was locked out of my account. I attempted to recover it, but the hacker had altered the recovery email and phone number. One of the security questions asked me to access the mobile device associated with the account, but it was broken, leaving me unable to proceed. The hacker also changed the cellphone number linked to the account. I have no option but to reach out to Google for assistance.

On November 29, [redacted], I noticed that Google charged my debit card $69.99 without my authorization. Despite repeated attempts, it seems they were trying to process this payment for some time. As I rely on social security disability benefits that are deposited monthly, this unauthorized charge has left me with no funds for December. I suspect my 2-year-old grandson might have accidentally made the purchase while playing with my phone. I kindly request Google to reconsider and refund the money as I did not make this transaction. After contacting my Direct Express card, I found out the charge was related to something called Ching Le, which was how I identified the unauthorized payment.

As a loyal Spotify customer, I received a free Google Home Mini offer and linked my account accordingly. During checkout, I noticed various shipping options: $0 for standard shipping, $7.99 for delivery on January 13-14, and $11.99 for delivery on January 10-11. Opting for the $11.99 shipping, I completed the order only to find out it's scheduled for delivery on December 17-18 instead of the expected date. It seems unnecessary to pay for expedited shipping if the delivery is this quick. Any suggestions on how to proceed?

I forgot the pattern on my phone and had to reset it. The only way to power it on now is by entering my email and password, which I can't remember. I received a code on my phone, but since it's off, I can't access it. I also tried sending the code to my son's email, but it didn't work. I've been without a phone for two days now. For the past two days, I have been attempting to seek assistance but have experienced lengthy holds on the phone resulting in an unhelpful customer service representative. Despite being promised a callback within an hour, I have yet to receive one. I recently purchased a Google phone on Mother's Day entitling me to a $[redacted] promo credit. However, when trying to use this credit to purchase an Eeros Booster, I was informed by the representative that I was not eligible for the credit, which is untrue as it reflects in my Google account. I am frustrated with the company. I am trying to find a work-from-home job due to my disability, but the phone services are not helpful. I believe companies should improve to support individuals like me who want to work. It's discouraging to face repetitive forms and questions. I recently upgraded to a Galaxy Note 10+ from my old Note 5 and also switched from T*Mobile to Verizon. Since I don't have my old phone with me, I was relying on everything transferring over from T*Mobile to Verizon. Unfortunately, not all my pictures made the move. Hello, I am reaching out about my son's account, [redacted] He recently upgraded his operating system but isn't able to access his account due to payment requirements. I have a total of three Google accounts. The first one, [redacted], I lost access to at the end of [redacted]. The second account, [redacted], I recently lost access to. To create the third account, [redacted], was a result of losing access to the previous ones. I often lose access due to changing or damaging my phone, which prevents me from completing the verification process. For account #2, which I urgently need access to now for job opportunities, and because of my current life challenges after losing my son, home, vehicles, and jobs, I am in a desperate situation. Yesterday, I let someone borrow my phone. When I got it back, I had trouble with internet connection and the phone wasn't working properly. I contacted my service provider on 12/10/[redacted] to fix the issue. Upon resetting my phone, I discovered unauthorized activity on my Google account between 3:30 and 7:30 pm on 12/9/[redacted] or 12/8/[redacted]. It seems like someone accessed websites that could have compromised my personal information and passwords. I have changed my account password but I am unsure about what steps to take next. Hello, I hope all is well. I am facing a serious issue with my YouTube channel. It has been hacked by someone who changed the primary email address, making it inaccessible to me. The channel, 'zain yt,' no longer feels like mine as the hacker has altered the content theme and is uploading videos with their own declarations. I even received an email from the YouTube Community stating that I am no longer the rightful owner of 'zain yt.'
