I am using a typing site with a single sign-on option and I need to switch to regular login credentials instead of SSO. Hello, my name is Jennifer Peaks. Unfortunately, I am unable to recover my account or password to log in to my Facebook account. Someone has changed the password and email associated with my account to [redacted] This email does not belong to me. I need to find out who changed my information and password because whenever I request a verification code, it gets sent to the new email address which is not mine.

I recently reset the password for my email ([redacted]). Following the password reset process, I attempted to log in, but Google stated they were unable to verify my identity. Despite submitting two requests to regain access to my email, which contains crucial school and job-related information, as well as details for other accounts, I was denied both times. I am uncertain of the next steps to take.

I am experiencing an issue with my TP-Link Kasa Cam when trying to view the live feed on my Lenovo Google smart display. Initially, the camera worked fine, but now I only see the TP-Link Kasa loading screen without accessing the live feed. Although the camera works well on the Kasa app on my phone, I have tried unlinking and relinking my Kasa account with no success. I have previously reached out to TP-Link, Lenovo, and Google earlier this year regarding this issue but have not received a clear solution yet. I hope that a response or resolution will be provided soon as all parties are aware of this problem.

Hello, I have encountered several issues with my Gmail account recently, lasting for approximately 2-3 months. Google is not allowing me to recover my Gmail through any means, including the backup email I might have set up (unsure if there is one linked), the phone number that sends recovery codes (which are not being accepted), etc. I am finding it challenging to prove my identity and establish ownership of the account. I have important data such as family photos, school projects, Instagram, and connected online games stored in that account. The last devices I used the Gmail on were Samsung Galaxy A3, Samsung Galaxy J5, LG G2, and a personal computer web browser. The issue seems to have arisen after I reset my phone, which now has no data on it to help me access my Gmail. I am facing an issue with my game account that is linked to a previously deactivated Gmail account. I forgot my password and contacted the game's support team. They requested proof of ownership, including showing my Google Play transaction history for the game. However, since the Gmail account is deactivated, I am unable to access this information. I attempted to reset the password and retrieve the email without success. I even tried creating a new email with the same name but it's already taken. I run a business, "Cupid's Nest," a gift shop/florist in Golconda, IL [redacted]. Google approached me to buy an ad, but as a small business in a small town, it's not financially feasible for me. When customers search for me on Google, it shows that I am permanently closed, which is not true as I haven't purchased any ad. I'd rather not be on Google at all if inaccurate information is being displayed because it's impacting my business. When potential customers see this, they don't explore other options in the area. I recently tried to reset the password for an old account and noticed unfamiliar activity on it. Someone else seems to be using my account, as a Samsung Galaxy S10, which I do not own, is listed as a recovery device. When attempting to recover the account, the other party keeps denying access. Dear Forum Members, I am seeking assistance with applying settings to our users' Chrome browsers using Google Admin. The issue I am facing is that the settings seem to only apply to my local PC and not to anyone else's. Here is my process: 1. I navigate to Devices > Device Management > Chrome > Settings in the Admin Console. 2. I select the desired Organizational Unit on the left side. 3. I adjust the settings on the right side that I want to apply to our users. 4. I ensure to select the final setting "Other Settings > Chrome management for signed-in users" and opt for "Apply all user policies when users sign into Chrome, and provide a managed Chrome experience." 5. Lastly, I save changes on both pages. Despite following these steps, the policies do not get enforced on our users' Chrome browsers. Any insights or guidance would be greatly appreciated. I no longer have access to my phone as it was stolen. I am unable to access my Google account without the password or recovery information. The only way I can prove my identity is by using my state ID and Social Security card. I have tried the recovery instructions, but it is not resolving the issue. Please assist me. Thank you.

I need help accessing my Google account under the name Michael Pennaluna. My 9-year-old granddaughter, who is autistic and has the mindset of a 6-year-old, inadvertently made unauthorized charges on my Google account through my phone for the past two months. I'm currently experiencing issues accessing my email account. When attempting to log in from a computer in Indonesia, an error message is displayed stating: "Temporary Error Sorry, your Gmail account is temporarily unavailable. We apologize for the inconvenience and recommend trying again in a few minutes. You can check the G Suite Status Dashboard for the current service status. If the problem persists, please visit the Gmail Help Center." Interestingly, I can access my Gmail account through apps on my smartphone. I have enabled sync on my main account, but it is not syncing with a new account I created on my new computer. The saved Google account password is not working. I have tried the recovery process multiple times, but even though it says it's recovered, it doesn't display the password or allow me to make my primary account the main one on my new computer. I'm considering deleting the new account, but I'm unsure if that would resolve the issue. It's perplexing why the new account isn't syncing properly. The new account does show my old primary account as secondary, which doesn't help when I can't access my passwords on the new computer.

When I try to contact a seller on Craigslist using the Reply Button, the email function works correctly, but I encounter issues when trying to access the phone number by clicking the "show phone number" button. Upon tapping it, the screen darkens, a rotating reCaptcha circle appears briefly, then stops, showing an error message with no phone number displayed. I have checked my computer for any issues and have not added any browser extensions recently. This problem has persisted for a week, despite two emails to Craigslist that have gone unanswered. As a frequent Craigslist user, I rely on accessing seller's phone numbers and need this matter resolved promptly. Thank you, B. Lerer.

On my recent Visa statement, there are 16 charges showing up from GOOGLE*Phantom EFX. I am unfamiliar with this company and when attempting to contact them using the number found online, it was invalid. I am concerned about a possible security breach on my Visa account. Please provide assistance in resolving this issue promptly as I cannot afford these unauthorized charges.
