I created two Google Forms and intended to transfer the data to Google Sheets. Unfortunately, a significant amount of data is missing. I verified the responses on the Google Forms' responses page and find that some parts are also gone, even in individual responses. I made all questions mandatory, so it seems there is a technical issue causing the loss of most of my data. I need urgent assistance to address this matter, as the information is crucial for an upcoming presentation on Monday, December 9th.

I made a flight reservation for my husband, and he received a Google Assistant notification stating his flight was delayed. Relying on this information, he arrived at the airport only to find out the flight was on time. Consequently, he missed the flight, leading to him being stranded at the airport, incurring additional expenses for a new flight. Moreover, he will be missing a day of work, causing further inconvenience and financial strain. The ordeal cost us approximately $[redacted] due to this error. I am visually impaired and use Gmail. When I forget my password, the verification process is challenging. Previously, I received calls at [redacted] to provide the code, which worked well. Now, the requirement to send text messages or MMS poses an issue as I do not use text messaging. I prefer to receive the digital code verbally over the phone for recovery instead of through text. Please ensure that only emails or phone calls are used to provide me with the necessary information. Thank you, Bill.

I recently performed a Factory Reset on my device without saving my passwords. Unfortunately, I now can't recover my account as it's stating that it's already in use, which is by me. I should have security questions to answer for verification, but I'm not being prompted for them. I only have the option to enter a password which I can't recall. I also don't have access to the recovery email linked to the account. I'm at a loss on how to regain access, especially since the account contains important photos of my family. I've created a new email address, but Google isn't sending any information regarding my account to the new address. I'm desperate to recover my account. How can I proceed? My username is mildrid8210.

My Gmail account ([redacted]) got hacked a while back, and the breach led to my Facebook being compromised. Recovering my Gmail has proven to be quite the challenge, with the security measures making it harder for me than for the hacker. Despite trying various recovery methods, I've hit a wall in regaining access. The frustration of not being able to reclaim my own account is overwhelming, and I feel unfairly treated in this situation. Interestingly, even after entering my last password, providing Google Authenticator codes, and verifying with my other email and phone number, I'm still unable to prove my ownership convincingly. I've already created a new account, but vital information is stuck in the older one that I need to retrieve. The hacker changed the password and backup email to an unfamiliar address, possibly even a fake one. I'm desperate to regain access to my old inbox. If anyone has suggestions on what else I can do to recover my account, I would greatly appreciate the help. Thank you for any assistance you can provide.

I purchased a new phone on November 9th, and since then, I have been trying tirelessly to recover my primary email address. When I set up the phone with Boost Mobile, they mistakenly used my secondary email address. Despite following all the steps Google suggested for recovery, I have been unable to confirm my ownership of the primary email. This situation has left me feeling lost, especially considering my health challenges, being disabled and having had seven strokes. My phone is crucial for managing my children's lives and communicating with their schools. I urgently need assistance to regain access to my primary email on my phone so I can stay connected and informed.

I am facing continuous login requests on my Google accounts causing inconvenience. Upon signing in, I am prompted to sign in with another account. Subsequently, the request to authorize Microsoft apps & services to access various permissions including reading, composing, and deleting emails, viewing personal information, and accessing the email address appears. This process raises concerns as it seems excessive and invasive. I am hesitant to proceed with granting these permissions on all my accounts. The recurring need to sign in repeatedly is frustrating, and I am considering discontinuing the use of Google services due to time wastage. Five months ago, I decided to try the YouTube Red trial for YouTube Music using my secondary email account [redacted], after already using a trial on my primary account [redacted] When I confirmed, the payment screen briefly appeared and then disappeared. I suspect it may have used my payment information from the primary account, but the YouTube Red features did not work, except for ad-free YouTube Music. I just realized that I have been charged $12.84 five times, including the first trial month, for the secondary account with no access to the YouTube Red features. I primarily use my main account and only briefly used the music service on the secondary account for two weeks to explore new rap music. Due to being unemployed since July 8th, following an accident, I am unable to afford these charges. I am requesting a full refund for all five charges.

Due to facing an intrusive individual, I started frequently changing my passwords for my YouTube channel back in early [redacted], going from public to private. Usually, my iPhone saved my passwords, but it began showing signs of a third-party hacker. I took steps by changing my Apple ID and doing a factory reset, which now has locked me out of all my accounts, including my recovery ones that are interconnected. Unfortunately, the Google prompts do not recognize the steps I take, creating a frustrating loop for almost a year. This has prevented me from accessing my private YouTube videos of my children. I recently received an email from the Google legal support team requesting age verification to continue using YouTube and Chrome. After confirming my age as 37 years old, they asked for a photo and government ID to verify it further. I inquired about any violations before sending the identification. Shortly after, I was prompted to sign in again for YouTube, but it stated my age was inadequate. Despite Chrome still functioning, I need assistance resolving this issue promptly since YouTube and Google are crucial tools for research, homework, and projects. Thank you.

I have been incarcerated since September [redacted] and I forgot my password. I attempted to recover it but did not have access to the phone linked to my recovery number. I now have access to that phone, but after numerous attempts, I am locked out. When trying to recover through my email, I receive PIN numbers, but upon entering them, it states that my device is not recognized, even though my Google account shows as paused on the browser next to my profile picture. This situation is causing me a lot of stress and frustration because I have important data on my Google Drive that I cannot afford to lose. I am in urgent need of assistance to regain access to my account.

My email [redacted] has been hacked. The account recovery code is sent to my current Gmail instead of the old one. I am seeing my photos online from mcleenteena@gmail. I have deleted Facebook and Plenty of Fish accounts but still receive messages. I am struggling to regain access to my old email mcleenteena@gmail.

I recently experienced a security breach on my account and unfortunately, it got linked to another account. My password was changed without my consent, and Google suggested a secure password that I didn't save. I attempted to recover the account through email, but my computer was compromised and had to be wiped clean due to another hacking incident. I am having trouble accessing my email at [redacted] I recently bought a new phone, and when everything was transferred, a phone number was not linked to that email address. I recently purchased a Galaxy S10 and have been experiencing issues with the Google Calendar app. The swipe function is not functioning correctly, preventing me from marking reminders as done or deleting events with ease. I have attempted to troubleshoot by uninstalling and reinstalling the app, as well as clearing the data and cache. I needed to get a new phone, so I searched Google and found some affordable options. However, there were no restrictions listed, and when I went to the store, they did not have the Beats headphones in stock as advertised. The store refused to honor the price, claiming it was Google's fault for not updating it. I tried contacting customer service, but they were unhelpful as they are not directly associated with Boost Mobile. I am frustrated with the situation and feel like it is unfair. I am unsure how to escalate this matter to the relevant people at Boost Mobile to address this issue properly.
